通过采用上述技术方案,将碳酸钠与木犀草素、β-环糊精、壳聚糖、甲基纤维素以及碳酸氢钠共同混合得到防臭A剂,碳酸钠起到干燥剂的作用,在储存过程中,减小水分对β-环糊精、壳聚糖、木犀草素以及甲基纤维素的影响。
优选的,所述步骤S1中纱线为咖啡纤维。
通过采用上述技术方案,步骤S1中使用的纱线为咖啡纤维,咖啡纤维对臭气、异味具有一定的吸附作用,并且咖啡纤维具有一定的抑菌效果,同时咖啡纤维能与防臭剂具有较好的连接强度,在一定程度上增强经过防臭处理的咖啡纤维的耐洗性。
优选的,所述步骤S6中使用的整理剂包括整理A剂,所述整理A剂包括以下重量份的原料制成:

通过采用上述技术方案,将三种氨基改性硅油配合使用,不仅使用的原料较少,而且能取得较好的柔软整理效果。十二烷基三甲基氯化铵不仅具有较好的分散效果,而且具有一定的杀菌、抗静电效果。
优选的,所述整理A剂还包括以下重量份的原料制成:
异构十三脂肪醇醚 5-8份;
乙二醇单丁醚 1-2份。
通过采用上述技术方案,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、异构醇十三脂肪醇与乙二醇单丁醚之间具有较好的协同效果,能使三种氨基改性硅油较好地分散于水中。
优选的,所述整理A剂具体包括以下步骤制得:
步骤a:将氨基改性硅油4703、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、异构十三脂肪醇和乙二醇单丁醚在转速为10000-20000r/min的条件下搅拌10-15min得到混合物a;
步骤b:向混合物a中添加氨基改性硅油4708、氨基改性硅油RC,在转速为10000-20000r/min的条件下搅拌10-15min得到混合物b,即为整理A剂。
通过采用上述技术方案,先将氨基改性硅油与十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、异构十三脂肪醇醚以及乙二醇单丁醚在较高转速下混合,再将氨基改性硅油4708以及氨基改性硅油RC添加至混合物a中,使三种氨基改性硅油较好地分散于异构十三脂肪醇醚、乙二醇单丁醚以及十二烷基三甲基氯化铵中,当将整理A剂添加至水中时,能使三种氨基改性硅油在异构十三脂肪醇醚、乙二醇单丁醚以及十二烷基三甲基氯化铵的作用下较好地分散于水中。
优选的,所述步骤S6中使用的整理剂还包括整理B剂,所述整理B剂包括以下重量份的原料制成:

通过采用上述技术方案,壳聚糖季铵盐与壳聚糖共同作用后具有较好的抗菌以及抗静电作用,且壳聚糖季铵盐与袜子纱线之间具有较好的连接强度。
甲基纤维素也与袜子纱线之间具有较好的连接强度,且甲基纤维素与壳聚糖季铵盐以及壳聚糖共同作用,能使袜子具有较好的抗皱效果。
十二烷基三甲基溴化铵与十二烷基三甲基氯化铵共同对袜子具有较好的抗静电和抗菌效果。
十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚能使壳聚糖季铵盐较好地连接于袜子纤维上,并且能使壳聚糖季铵盐以及甲基纤维素较好地分散于水中,使袜子较为均匀地与壳聚糖季铵盐以及甲基纤维素接触。
优选的,所述步骤S3染色中将染料分散于水中得到染液,其中染料质量分数为2-3%(omf),浴比为1:(50-70);再向染液中添加0.3-0.5g/L的冰醋酸和2.5-4g/L的元明粉,在55-65℃的染色温度下染色30-50min。
通过采用上述技术方案,在酸性环境下进行染色,其中冰醋酸能较好地将染料连接于袜子限位上。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、在对袜子进行防臭处理时,不再使用香精微胶囊混悬液,仅对袜子进行防臭处理,使袜子上不再有不必要的香精味,使用β-环糊精吸附异味和臭气,减少袜子上的异味和臭气,并且β-环糊精能在一定程度上提高防臭剂在防臭处理过程中的稳定性,使纱线能较为均匀地与防臭剂进行接触。木犀草素具有较好的抗菌效果,袜子上异味多数来源于微生物将汗液中的蛋白质和脂肪的分解,因此木犀草素在一定程度上减少袜子上异味的产生,并且木犀草素与纱线纤维以及β-环糊精之间具有较好的连接强度,进而具有较好的耐洗性。壳聚糖具有较好的抗菌效果,能在一定程度上减少袜子上异味的产生,并且壳聚糖能与β-环糊精之间具有较好的连接作用。甲基纤维素具有一定的抗菌效果,能在一定程度上减少袜子上异味的产生,甲基纤维素能在一定程度上增强防臭剂与纱线的连接强度,进而具有较好的耐洗性。
2、单宁酸、丁烷四羧酸和柠檬酸能使β-环糊精、壳聚糖和甲基纤维素较好地交联于纱线上,能在一定程度上增强防臭剂的耐洗性。丁烷四羧酸、柠檬酸以及单宁酸共同作用,能使纱线具有较好的柔软性,能在一定程度上防止纱线变干变硬。
3、醋酸不仅能在一定程度上增强β-环糊精、壳聚糖以及甲基纤维素与纱线之间的连接强度,而且能与碳酸氢钠以及碳酸钠反应生成二氧化碳,二氧化碳从水中逸出,使防臭剂更快更好地分散于水中。次亚磷酸钠作为一种分散剂,帮助防臭剂较好地分散于水中。并且醋酸与碳酸氢钠以及碳酸钠反应生成的醋酸钠是一种较好的媒染剂,具有一定的固色效果。同时,醋酸钠能在一定程度上缓和不良气味。并且醋酸钠与甲基纤维素以及次亚磷酸钠共同作用后,能在一定程度上抑制微生物的生长。

