Abstract
本发明公开了一种防护服面料。该防护服面料含10~90wt%的内部空腔填充有防螨药剂的中空纤维,和90~10wt%的化学纤维和/或天然纤维。与现有技术相比,本发明防护服面料具有持久防螨、耐洗涤的优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防护服面料。
背景技术
防护服主要应用于消防、军工、船舶、石油、化工、喷漆、清洗消毒、实验室等行业与部门,非一次性防护服由于穿着时间较长不易清洗,容易滋生螨虫。现有技术一般是用防螨药剂处理面料,以在面料表面获得一防螨药剂层,但面料表面的该药剂层不耐洗涤,易脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有防护服面料的上述不足,提供一种耐洗涤的具有防螨功能的防护服面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种防护服面料,其特点在于:所述防护服面料含10~90wt%的内部空腔填充有防螨药剂的中空纤维,和90~10wt%的化学纤维和/或天然纤维。
优选地,所述中空纤维的中空率为10~30vt%。
优选地,所述化学纤维选自聚丙烯纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、芳纶纤维和/或棉,所述天然纤维选自棉和/或羊毛。
优选地,所述面料的表面具有憎水涂层。
更优选地,所述憎水涂层对水的接触角在100度以上。
优选地,所述防护服面料含10~30wt%的中空纤维。
优选地,所述中空纤维通过包括以下步骤的方法填充防螨药剂:
(1)将防螨药剂、表面活性剂和渗透剂加入水中,搅拌混匀,得到药液;
(2)将中空纤维浸入步骤(1)的药液中,缓慢加热至50~80℃,保温1~3小时,脱水,烘干。
更优选地,药液中,所述防螨药剂的浓度为2~5wt%、表面活性剂的浓度为0.5~2wt%,渗透剂的浓度为0,2~1wt%。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
与现有防护服面料相比,本发明是通过在中空纤维的空腔中填充防螨药剂,由于防螨是填充在中空纤维腔内,在洗涤时,中空纤维可以起到保护作用,避免防螨药剂被摩擦脱落。采用该中空纤维纺织成的面料可以通过从中空纤维空腔内缓慢释放的防螨药剂达到长久的防螨目的。
本发明的防护服面料含10~90wt%的内部空腔填充有防螨药剂的中空纤维,和90~10wt%的化学纤维和/或天然纤维。
在一些具体实施例中,该面料中的中空纤维含量为10wt%、20wt%、30wt%、40wt%、50wt%、60wt%、70wt%、80wt%或90wt%。
作为优选的技术方案之一,所述中空纤维的中空率为10~30vt%。
在一些具体实施例中,所述中空纤维的中空率为10vt%、20vt%或30vt%。
化学纤维可选自聚丙烯纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维和/或芳纶纤维,天然纤维可选自棉和/或羊毛。
作为优选的技术方案之一,该面料的表面具有憎水涂层。该憎水涂层一方面提高防护服面料的耐洗涤性,另一方面使防护服表面不易积水、积汗,避免产生滋生螨虫的环境。
在一些具体实施例中,该憎水涂层对水的接触角在100度以上。
作为优选的技术方案之一,中空纤维通过包括以下步骤的方法填充防螨药剂:
(1)将防螨药剂、表面活性剂和渗透剂加入水中,搅拌混匀,得到药液;
(2)将中空纤维浸入步骤(1)的药液中,缓慢加热至50~80℃,保温1~3小时,脱水,烘干。
添加适量的渗透剂可以促进防螨药剂渗入中空纤维的内部空腔。温度低于50℃,药液渗透太慢,温度高于80℃药液易产生泡沫,不利于操作。
实施例1
(1)防螨药剂填充中空纤维空腔
配制浸渍药液:将防螨药剂邻苯二甲酸二乙酯3wt%,表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠1wt%,渗透剂JFC 0.3wt%加入水中,搅拌混匀。
将中空纤维(中空率15vt%)浸入上述药液中,缓慢加热至60℃,保温90分钟,脱水,烘干。
(2)混纺、织造
按常规的纺织工艺将30wt%的中空纤维和70wt%的棉混纺织造成具有防螨功能的面料,纺织工艺流程包括以下步骤:和毛—梳毛—并条—粗纱—细纱—络筒—并线—倍捻—整经—穿综—扎筘—织造—后整理(煮、洗、蒸)—面料。
(3)制作防护服
将面料制作成防护服的步骤包括:裁剪—缝制—灭菌—检验—防护服成品。
实施例2
(1)防螨药剂填充中空纤维空腔
配制浸渍药液:将防螨药剂邻苯二甲酸二乙酯3wt%,表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠1wt%,渗透剂JFC 0.3wt%加入水中,搅拌混匀。
将中空纤维(中空率15vt%)浸入上述药液中,缓慢加热至80℃,保温90分钟,脱水,烘干。
(2)混纺、织造
按常规的纺织工艺将20wt%的中空纤维和80wt%的聚丙烯纤维混纺织造成具有防螨功能的面料,纺织工艺流程包括以下步骤:和毛—梳毛—并条—粗纱—细纱—络筒—并线—倍捻—整经—穿综—扎筘—织造—后整理(煮、洗、蒸)—面料。
(3)憎水处理
配制憎水浸轧液:将辛基三乙氧基硅烷3wt%、十二烷基磺酸钠0.5wt%加入到水中,调节pH值至9左右,加热至45℃搅拌3小时,备用。
用憎水浸轧液浸渍面料,三浸三轧,烘干,水洗,烘干。
(4)制作防护服
将面料制作成防护服的步骤包括:裁剪—缝制—灭菌—检验—防护服成品。
实施例3
防护服的制作过程与实施例1相同,区别只在于面料采用10wt%的中空纤维和90wt%的棉进行混纺。

1.一种防护服面料,其特征在于:所述防护服面料含10~90wt%的内部空腔填充有防螨药剂的中空纤维,和90~10wt%的化学纤维和/或天然纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防护服面料,其特征在于:所述中空纤维的中空率为10~30vt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防护服面料,其特征在于:所述化学纤维选自聚丙烯纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、芳纶纤维和/或棉,所述天然纤维选自棉和/或羊毛。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防护服面料,其特征在于:所述面料的表面具有憎水涂层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防护服面料,其特征在于:所述憎水涂层对水的接触角在100度以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防护服面料,其特征在于:所述防护服面料含10~30wt%的中空纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防护服面料,其特征在于:所述中空纤维通过包括以下步骤的方法填充防螨药剂:
(1)将防螨药剂、表面活性剂和渗透剂加入水中,搅拌混匀,得到药液;
(2)将中空纤维浸入步骤(1)的药液中,缓慢加热至50~80℃,保温1~3小时,脱水,烘干。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防护服面料,其特征在于:药液中,所述防螨药剂的浓度为2~5wt%、表面活性剂的浓度为0.5~2wt%,渗透剂的浓度为0,2~1wt%。
