技术领域
本发明涉及转印片及使用了该转印片的装饰品。
背景技术
作为移动终端等的壳体设计之一,具有利用了带有渐变的色彩的设计。例如通过凹版印刷在膜等基材上形成点状的印刷层,使点的每单位面积的数量、点的大小变化,从而再现渐变。例如在专利文献1中公开了如下标签:在标签基材9的一方的面上依次层叠有点状的渐变印刷层11、粘合剂层10以及衬纸13,在另一方的面上层叠有透光性整面印刷层12(参照图12)。通过使点的每单位面积的数量、点的大小变化,再现渐变。该标签通过将衬纸13剥离使粘合剂层10露出,粘贴于被粘物而使用。在该标签中,在具有渐变的区域与不具有渐变的区域的边界附近,点不明显,能够实现平滑的渐变印刷。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
但是,在如专利文献1那样通过印刷形成构成渐变的点的情况下,有时点会洇渗,对于高精细地形成点,存在极限。另外,标签的最表面平滑,因此存在当触摸标签时,皮脂(指纹)容易附着的问题。
本发明是为了解决上述这样的课题而作成的,其目的在于提供能够再现高精细的渐变,且指纹难以附着的转印片及使用了该转印片的装饰品。
用于解决课题的方案
以下,作为用于解决课题的方案,对多个方式进行说明。这些方式能够根据需要任意组合。
本发明的转印片具备:基体片;脱模层,其层叠于基体片上,包含紫外线固化型树脂,且在与基体片接触的面相反的面的至少一部分具有微细凹凸;剥离层,其整面地层叠于脱模层上;以及单色的整面印刷层,其层叠于剥离层上且至少与脱模层的形成有微细凹凸的区域对应的部位,在将微细凹凸的凹部的最大宽度设为W、将深度设为D时,满足下述(1)(2),

以下,参照附图对本发明的转印片及使用了其的装饰品的实施方式的一例进行说明。
本发明的转印片1具备:基体片2;脱模层3,其层叠于基体片上,包含紫外线固化型树脂,且在与基体片接触的面相反的面的至少一部分具有微细凹凸3a;剥离层4,其整面地层叠于脱模层上;以及单色的整面印刷层5,其层叠于剥离层上且至少与脱模层的形成有微细凹凸的区域对应的部位,在将微细凹凸的凹部3b的最大宽度设为W、将深度设为D时,满足下述(1)(2),

凹部3b的每单位面积的数量及深度的至少一方阶段性地变化(参照图1、图5、图6)。
基体片2是在将转印片1转印到被转印物之后,从被转印物剥离的片材。作为基体片2的材料,例如能够列举聚丙烯系树脂、聚乙烯系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂、丙烯酸系树脂、烯烃系树脂、聚酯系树脂、氯乙烯系树脂、聚碳酸酯系树脂、ABS系树脂等热塑性树脂及它们的层叠品。
脱模层3是在将基体片2从被转印物剥离时,与基体片2一起剥离的层。脱模层的材料为含有紫外线固化型树脂的树脂。作为紫外线固化型树脂,使用对剥离层4具有脱模性的树脂。脱模层3在与基体片2接触的面相反的面、换言之,在与剥离层4(后述)的边界面的至少一部分具有微细凹凸3a(参照图8)。微细凹凸3a的形状为凹部3b的最大宽度W和深度D满足以下两式的形状,

另外,凹部3b的每单位面积的数量及凹部3b的深度的至少一方阶段性地变化。由此,能够使单色的整面印刷层5带有渐变。
脱模层的形成方法没有特别限定,例如能够使用如下的两种方法中的任一种。对第一种方法进行说明。首先,在基体片2涂布含有紫外线固化型树脂的树脂(参照图2(a))。接着,层叠具有上述微细凹凸3a的形状进行了反转的形状的压模(参照图2的(b)),在该状态下照射紫外线,使树脂固化(参照图2的(c))。最后,去除压模,在基体片2形成具有微细凹凸3a的脱模层3(参照图2(d))。接着,对第二种方法进行说明。首先,在形成有微细凹凸3a的金属版15上涂布含有紫外线固化型树脂的树脂3d(参照图3(a))。接着,在树脂3d贴合基体片2(参照图3(b)),且在该状态下照射紫外线,使树脂固化(参照图3(c))。最后,从金属版15剥离,得到形成有具有微细凹凸3a的脱模层3的基体片2(参照图3(d))。