防臭剂的制备例
制备例1-3
防臭剂具体包括以下步骤制得:
步骤A:将木犀草素、β-环糊精、壳聚糖、甲基纤维素、分散剂(分散剂为次亚磷酸钠)和交联剂(交联剂为丁烷四羧酸)在转速为900r/min的条件下搅拌10min,得到防臭A剂,即为防臭剂。
其中,木犀草素、β-环糊精、壳聚糖、甲基纤维素、分散剂和交联剂添加的重量份如表1所示:

制备例4-6
制备例4-6与制备例3的区别在于:制备例4-6中使用的交联剂与制备例3中使用的交联剂不同。
防臭剂具体包括以下步骤制得:
步骤A:将木犀草素、β-环糊精、壳聚糖、甲基纤维素、分散剂(分散剂为次亚磷酸钠)在转速为900r/min的条件下搅拌10min,得到防臭A剂;
步骤B:将单宁酸、丁烷四羧酸、柠檬酸在转速为200r/min的条件下搅拌10min,得到防臭B剂;防臭A剂与防臭B剂共同组成防臭剂。
其中,单宁酸、丁烷四羧酸和柠檬酸添加的重量百分比如表2所示:

整理剂具体包括以下步骤制得:
步骤a:将氨基改性硅油4703、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、异构十三脂肪醇和乙二醇单丁醚在转速为20000r/min的条件下搅拌10min得到混合物a;
步骤b:向混合物a中添加氨基改性硅油4708、氨基改性硅油RC,在转速为20000r/min的条件下搅拌10min得到混合物b,即为整理A剂,得到的整理A剂;
步骤c:将壳聚糖家钠盐、甲基纤维素、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚在转速为800r/min的条件下搅拌10min得到整理B剂;整理A剂与整理B剂组成整理剂。
其中,壳聚糖季铵盐、甲基纤维素、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚添加的重量份如表6所示:

实施例
实施例1-31
S1:纱线的选择,采购咖啡纤维作为织造袜子的原料。
S2:染色防臭处理,将制成的纱线经过防臭剂处理,使用的防臭剂如表7所示。
当使用的防臭剂为制备例1-3时,直接向水中添加5g/L的防臭剂即可;当使用的防臭剂为制备例4-6时,向水中添加总计5g/L的防臭剂,其中先添加防臭A剂再添加防臭B剂;当使用的防臭剂为制备例7-15时,向水中添加总计5g/L的防臭剂,其中先添加防臭A剂,再添加防臭C剂,然后添加防臭B剂。
S3:染色,将经过染色的纱线进行染色,将染料分散于水中得到染液,其中染料质量分数为3%(omf),浴比为1:70;再向染液中添加0.5g/L的冰醋酸和4g/L的元明粉,在65℃的染色温度下染色30min。
S4:袜子织造。
S5:缝头处理,将袜子进行缝头处理。
S6:定型处理,将经过步骤S5处理的袜子通过整理剂定型处理,当使用的整理剂为制备例1-6时,向水中添加10g/L的整理剂即可;当使用的整理剂为制备例7-18时,其中一个水槽内加水后,向水中添加10g/L的整理A剂,向另一个水槽内加水,再向水中添加8g/L的整理B剂;使袜子经过整理A剂处理后,水洗一次,再将袜子经过整理B剂处理,最后通过定型机将袜子定型即可。
S7:配对包装。

