本发明公开了一种赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)向研磨得到的重质碳酸钙粉体中加入氢氧化铝,混合均匀后得到混合料1;(2)向混合料1加入水进行调浆,边搅拌边升温,得到混合液2;(3)向混合液2加入聚酯不饱和树脂,搅拌均匀后缓慢地通入二氧化碳气体,得到混合液3;(4)将混合液3倒入立式搅拌研磨机中,以氧化锆珠为研磨介质进行研磨,得到混合液4;(5)将混合液4进行压滤脱水,经干燥、粉碎、分级、包装,即得改性重质碳酸钙。采用本方法改性的重质碳酸钙产品,其分散性好、活性高、疏水性强,填充于单组分脱醇型硅酮密封胶,能与硅酮胶体系中的聚合物良好相容。

技术领域
本发明属于重质碳酸钙的制备领域,具体涉及一种赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙及其制备方法。
背景技术
硅酮密封胶因其所具备的良好耐候性、粘接性能、抗震性及适应冷热变化大的特点而被广泛运用于电子电器、建筑、航空、汽车及医疗卫生材料等领域。单组份脱醇型硅酮胶作为一种常见的硅酮密封胶,具有不腐蚀和污染基材,释放小分子无刺激性,无污染,同时与各类基材都具有良好的粘接性能,故更为广大用户所青睐,但国内单组份脱醇型硅酮胶存在表干速率慢、贮存期短、阻燃性差等不足,其中其较差的阻燃性限制了单组份脱醇型硅酮胶在新能源、高层建筑及航空的进一步应用,为此业界人士纷纷发展新技术予以改良。
针对单组份脱醇型硅酮胶阻燃性差的不足,一般采取在硅酮胶配方中直接加入阻燃剂的方式来提高其阻燃性,常用的阻燃剂有卤系阻燃剂、无机阻燃剂及磷系阻燃剂等。添加阻燃剂的硅酮胶具备良好的阻燃性,但也存在着不容忽视的缺点,如卤系阻燃剂发烟量大、遇水成强酸、易造成污染;无机阻燃剂的添加会影响硅酮胶的流动性能及粘结性能;磷系阻燃剂易吸潮、不耐高温且挥发性较大。
故寻找一种与硅酮胶体系相容性好且对硅酮胶性能无负面影响的填料是非常有必要的,本发明意在寻找一种赋予单组分脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能的重质碳酸钙及其制备方法。
发明内容
针对上述脱醇型硅酮密封胶中存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够赋予单组分脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能的重质碳酸钙及其制备方法,即以白云石为原料,辅以氢氧化铝、聚酯不饱和树脂等研磨而成。使用该方法制备得到的重质碳酸钙粒径小、活性高、性能稳定,作为填料填充于单组分脱醇型硅酮密封胶后,不仅能保证其良好的耐候性、粘接性能及贮存稳定性,同时还赋予其优异的阻燃性能,满足市场的严格要求。
本发明的目的主要通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精选的白云石进行干法研磨,得到重质碳酸钙粉体,向研磨得到的重质碳酸钙粉中加入氢氧化铝,混合均匀后混合料1;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料1加入水进行调浆,边搅拌边升温,得到混合液2;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合液2加入聚酯不饱和树脂,搅拌均匀后缓慢的通入二氧化碳气体,待溶液pH达到8~9时停止通入二氧化碳气体,得到混合液3;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合液3倒入立式搅拌研磨机中,以氧化锆珠为研磨介质进行研磨,得到混合4;
(5)将步骤(4)的混合液4进行压滤脱水,经干燥、粉碎、分级、包装,即得赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述白云石的镁含量控制在20~35%。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述重质碳酸钙粉体的目数为300~400。
进一步地,步骤(1)中向研磨得到的重质碳酸钙粉中加入10~15%的氢氧化铝。
进一步地,步骤(2)中浆的质量浓度控制在18~25%。
进一步地,步骤(2)中边搅拌边升温至45~55℃。
进一步地,步骤(3)中向混合液2加入0.3~0.8%的聚酯不饱和树脂。
进一步地,所述的聚酯不饱和树脂为180-200mgKOH/g。
进一步地,步骤(4)中所述的氧化锆珠的直径为0.7~1.0mm。
本发明的突出优点为:
(1)采用本方法改性的重质碳酸钙产品,其分散性好、活性高、疏水性强,填充于单组分脱醇型硅酮密封胶,能与硅酮胶体系中的聚合物良好相容。
(2)采用本方法改性的重质碳酸钙产品,应用于单组分脱醇型硅酮密封胶后,在保证体系良好的加工性能、力学性能及贮存稳定性的同时还能赋予体系优异的阻燃性。
(3)本发明工艺简单可行,生产成本低,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,适合于工业生产。