图7(a)是表示形成有具有微细凹凸3a的脱模层3的基体片2的一例的照片。此外,在照片中看起来为黑色,但未形成整面印刷层。通过脱模层的微细凹凸3a,对基体片赋予高精细的渐变,该微细凹凸3a的形状也反转形成于装饰品的表面(剥离层)。也就是,对装饰品赋予了图7(a)那样的高精细的渐变。若将图7(a)局部放大,则渐变随着向右行进而阶段性地变淡(参照图7(b))。该微细凹凸3a的形状是凹部的深度D和最大宽度W阶段性地变化的形状。深度D随着向图的右侧行进而阶段性地变浅,最大宽度W随着向右行进而阶段性地变小。
若将转印片1转印到被转印物7,则脱模层3的微细凹凸3a的形状反转到剥离层4的表面。也就是,在装饰品8的表面形成微细凹凸3a(参照图9)。因此,脱模层的微细凹凸的凹部的深度D成为装饰品的表面的微细凹凸的凸部的高度H。此时,若最大宽度W超过100μm,则容易在装饰品8的表面(剥离层4)附着指纹。另外,微细凹凸容易被削除。若深度D小于2μm,则容易在装饰品8的表面附着指纹。另外,能够赋予整面印刷层5的粗糙感降低。若深度D超过10μm,则有可能产生微细凹凸3a的加工变难、在转印时难以剥离基体片2这样的不良情况。另外,由于微细凹凸的凹部的最大宽度W扩宽,因此容易在装饰品的表面附着指纹。
此外,凹部的每单位面积的数量和凹部与凹部的间隔(间距)也可以阶段性地变化(参照图5(c))。如图所示,随着向右行进,当凹部的每单位面积的数量阶段性地减少,且间距阶段性地增大时,整面印刷层5的颜色阶段性地变淡。由此,即使是单色的整面印刷层5,也能够带有渐变。另外,也可以是,虽然凹部的最大宽度W和深度D恒定,但间距阶段性地变化(参照图6(b))。如图所示,随着向右行进,当当间距以P1<P2<P3的方式阶段性地变大时,整面印刷层5的颜色阶段性地变淡。由此,即使是单色的整面印刷层5,也能够带有渐变。
剥离层4是在剥离基体片2后成为装饰品8的最表面的层。在剥离基体片2而露出的剥离层4的表面形成有形成于脱模层3的微细凹凸3a的形状进行了反转的凹凸形状(参照图9(b))。作为剥离层的材料,能够使用丙烯酸系树脂、聚苯乙烯系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂、氯化聚烯烃树脂、氯化乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂、环化橡胶、香豆酮-茚树脂等热塑性树脂。若由这样的热塑性树脂形成剥离层,则能够对装饰品8赋予耐化学药品性等。另外,作为其它材料,能够包含紫外线固化型树脂等光固化性树脂、电子射线固化型树脂等放射线固化性树脂、热固化性树脂中的任一种而形成。作为这样的树脂,能够列举氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯系树脂、氰基丙烯酸酯系树脂、环氧丙烯酸酯系树脂、聚酯丙烯酸酯系树脂、在这些树脂中加入了异氰酸酯等添加剂的树脂等。若利用上述固化性树脂形成剥离层,则能够对装饰品8赋予耐久性、耐磨损性这样的物理性质。剥离层4的厚度能够设为0.5μm~50μm。优选为0.5μm~20μm。
整面印刷层5形成于剥离层4上且至少与脱模层3的形成有微细凹凸3a的区域对应的部位。也就是,在微细凹凸3a形成于脱模层3的整个面的情况下,整面印刷层5也形成于剥离层的整个面(参照图1(a)、图8(a))。在微细凹凸3a形成于脱模层3的一部分的情况下,整面印刷层5可以仅形成于形成有微细凹凸3a的区域(参照图10(b)),也可以包含未形成微细凹凸3a的面而形成(参照图8(b)、(c))。整面印刷层5以单色形成。整面印刷层5的材料例如包含丙烯酸系树脂、氯乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂、热塑性或热固化性聚氨酯系树脂、聚酯系树脂等树脂和向树脂添加的颜料或染料。整面印刷层5例如能够以数百nm~数十μm的厚度形成。
此外,在未形成微细凹凸的部位,例如也可以进行徽标等的印刷。
将将转印片1转印到被转印物7时,通过位于整面印刷层5的上方的微细凹凸3a的形状,能够使单色的整面印刷层5带有高精细的渐变。另外,通过微细凹凸3a,能够对整面印刷层5赋予粗糙感。转印片为不易附着指纹的微细凹凸形状,因此能够维持粗糙感。
凹部3b的每单位面积的数量及深度的至少一方也可以在转印到被转印物7的周缘的部分1a阶段性地变化(参照图10)。图10(b)的点划线所示的部分1a与被转印物7的周缘重叠且被转印。也就是,能够使装饰品8的周围带有渐变(参照图11)。在图11(a)中,画影线部分是带有渐变的部分。而且,在带有渐变的部分,在剥离层4表面形成有微细凹凸3a,凹部的每单位面积的数量及深度的至少一方阶段性地变化(参照图11(b))。凹部3b的每单位面积的数量及深度的至少一方阶段性地变化的范围例如能够设为2mm以上且15mm以下。
转印片1也可以还具备整面地层叠于整面印刷层5上的粘接层6(参照图8)。作为粘接层6的材料,能够使用丙烯酸系、聚氨酯系、乙烯基系、氯乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、环氧系、聚酯系的树脂或它们的复合材料等。粘接层能够使用压敏式或热敏式。粘接层6能够使用丝网印刷将上述材料制成油墨状的材料等印刷法来形成,或者将包含上述材料的粘接性膜层压于整面印刷层5来形成。通过粘接层6,能够将包含剥离层4和整面印刷层5的转印层更可靠地转印到被转印物。
作为将转印片1转印到被转印物7而得到装饰品8的方法,能够使用公知的方法。例如,具有将转印片1重叠于被转印物7,通过施加热和压力进行转印的热转印法、在一对模具之间配置转印片1,与注射成型同时地进行转印的成型同时转印法等。

Claims (6)
1.一种转印片,其特征在于,具备:
基体片;
脱模层,其层叠于所述基体片上,包含紫外线固化型树脂,且在与所述基体片接触的面相反的面的至少一部分具有微细凹凸;
剥离层,其整面地层叠于所述脱模层上;以及
单色的整面印刷层,其层叠于所述剥离层上且至少与所述脱模层的形成有所述微细凹凸的区域对应的部位,
在将所述微细凹凸的凹部的最大宽度设为W、将深度设为D时,满足下述(1)(2),
10≤W/D≤50…(1)
W≤100μm,2μm≤D≤10μm…(2)
所述凹部的每单位面积的数量及深度的至少一方阶段性地变化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转印片,其特征在于,
在转印到被转印物的周缘的部分,所述凹部的每单位面积的数量及深度的至少一方阶段性地变化。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的转印片,其特征在于,
还具备整面地层叠于所述整面印刷层上的粘接层。
4.一种装饰品,其特征在于,具备:
被转印物;
单色的整面印刷层,其形成于所述被转印物上的预定的区域;以及
剥离层,其形成于所述整面印刷层上,且在与形成有所述整面印刷层的区域对应的部位具有微细凹凸,
在将所述微细凹凸的凸部的最大宽度设为W、将高度设为H时,满足下述(1)(2),
10≤W/H≤50…(1)
W≤100μm,2μm≤H≤10μm…(2)
所述凸部的每单位面积的数量及高度的至少一方阶段性地变化。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装饰品,其特征在于,
在所述被转印物的周缘部分,所述凸部的密度及深度的至少一方阶段性地变化。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装饰品,其特征在于,
还具备形成于所述被转印物与所述整面印刷层之间的粘接层。
