Further, in some embodiments of the invention, in the preparation steps of the dendrobium nobile mooncake, baking is performed for 5-15min, then the dendrobium nobile mooncake is taken out and cooled to room temperature, a part of honey and a part of edible oil are mixed and then coated on the cake surface, then the dendrobium nobile mooncake is placed back into the baking furnace to be continuously baked for 2-10min, then the dendrobium nobile mooncake is taken out again and cooled to room temperature, the remaining mixed liquid of the honey and the edible oil is coated on the cake surface again, and then the dendrobium nobile mooncake is placed back into the baking furnace to be continuously baked.
In the embodiment, the honey and the edible oil are repeatedly coated on the surfaces of the cakes to be baked, so that the honey and the edible oil can fully permeate into the moon cakes and are fully combined with other components, beneficial effects of the honey and the edible oil can be fully exerted, meanwhile, the baked moon cakes are more attractive in appearance, the color, the fragrance and the edible mouthfeel of the products can be improved.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, in the step of packaging the finished product, the cooled dendrobium nobile mooncake and the individually bagged antiseptic desiccant are packaged together in a sealed manner, and the package is filled with nitrogen.
In the embodiment, the cooled dendrobium nobile mooncake and the independently bagged antiseptic drying agent are hermetically packaged together, and nitrogen is filled into the package, so that the effect of prolonging the storage time can be achieved, the product is prevented from being polluted by the outside in the storage process, and the product quality is guaranteed.

Test examples
The dendrobium nobile mooncakes provided by the embodiments 1-5 of the present invention are subjected to scoring tests, and the scoring standards are as follows:
color: dark color with focal spots (1-2 min); the color is golden yellow and no focal spot (3-5 points).
Shape: not full enough, with cracks (1-2 points); smooth and full without gaps (3-5 minutes).
Outer skin: the appearance is defective, and stiff skin (1-2 points) exists; complete appearance without stiff skin (3-5 min).
Endoplasmic: the skin and stuffing are not uniform in thickness and have husks (1-2 min); the skin and stuffing are thin and uniform without shelling (3-5 min).
And (3) taste: the moon cake is hard, and the fragrance of the stuffing is not obvious (1-2 min); the moon cake is crisp and has fragrance overflowing all around (3-5 minutes).
Greasiness: greasy (1-2 points), oily but not greasy (3-5 points).

The moon cake stuffing is prepared from shelled melon seeds, sesame, walnuts, cashew kernels, almonds, peanut kernels, preserved fruits, white gourd sugar, glutinous rice powder, dendrobe wine, dendrobe powder, dendrobe juice, soy sauce, edible salt, white sugar, honey, shallots and pepper powder, wherein the shelled melon seeds, the walnut and other nuts as well as the sesame, the preserved fruits and other components are rich in various vitamins and various mineral substances required by human bodies, and the moon cake stuffing has the effects of activating blood circulation, strengthening brain, improving immunity and the like; the meat stuffing moon cake can be prepared by adding dried meat floss, barbecued pork, eggs and other components into the stuffing, and is delicious in taste and rich in nutrition. In addition, the dendrobium powder and the dendrobium juice are added into the moon cake crust and the moon cake stuffing, and the dendrobium wine is added into the moon cake stuffing, so that the effects of removing greasiness, reducing internal heat, tonifying stomach, promoting fluid production, nourishing yin and clearing heat can be achieved. The dendrobe mooncake of claim 2, wherein the components in parts by weight are respectively: 600 parts of low-gluten flour, 300 parts of syrup, 400 parts of edible oil, 140 parts of dendrobium juice, 130 parts of dendrobium powder, 30 parts of dried orange peel, 10 parts of tea, 8 parts of alkaline water, 500 parts of shelled melon seeds, 300 parts of sesame, 300 parts of walnut, 200 parts of cashew nut, 200 parts of almond, 200 parts of shelled peanut, 200 parts of preserved fruit, 150 parts of white gourd sugar, 300 parts of glutinous rice flour, 30 parts of dendrobium wine, 20 parts of soy sauce, 5 parts of edible salt, 100 parts of white sugar, 150 parts of honey, 120 parts of green onion, 5 parts of pepper powder, 200 parts of barbecued pork floss, 150 parts of egg and 450 parts of water.

6. A method for making the dendrobium nobile mooncake of any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
preparing a cake wrapper: grinding pericarpium Citri Tangerinae and folium Camelliae sinensis into powder and sieving, adding low-gluten powder, syrup, part of edible oil, part of herba Dendrobii juice, part of herba Dendrobii powder, alkaline water and the pulverized pericarpium Citri Tangerinae and folium Camelliae sinensis into a container, stirring, mixing, kneading, dividing into several spherical cake skin materials, and pressure-equalizing to obtain oblate shape;
preparing the pie filling: crushing shelled melon seeds, sesames, walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanut kernels, preserved fruits, white gourd sugar, shallots and barbecued pork into particles, then putting the particles, glutinous rice flour, the rest edible oil, dendrobe wine, soy sauce, edible salt, white sugar, honey, pepper powder, the rest dendrobe juice, eggs, dried meat floss and water into another container, stirring, mixing and kneading the particles, and dividing the particles into a plurality of spherical cake fillings;
preparing the dendrobium mooncake: wrapping a round pie filling material in each pie wrapper material pressed into an oblate shape, putting the pie filling materials into a mold, pressing the mixture into a moon cake shape, and putting the moon cake shape into a baking oven for baking to obtain the dendrobium nobile mooncake;
packaging a finished product: and cooling the baked dendrobium nobile mooncake to room temperature, and then sealing and packaging to obtain a finished product.
7. The manufacturing method of the dendrobium nobile mooncake as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step of preparing the cake peel, the dried orange peel and the tea leaves are ground into powder and sieved by a sieve of 80-150 meshes.
8. The manufacturing method of the dendrobium nobile moon cake as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the dendrobium nobile moon cake manufacturing step, baking is carried out at 140-220 ℃.
