Abstract
本发明涉及家庭纺织用品技术领域,具体公开了一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料,由竹纤维、玉米纤维、桑蚕丝、亚麻纤维和防水改性聚酯纤维制备而成,且窗帘面料的两侧涂覆有防水层,其中防水改性聚酯纤维由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、甲种纤维素、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺、蛭石、海泡石、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂与粘胶纤维制备而成。本发明的窗帘布料通过设置防水层防止雨水浸润窗帘,将雨水阻挡在窗帘外侧而无法进入室内,同时少量浸润窗帘的雨水被防水改性聚酯纤维、竹纤维、玉米纤维、桑蚕丝和亚麻纤维吸收,从而具有良好的防水性能,而且选用的竹纤维、玉米纤维、亚麻纤维和桑蚕丝保证了窗帘的良好透气性能。

本发明涉及家庭纺织用品技术领域,具体涉及一种防水性能良好的窗帘布料。
背景技术
窗帘的主要作用是与外界隔开以保持居室的私密性,同时还具有遮阳隔热和调节室内光线的功能,而且窗帘也是家装不可或缺的装饰品。现代窗帘既可以减光、遮光,适应人对光线不同强度的需求,又可以防火、防风、除尘、保暖、消声、隔热、防辐射、防紫外线等,改善居室气候与环境。因此装饰性与实用性的巧妙结合,是现代窗帘的最大特色。但是窗帘因平时接触外部空间而容易受到影响,尤其是雨天易被飘落的雨水打湿,并造成室内有雨水存积。中国专利CN205632053U,专利名称一种公交用挡雨窗帘,授权日期2016年10月12日,公开了一种应用在公交上具有挡雨效果的窗帘,其中用于挡雨的部分为带孔防水塑料布,同时设置孔与带孔塑料布的孔错开的带孔棉布,使雨水不能进入车内。但是雨天塑料布容易贴合棉布造成车内通气不畅,而且雨水可能通过浸润棉布使棉布滴水,造成车内有雨水进入。
发明内容
针对窗帘雨天易被飘落的雨水打湿并造成室内雨水存积的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防水性能良好的窗帘布料,能够有效防止雨水进入室内,保持室内舒适,且透气性好。
本发明提供如下的技术方案:
一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料,所述窗帘面料由以下重量份的纤维制备而成:竹纤维30~50份、玉米纤维10~15份、桑蚕丝10~15份、亚麻纤维20~30份、防水改性聚酯纤维80~100份,且窗帘面料的两侧涂覆有防水层。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述防水改性聚酯纤维由以下重量份组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100~120份、甲种纤维素20~30份、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺3~5份、蛭石10~15份、海泡石3~5份、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂0.7~1.1份、粘胶纤维0.2~0.5份。
作为本发明的一种改进,,所述蛭石、海泡石使用前先混合均匀并置于300~350℃下煅烧4~6小时。
一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出制得混合母粒,然后经湿法纺丝制成防水改性聚酯纤维;
(2)将防水改性聚酯纤维、竹纤维、玉米纤维、桑蚕丝和亚麻纤维经纺织制成窗帘面料;
(3)在窗帘面料两侧喷涂防水液并通风干燥形成防水层;
(4)将步骤(3)所得窗帘面料于-10 ℃环境中静置10分钟,再于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3~5次,制成抵防水性能良好的窗帘面料。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(1)中螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段110~125℃、二段125~135 ℃、三段135~145 ℃、四段145~155 ℃、五段155~160 ℃、六段160~165 ℃,模头温度为155~160 ℃。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(1)中湿法纺丝的溶剂为质量分数分布为12%的二甲基甲酰胺与20%的硫酸的混合水溶液。
作为本发明的一种改进,,步骤(3)中的防水液由以下重量份组份制备而成:疏水剂5~7份、桐油10~14份、紫胶2~4份、乙醇500~600份。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(3)中的喷涂密度为5~7 mL/m3,通风速率为3~5m/s,干燥温度23~25 ℃。
本发明的防水性能良好的窗纱选择吸湿性良好的竹纤维、玉米纤维、桑蚕丝、亚麻纤维作为原料纤维,同时对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯进行防水改性,提升聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的防水能力,使窗帘有较强的防水性能。防水改性聚酯纤维中的甲种纤维素、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺、蛭石和海泡石有良好的物理吸水能力,可吸收飘落在窗帘表面的雨水,防止雨水滴落室内,从而提高窗帘的防水性能,同时在日光充足的条件下吸收的水分被蒸发使窗帘变干燥。窗帘面料两侧还涂覆防水层,其中疏水剂和桐油在紫胶作用下形成薄膜可以起到疏水作用,防止平时雨水或其它水溶液浸润窗帘并被直接被阻挡在窗帘外侧。因此本发明的窗帘通过防水层防止雨水等浸润窗帘,将雨水阻挡在窗帘外侧而无法进入室内,同时少量浸润窗帘的雨水被防水改性聚酯纤维所吸收,还有少部分的雨水由竹纤维、玉米纤维、桑蚕丝和亚麻纤维吸收,从而保证窗帘的防水性能。经另外防水改性聚酯纤维所吸收在晴朗天气可以充分蒸发,使窗帘恢复干燥状态。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的窗帘布料通过设置防水层防止雨水浸润窗帘,将雨水阻挡在窗帘外侧而无法进入室内,同时少量浸润窗帘的雨水被防水改性聚酯纤维、竹纤维、玉米纤维、桑蚕丝和亚麻纤维吸收,从而具有良好的防水性能,而且选用的竹纤维、玉米纤维、亚麻纤维和桑蚕丝保证了窗帘的良好透气性能。