实施例1
一种赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精选的白云石进行干法研磨,得到353目的重质碳酸钙粉体,向研磨得到重质碳酸钙粉中加入10%的氢氧化铝,混合均匀后混合料1;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料1加入一定量的水进行调浆,质量浓度控制在20%,边搅拌边升温至50℃,得到混合液2;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合液2加入0.3%的聚酯不饱和树脂,搅拌均匀后缓慢的通入二氧化碳气体进行碳化,待pH达到8.5时停止通入二氧化碳,得到混合液3;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合液3倒入立式搅拌研磨机中,以直径0.7~1.0mm氧化锆珠为研磨介质,并保持400r/min的转速研磨1.5h,得到混合4;
(5)将步骤(4)的混合液4进行压滤脱水,经干燥、粉碎、分级、包装,即得赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙。
实施例2
一种赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精选的白云石进行干法研磨,得到346目的重质碳酸钙粉体,向研磨得到重质碳酸钙粉中加入13%的氢氧化铝,混合均匀后混合料1;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料1加入一定量的水进行调浆,质量浓度控制在20%,边搅拌边升温至50℃,得到混合液2;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合液2加入0.5%的聚酯不饱和树脂,搅拌均匀后缓慢的通入二氧化碳气体进行碳化,待pH达到8.5时停止通入二氧化碳,得到混合液3;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合液3倒入立式搅拌研磨机中,以直径0.7~1.0mm氧化锆珠为研磨介质,并保持400r/min的转速研磨1.5h,得到混合4;
(5)将步骤(4)的混合液4进行压滤脱水,经干燥、粉碎、分级、包装,即得赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙。
实施例3
一种赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精选的白云石进行干法研磨,得到380目的重质碳酸钙粉体,向研磨得到重质碳酸钙粉中加入13%的氢氧化铝,混合均匀后混合料1;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料1加入一定量的水进行调浆,质量浓度控制在25%,边搅拌边升温至50℃,得到混合液2;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合液2加入0.5%的聚酯不饱和树脂,搅拌均匀后缓慢的通入二氧化碳气体进行碳化,待pH达到8.5时停止通入二氧化碳,得到混合液3;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合液3倒入立式搅拌研磨机中,以直径0.7~1.0mm氧化锆珠为研磨介质,并保持400r/min的转速研磨1.5h,得到混合4;

实施例4
一种赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精选的白云石进行干法研磨,得到373目的重质碳酸钙粉体,向研磨得到重质碳酸钙粉中加入15%的氢氧化铝,混合均匀后混合料1;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料1加入一定量的水进行调浆,质量浓度控制在25%,边搅拌边升温至55℃,得到混合液2;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合液2加入0.8%的聚酯不饱和树脂,搅拌均匀后缓慢的通入二氧化碳气体进行碳化,待pH达到8.5时停止通入二氧化碳,得到混合液3;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合液3倒入立式搅拌研磨机中,以直径0.7~1.0mm氧化锆珠为研磨介质,并保持400r/min的转速研磨1.5h,得到混合4;
(5)将步骤(4)的混合液4进行压滤脱水,经干燥、粉碎、分级、包装,即得赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙。
对比例1
对比例1的产品为市售的1500~2000目的超细重质碳酸钙产品。
将上述实施例1-4及对比例1的产品按以下配方(表1)制成单组分脱醇型硅酮密封胶,实施例1-4、对比例1制得的密封胶和市售醇型胶测试结果见表2:
具体涉及的测试方法为:
将制得的胶料在试验条件为:T=23±2℃,ψ=50±5%的条件下养护24h,将胶料从软管中挤出,按GB/T 13477.5-2003测试其表干时间、下垂度及力学性能,按GB/T 24267测试其阻燃等级,按GB/T 16776测试其硬度。

上述配方中的纳米碳酸钙为比表面积23.17㎡/g的市购产品,增塑剂为二甲基硅油,交联剂为正硅酸乙酯,偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
本发明所述硅酮硅密封胶的制备方法如下:
按质量份数,将称量好的端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、纳米碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙及增塑剂放入行星搅拌器中,在真空度为-0.110~-0.095MPa,温度为110~130℃的条件下脱水3h,使基料混合均匀;在真空状态下使基料冷却至35℃,向体系中依次加入交联剂、偶联剂、催化剂,在真空状态下均匀混合45min后出料装罐,即可制得本发明的硅酮密封胶。
各具体实施例及对比例的产品性能测试结果见附表2。

由表2的数据可知,相对于对比例1、市售醇型胶,实施例1~4的产品具备更优异的表干时间、耐水性能、存储稳定性及阻燃性。

1.一种赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精选的白云石进行干法研磨,得到重质碳酸钙粉体,向研磨得到的重质碳酸钙粉中加入氢氧化铝,混合均匀后得到混合料1;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料1加入水进行调浆,边搅拌边升温,得到混合液2;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合液2加入聚酯不饱和树脂,搅拌均匀后缓慢的通入二氧化碳气体,待溶液pH达到8~9时停止通入二氧化碳气体,得到混合液3;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合液3倒入立式搅拌研磨机中,以氧化锆珠为研磨介质进行研磨,得到混合4;
(5)将步骤(4)的混合液4进行压滤脱水,经干燥、粉碎、分级、包装,即得赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述白云石的镁含量控制在20~35%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述重质碳酸钙粉体的目数为300~400。
4.根据权利要求1所述的赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中向研磨得到的重质碳酸钙粉中加入10~15%的氢氧化铝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中浆液的质量浓度控制在18~25%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中边搅拌边升温至45~55℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中向混合液2加入0.3~0.8%的聚酯不饱和树脂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的聚酯不饱和树脂为180-200mgKOH/g。
9.根据权利要求1所述的赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的氧化锆珠的直径为0.7~1.0mm。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述方法制备的赋予单组份脱醇型硅酮密封胶良好阻燃性能专用重质碳酸钙。
