技术领域
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体为一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料。
背景技术
H1N1流感病毒的群间传播主要是以感染者的咳嗽和喷嚏为媒介,在人群密集的环境中更容易发生感染,而越来越多证据显示,微量病毒可留存在桌面、电话机或其它平面上,再透过手指与眼、鼻、口的接触来传播。因此尽量不要身体接触,包括握手、亲吻、共餐等。如果接触带有甲型H1N1流感病毒的物品,而后又触碰自己的鼻子和口腔,也会受到感染。感染者有可能在出现症状前感染其他人,感染后一般在一周、或一周多后发病。小孩的传染性会久一些。
目前已经投入了大量的资金在阻止H1N1病毒传播的研究上,特别在最容易发生病毒传感的医院,作为阻隔病毒的医用鞋,大多是通过减小鞋面的孔径来起到对病毒阻隔的功效,然而这些鞋子材料没有抗菌性能且无法抑制病毒生长繁殖,因此在使用的过程中仍容易成为细菌传播的媒介。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料,本发明采取了鞋材能够有效抑制H1N1病毒的生长繁殖,且起到一定的杀菌作用,为义务工作人员提供更好的防护。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料,所述鞋子材料包括外层材料和内层材料,所述外层材料包括以下按照重量份的材料:丁基橡胶32-40份、天然橡胶15-19份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-12份、滑石粉8-14份、硫化活性剂3-6份、石墨烯5-8份、无味交联剂6-9份、发泡剂4-8份、除菌剂4-7份;所述内层材料为经过抗菌处理后的无纺布。进一步地,所述硫化活性剂可以为硬脂酸、月桂酸、氧化锌、硬脂酸锌中的一种或多种。进一步地,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的分子量在4000-60000之间。进一步地,所述无味交联剂为无味DCP。进一步地,所述的抗菌处理是将所述无纺布浸泡入抗菌液中10-20min,然后在100℃的温度下烘干。进一步地,所述抗菌液由利巴韦林注射液和清开灵软胶囊制剂前体按照重量比为3:1组成。进一步地,所述发泡剂为碳酸钙或碳酸氢钠。进一步地,所述除菌剂为有机硅季铵羧酸钠。进一步地,所述无纺布孔径为12-45μm。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明外层材料中所采用的石墨烯由于其特殊的单层、二位纳米尺度结构,能赋予鞋子材料各方面的机械性能,使鞋子具有耐磨耐刮、抗菌防霉、抗UV老化的功效,再加上乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物所提供的耐水性和回弹性,能进一步地提升鞋子的穿着舒适程度。抗菌剂机硅季铵羧酸钠的加入也能防止细菌从外部的传播;本发明内层材料中所采用了通过抗菌处理后的无纺布,作为与人体直接接触的材料,本发明采用利巴韦林注射液和清开灵软胶囊制剂前体通过3:1的重量比组成抗菌液,在安全无毒的前提下增强了鞋材对H1N1病毒的抑制作用,同时,该无纺布的孔径设置在12-45μm,在保证鞋子穿着透气的情况下有效阻止了一部分病菌的进入,在外层防护的基础上为鞋子增添了第二层防护。

下面结合具体实施例进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
实施例1
制备含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料的方法,包括以下步骤:
按照重量份称取丁基橡胶32份、天然橡胶15份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10份、滑石粉8份、硬脂酸3份、石墨烯5份、无味DCP6份、碳酸钙4份、有机硅季铵羧酸钠4份,不断加水搅拌使混合均匀,机械搅拌20min得到混合液。制备质量分数为8wt%的甲酸溶液,然后将其加入到混合液中,不断搅拌,得到填料含量为20wt%的生胶;将生胶在水中浸泡24h以去除甲酸(中间需要换水2~3次),之后将其放入到烘箱中干燥。将干燥后的生胶塑炼、混炼、硫化;混炼完成后保持0.3cm的辊距,继续开炼8min,使混炼胶中的填料定向排列;接着将混炼胶以层层堆叠的方式放入到硫化机模具中硫化,得到外层材料;将所述100g的无纺布浸泡入1.2g/L的由利巴韦林注射液和清开灵软胶囊制剂前体通过3:1的重量比组成抗菌液中10min,然后在100℃的温度下烘干,得到内层材料。
实施例2

按照重量份称取丁基橡胶36份、天然橡胶17份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物11份、滑石粉11份、氧化锌5份、石墨烯6份、无味DCP8份、碳酸氢钠6份、有机硅季铵羧酸钠6份,不断加水搅拌使混合均匀,机械搅拌20min得到混合液。制备质量分数为8wt%的甲酸溶液,然后将其加入到混合液中,不断搅拌,得到填料含量为20wt%的生胶;将生胶在水中浸泡24h以去除甲酸(中间需要换水2~3次),之后将其放入到烘箱中干燥。将干燥后的生胶塑炼、混炼、硫化;混炼完成后保持0.3cm的辊距,继续开炼8min,使混炼胶中的填料定向排列;接着将混炼胶以层层堆叠的方式放入到硫化机模具中硫化,得到外层材料;将所述100g的无纺布浸泡入1.2g/L的由利巴韦林注射液和清开灵软胶囊制剂前体通过3:1的重量比组成抗菌液中15min,然后在100℃的温度下烘干,得到内层材料。

Claims (9)

1.一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料,其特征在于,所述鞋子材料包括外层材料和内层材料,所述外层材料包括以下按照重量份的材料:丁基橡胶32-40份、天然橡胶15-19份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-12份、滑石粉8-14份、硫化活性剂3-6份、石墨烯5-8份、无味交联剂6-9份、发泡剂4-8份、除菌剂4-7份;所述内层材料为经过抗菌处理后的无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料,其特征在于,所述硫化活性剂可以为硬脂酸、月桂酸、氧化锌、硬脂酸锌中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料,其特征在于,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的分子量在4000-60000之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料,其特征在于,所述无味交联剂为无味DCP。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料,其特征在于,所述的抗菌处理是将所述无纺布浸泡入抗菌液中10-20min,然后在100℃的温度下烘干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料,其特征在于,所述抗菌液由利巴韦林注射液和清开灵软胶囊制剂前体按照重量比为3:1组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为碳酸钙或碳酸氢钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料,其特征在于,所述除菌剂为有机硅季铵羧酸钠。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石墨烯的抗H1N1病毒鞋子材料,其特征在于,所述无纺布孔径为12-45µm。