下面就本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如无特别说明,本发明中所采用的原料均可从市场上购得或是本领域常用的,如无特别说明,下述实施例中的方法均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料,由以下纤维制备而成:竹纤维30 g、玉米纤维10 g、桑蚕丝10 g、亚麻纤维20 g、防水改性聚酯纤维80 g,且窗帘面料的两侧涂覆有防水层,其中防水改性聚酯纤维由以下组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100 g、甲种纤维素20 g、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺3 g、蛭石10 g、海泡石3 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂0.7 g、粘胶纤维0.2g。蛭石、海泡石使用前先混合均匀然后置于300 ℃下煅烧6小时。
一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备防水改性聚酯纤维:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出制得混合母粒,然后经湿法纺丝制成防水改性聚酯纤维,其中螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段110~125 ℃、二段125~135 ℃、三段135~145 ℃、四段145~155 ℃、五段155~160 ℃、六段160~165 ℃,模头温度为155~160 ℃,湿法纺丝的溶剂优选为质量分数分别为12%的二甲基甲酰胺与20%的硫酸的混合水溶液;

(3)在窗帘面料两侧喷涂防水液并通风干燥形成防水层,其中防水液由以下组份制备而成:疏水剂5 g、桐油10 g、紫胶2 g、乙醇500 g,防水液的喷涂密度为5 mL/m3,通风速率为3 m/s,干燥温度23 ℃,所用疏水剂优选为水溶性荷叶疏水剂;
(4)将步骤(3)所得窗帘面料于-10 ℃环境中静置10分钟,再于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3次,制成防水性能良好的窗帘面料。
实施例2
一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料,由以下纤维制备而成:竹纤维40 g、玉米纤维12.5 g、桑蚕丝12.5 g、亚麻纤维25 g、防水改性聚酯纤维90 g,且窗帘面料的两侧涂覆有防水层,其中防水改性聚酯纤维由以下组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯110 g、甲种纤维素25g、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺4 g、蛭石12.5 g、海泡石4 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂0.9 g、粘胶纤维0.35 g。蛭石、海泡石使用前先混合均匀然后置于325 ℃下煅烧5小时。
一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备防水改性聚酯纤维:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出制得混合母粒,然后经湿法纺丝制成防水改性聚酯纤维,其中螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段110~125 ℃、二段125~135 ℃、三段135~145 ℃、四段145~155 ℃、五段155~160 ℃、六段160~165 ℃,模头温度为155~160 ℃,湿法纺丝的溶剂优选为质量分数分别为12%的二甲基甲酰胺与20%的硫酸的混合水溶液;
(2)将防水改性聚酯纤维、竹纤维、玉米纤维、桑蚕丝和亚麻纤维经纺织制成窗帘面料;
(3)在窗帘面料两侧喷涂防水液并通风干燥形成防水层,其中防水液由以下组份制备而成:疏水剂6 g、桐油12 g、紫胶3 g、乙醇550 g,防水液的喷涂密度为6 mL/m3,通风速率为4 m/s,干燥温度24 ℃,所用疏水剂优选为水溶性荷叶疏水剂;
(4)将步骤(3)所得窗帘面料于-10 ℃环境中静置10分钟,再于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置4次,制成防水性能良好的窗帘面料。
实施例3
一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料,由以下纤维制备而成:竹纤维50 g、玉米纤维15 g、桑蚕丝15 g、亚麻纤维30 g、防水改性聚酯纤维100 g,且窗帘面料的两侧涂覆有防水层,其中防水改性聚酯纤维由以下组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯120 g、甲种纤维素30 g、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺5 g、蛭石15 g、海泡石5 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1.1 g、粘胶纤维0.5 g。蛭石、海泡石使用前先混合均匀然后置于350 ℃下煅烧6小时。
一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备防水改性聚酯纤维:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出制得混合母粒,然后经湿法纺丝制成防水改性聚酯纤维,其中螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段110~125 ℃、二段125~135 ℃、三段135~145 ℃、四段145~155 ℃、五段155~160 ℃、六段160~165 ℃,模头温度为155~160 ℃,湿法纺丝的溶剂优选为质量分数分别为12%的二甲基甲酰胺与20%的硫酸的混合水溶液;

(3)在窗帘面料两侧喷涂防水液并通风干燥形成防水层,其中防水液由以下组份制备而成:疏水剂7 g、桐油14 g、紫胶4 g、乙醇600 g,防水液的喷涂密度为7 mL/m3,通风速率为5 m/s,干燥温度25 ℃,所用疏水剂优选为水溶性荷叶疏水剂;
(4)将步骤(3)所得窗帘面料于-10 ℃环境中静置10分钟,再于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置5次,制成防水性能良好的窗帘面料。

1.一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料,其特征在于:所述窗帘面料由以下重量份的纤维制备而成:竹纤维30~50份、玉米纤维10~15份、桑蚕丝10~15份、亚麻纤维20~30份、防水改性聚酯纤维80~100份,且窗帘面料的两侧涂覆有防水层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述防水改性聚酯纤维由以下重量份组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100~120份、甲种纤维素20~30份、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺3~5份、蛭石10~15份、海泡石3~5份、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂0.7~1.1份、粘胶纤维0.2~0.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述蛭石、海泡石使用前先混合均匀并置于300~350 ℃下煅烧4~6小时。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的防水性能良好的窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出制得混合母粒,然后经湿法纺丝制成防水改性聚酯纤维;
(2)将防水改性聚酯纤维、竹纤维、玉米纤维、桑蚕丝和亚麻纤维经纺织制成窗帘面料;
(3)在窗帘面料两侧喷涂防水液并通风干燥形成防水层;
(4)将步骤(3)所得窗帘面料于-10 ℃环境中静置10分钟,再于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3~5次,制成抵防水性能良好的窗帘面料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段110~125 ℃、二段125~135 ℃、三段135~145℃、四段145~155 ℃、五段155~160 ℃、六段160~165 ℃,模头温度为155~160 ℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中湿法纺丝的溶剂为质量分数分布为12%的二甲基甲酰胺与20%的硫酸的混合水溶液。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的防水液由以下重量份组份制备而成:疏水剂5~7份、桐油10~14份、紫胶2~4份、乙醇500~600份。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种防水性能良好的窗帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的喷涂密度为5~7 mL/m3,通风速率为3~5 m/s,干燥温度23~25 ℃。
