Description

Paper diaper suitable for being used in menstrual period
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of paper diapers, in particular to a paper diaper suitable for being used in menstrual periods.
Background
The disposable diaper is gradually one of adult care products because of its disposable use, lightness and convenience, etc. so that it is used and enjoyed by more and more consumers. However, the current paper diaper can only absorb urine and can not absorb blood clots during menstruation, so that the blood clots can not be absorbed in the using process of a female user, and discomfort is caused. However, women who still have menstrual cycles face the problem of incontinence at present, and the existing adult diapers cannot meet the requirements on safety, comfort, blood clot absorption and the like.
For example, chinese patent publication No. CN 103976825A discloses an antibacterial and deodorant diaper comprising a bottom film and an absorber located in the middle of the bottom film, wherein the absorber and the bottom film are bonded by a structural adhesive, and the absorber comprises a large cotton core, a small cotton core and a non-woven fabric which are sequentially bonded by the structural adhesive, and is suitable for severe patients, patients lying in bed for a long time, and other incontinence patients. However, this diaper can only absorb urine, but cannot absorb blood clots during menstruation, and cannot meet the nursing requirements of incontinence for women who are still in menstrual cycle.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the existing adult paper diaper can not meet the requirements on safety, comfort, blood clot absorption and the like, the invention provides the paper diaper suitable for being used in the menstrual period, which can absorb urine, well absorb blood clots, has higher liquid absorption speed and can ensure comfort and dryness.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the invention provides a paper diaper suitable for being used in menstrual period, which sequentially comprises a porous permeation layer, a middle layer and a breathable bottom film layer from top to bottom; the middle layer comprises an upper layer, a composite core body and a lower layer; the composite core body comprises a deodorizing bacteriostatic hydrogel freeze-drying material.
The prior paper diaper only can absorb urine and can not absorb blood clots during menstruation, so that the blood clots can not be absorbed in the using process of a user, and discomfort is caused. The invention changes the structure of the diaper to meet the nursing requirement of incontinence for women in menstrual cycle. The surface layer of the paper diaper is changed into the porous permeable layer with larger aperture, so that the menstrual blood can be better diffused downwards without remaining on the surface layer. Meanwhile, the core structure adopts a composite core, the deodorizing and antibacterial hydrogel freeze-drying material can absorb peculiar smell and deodorize, and the deodorant and antibacterial hydrogel freeze-drying material also has a good antibacterial effect, so that a user is more comfortable, and does not feel sultry and uncomfortable in the menstrual period. The bottom is a breathable basement membrane, so that the stuffiness feeling generated by a user in use is reduced.
Preferably, the porous permeation layer is a PE film, and the diameter of the porous pores is 0.4-0.6 mm.
Preferably, the upper layer is an antibacterial non-woven fabric impregnated with the blood decomposition and absorption liquid; the blood decomposition absorption liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 to 3 portions of aloe vera, 0.1 to 0.5 portion of protease, 0.1 to 0.5 portion of menthol, 0.1 to 0.5 portion of witch hazel and 1 to 5 portions of water.
The upper layer can effectively decompose blood and blood clots, reduce the viscosity of menstrual blood, accelerate the downward permeation speed of the menstrual blood and further promote the absorption of the menstrual blood in the composite core.
Preferably, the lower layer is an antibacterial non-woven fabric wrapping the high-molecular water-absorbent resin SAP.
Preferably, the composite core is a sealed bag formed by hot-pressing two layers of non-woven fabrics, and the odor-removing and bacteriostatic hydrogel freeze-drying material is filled in the sealed bag.
Preferably, the preparation method of the deodorizing and bacteriostatic hydrogel freeze-dried material comprises the following steps:
(1) Dispersing yucca extract in water, adding plant essential oil, mixing, stirring, adding maleic anhydride and concentrated sulfuric acid, and heating to react to obtain yucca extract solution;
(2) Dissolving chitosan quaternary ammonium salt in an acetic acid solution to obtain a chitosan quaternary ammonium salt solution;
(3) Adding the yucca extract solution into the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt solution, stirring and adding a pH regulator to control the pH value to be 6-7 to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) Dropwise adding the mixed solution into a polyvinyl alcohol solution, heating to 45-50 ℃, stirring for 1-3 h, adding acrylamide, vinylpyrrolidone, dicumyl peroxide, potassium persulfate and acetone, heating to reflux reaction for 3-5 h, carrying out reduced pressure distillation, and then standing for 24-30 h under vacuum;
(5) And (5) filtering the substance obtained in the step (4), soaking the substance in tourmaline powder emulsion, taking out the substance, and freeze-drying and crushing the substance to obtain the deodorizing and bacteriostatic hydrogel freeze-dried material.

The yucca extract can inhibit the decomposition of urea in urine, so as to avoid the generation of peculiar smell from the source, and the volatilization characteristic of the plant essential oil has good deodorization effect on urine and menstrual blood. However, the plant essential oil is easy to volatilize and lose before the paper diaper is used, the plant essential oil is embedded in a polymer film prepared from the yucca extract and the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt by utilizing a microcapsule technology, the surface of the plant extract is condensed into microcapsules through electrostatic interaction of negative carboxyl groups in the yucca extract modified by maleic anhydride and positive quaternary ammonium groups in the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, and then polyvinyl alcohol is added to form hydrogel, so that the binding tightness of the microcapsules is improved. And the addition of acrylamide and vinylpyrrolidone can promote the double crosslinking of hydrogel formation, and the reticular crosslinking structure can enhance the barrier property to urine or menstrual blood while improving the water absorption.
In addition, the freeze-dried hydrogel is crushed and then is in the form of freeze-dried powder, so that the absorption of urine or menstrual blood can be enhanced, the yucca extract contains both water-soluble groups and fat-soluble groups, so that the yucca extract has good binding property with the plant essential oil, and the microcapsule can be dissolved to release the plant essential oil in the using process of the paper diaper, and can slow down the release of the plant essential oil and improve the durability in use. And the tourmaline powder emulsion dipped in the tourmaline powder emulsion can carry ions, so that the tourmaline powder emulsion has antibacterial activity. Therefore, the deodorant and bacteriostatic hydrogel freeze-dried material can be added to enhance the water absorption, air permeability, bacteriostatic property and deodorization property of the paper diaper.
Preferably, in the step (1), the plant essential oil is one or more of lavender essential oil, mint essential oil, rose essential oil, lemon essential oil and tea tree essential oil; the mass ratio of the yucca extract to the plant essential oil to the maleic anhydride is 1:0.3 to 0.5:1 to 3; the mass concentration of the yucca extract in the yucca extract solution is 1.2-1.4%; in the step (2), the mass concentration of the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt in the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt solution is 1-1.2%.
Preferably, in the step (3), the mass ratio of the yucca extract solution to the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt solution is 1.5-2: 1; in the step (4), the mass ratio of the mixed solution to the polyvinyl alcohol solution is 1:2 to 3; the concentration of the polyvinyl alcohol solution is 0.1-0.2 g/mL; the mass ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol to the acrylamide to the vinylpyrrolidone to the dicumyl peroxide to the potassium persulfate is 5-10: 2:1:0.1 to 0.2:0.1 to 0.2.
The deodorizing and bacteriostatic hydrogel freeze-drying material utilizes hydrogel to coat microcapsules to provide support property and water absorption property, so that the proportion of raw materials is particularly important for the coating effect.