性能检测试验
一、消臭性能的测试
在若干个规定的密闭容器(5L)中加入规定量的被检测气体,放入测试织物(10cm×10cm),封口保存2h后采用仪器(氨气采用检知管测定)测定残留气体浓度。重复测三次,取平均值,并按式(1)计算消臭率。

Pb——初始检测气体的浓度
Pc——消臭整理后检测气体的浓度
选择AATCC135《缩水性能测试》标准洗涤机正常程序,洗涤温度为(41±3)℃,洗涤剂采用GB/T8629—2017《纺织品试验用家庭洗涤和干燥程序》标准洗涤剂,测试洗涤不同次数后织物的消臭率,以评价织物的耐洗涤性能。
二、抗菌性能的测试
参照FZ/T73023—2006附录D.8《抗菌织物测试方法:振荡法》测试,并计算织物的抑菌率Y。
三、手感测试
采用多人用手触感评价,用数字1~5表示。1为手感最差,硬而粗糙;5为手感最好,软而滑。

一、关于氨气消臭率及耐洗性的讨论
结合实施例1-12、实施例31和对比例1-3并结合表8可以看出,醋酸、单宁酸、柠檬酸以及丁烷四羧酸对增强袜子耐洗性具有较好的效果。
壳聚糖与β-环糊精之间具有较好的协同效果,能在一定程度上增强耐洗性。甲基纤维素与β-环糊精之间也具有较好的协同效果,能在一定程度上增强耐洗性。
木犀草酸具有一定的抗菌效果,并且能在一定程度上增强耐洗性。
二、关于抑菌效果的讨论
结合实施例13-30并结合表8可以看出,壳聚糖季铵盐、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵具有较好的抑菌效果。醋酸钠、甲基纤维素以及次亚磷酸钠共同作用具有较好的抑菌效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种防臭袜的制备工艺,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:纱线的选择;
S2:染色防臭处理,将制成的纱线经过防臭剂处理,所述防臭剂包括以下重量份的原料制成:

S3:染色,将经过染色的纱线进行染色;
S4:袜子织造;
S5:缝头处理;
S6:定型处理,将经过步骤S5处理的袜子通过整理剂定型处理;
S7:配对包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防臭袜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述交联剂包括以下重量百分比的原料制成:
单宁酸 5-7%;
丁烷四羧酸 24-35%;
柠檬酸 60-70%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防臭袜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述分散剂包括以下重量百分比的原料制成:

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防臭袜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述防臭剂具体包括以下步骤制得:
步骤A:将木犀草素、β-环糊精、壳聚糖、甲基纤维素、次亚磷酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠在转速为800-1000r/min的条件下搅拌5-10min,得到防臭A剂;
步骤B:将单宁酸、丁烷四羧酸、柠檬酸在转速为100-200r/min的条件下搅拌5-10min,得到防臭B剂;
步骤C:将醋酸单独存放为防臭C剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防臭袜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中纱线为咖啡纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防臭袜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S6中使用的整理剂包括整理A剂,所述整理A剂包括以下重量份的原料制成:

步骤a:将氨基改性硅油4703、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、异构十三脂肪醇和乙二醇单丁醚在转速为10000-20000r/min的条件下搅拌10-15min得到混合物a;
步骤b:向混合物a中添加氨基改性硅油4708、氨基改性硅油RC,在转速为10000-20000r/min的条件下搅拌10-15min得到混合物b,即为整理A剂。
9.根据权利要求1述的一种防臭袜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S6中使用的整理剂还包括整理B剂,所述整理B剂包括以下重量份的原料制成:
