The terminal can be bent only by rotating the bending tool, so that the bending efficiency of the terminal is improved. But it can only bend the same type of terminal.

Although the above patent can realize the bending of the terminal, the bending efficiency is low, and the use is extremely inconvenient, and in view of the above problems, there is a high necessity for an apparatus that is applicable to bending of terminals of various specifications.

As shown in fig. 10, the bending module 54 preferably includes a bending fixing plate 61 and a plurality of bending blocks 57 with different specifications, a fixing groove 58 is formed on the bending fixing plate 61 along the length direction, a protruding block 59 for being matched with the fixing groove 58 is arranged on the plurality of bending blocks 57, and the bending blocks 57 are clamped in the fixing groove 58 through the protruding block 59 and fixed by bolts. Referring to fig. 11, a plurality of the bending blocks 57 are adapted to different specifications of terminals, and each of the bending blocks 57 starts with a plurality of insertion grooves 60 for inserting the terminals.
The working principle is as follows:
1. the connector of the terminal to be bent is conveyed to the base station 1 through the conveying assembly line 2, and the terminal of the embodiment needs to be inserted into the connector shell before being bent;
2. the product clamping mechanism 3 clamps a product to be bent from the conveying production line 2 and places the product onto the positioning plate 431, then controls the positioning seat 434 to be regulated between the positioning seat 434 and the baffle 437 through the positioning cylinder 432, then moves the positioning plate 431 to the position of the terminal bending mechanism 5 through the first moving mechanism 41 and the second moving mechanism 42, and enables the terminal of the product on the positioning plate 431 to be inserted into the slot 60 of the bending block 57 through the cooperation of the first moving mechanism 41 and the second moving mechanism 42;
3. the bending motor 51 drives the bending module 54 to rotate by a moving angle, so that the bending block 57 is driven to rotate, and the bending block 57 realizes the bending of the terminal in the rotating process;
4. in this embodiment, since there are 2 terminal bending mechanisms 5 and 2 product positioning mechanisms 4, in this embodiment, a product can be placed on the first product positioning mechanism 4 first, the first terminal bending mechanism 5 is used to complete the first bending, then the product bent by the first terminal bending mechanism 5 is sent to the second product positioning mechanism 4 by the product clamping mechanism 3, and then the second terminal bending mechanism 5 is used to complete the second bending, in addition, the two terminal bending mechanisms 5 in this embodiment can also complete the bending at different bending angles at the same time.
