Abstract

本发明涉及窗帘,具体的说是涉及一种可隔热的布艺窗帘,该可隔热的布艺窗帘可有效防止热量进入室内,使室内温度保持在一个较舒适的温度。窗帘包括外层的布层,还包括内层的镀铝膜层,所述镀铝膜层与布层通过胶层粘结在一起。胶层使镀铝膜层与布粘结在一起,PUR胶层或TPU胶层或EVA 胶层都是耐热胶,不会因阳光的热量而出现软化或干裂,使布层与镀铝膜层稳固的粘结在一起,使用寿命也长。

一种可隔热的布艺窗帘
技术领域
本发明涉及窗帘,具体的说是涉及一种可隔热的布艺窗帘。
背景技术
窗户内一般都会安窗帘,窗帘所使用的布料通常采用涤纶布、涤棉布、尼龙布、棉麻布,玻璃纤维、碳纤维等单层布,通过在该布上印刷各种不同的图案达到美观效果。但这种窗帘布还是存在以下几个方面的缺陷:
1.这种窗帘布虽然起到了遮阳的效果,但隔热效果较差,阳光照射到窗帘布上,由于涤纶布、涤棉布、尼龙布、棉麻布,玻璃纤维、碳纤维等布的对光的反射作用小,光通过窗帘布的热量传递至室内,导致室内温度上升。
2.窗帘布采用单层的虽然使拉伸机构受力较小,但其布料的布纹缝隙较宽,不能有效阻止阳光的热量辐射。
3.窗帘布采用多层的布料,虽然可以使阳光的热量有效的阻止在外,但其重量较重,使拉伸机构始终处于紧绷状态,而且推拉不方便。
4.上述3的多层的布料窗帘布,也增加了生产成本,使其价格要比单层的贵上许多。
发明内容
针对上述技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种可隔热的布艺窗帘,该可隔热的布艺窗帘可有效防止热量进入室内,使室内温度保持在一个较舒适的温度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下方案来实现:一种可隔热的布艺窗帘,包括外层的布层,还包括内层的镀铝膜层,所述镀铝膜层与布层通过胶层粘结在一起。
进一步的,所述胶层是PUR胶层或TPU胶层或EVA胶层。
进一步的,所述镀铝膜层采用的基材为BOPP、PET、PE、CPP、PVC。
进一步的,所述镀铝膜层在基材上镀铝膜。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.遮阳效果好,采用了镀铝膜+布,使窗帘布整体美观大方,阳光可有效的阻止在外。
2.有效阻隔热量,镀铝膜层大约能反射97%的光线,使窗帘布只吸收少量的热量,进而散发至室内的温度也较低,人体皮肤完全能够适应。
3.节约生产成本,镀铝膜层可有效阻止阳光照射进入室内,比原先的多重窗帘布的成本要降低很多,而且达到的隔热目的效果更好。
4.胶层使镀铝膜层与布粘结在一起,PUR胶层或TPU胶层或EVA胶层都是耐热胶,不会因阳光的热量而出现软化或干裂,使布层与镀铝膜层稳固的粘结在一起,使用寿命也长。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作详细说明。
如图1所示,一种可隔热的布艺窗帘,包括外层的布层1,还包括内层的镀铝膜层3,所述镀铝膜层3与布层1通过胶层2粘结在一起。所述胶层2是PUR胶层或TPU胶层或EVA 胶层,其中PUR胶层在120度左右溶解,均匀的涂抹于基层1表面,然后将镀铝膜层3无缝粘贴于基层1的有胶层面,冷却至恒温收起。所述镀铝膜层3采用的基材31为BOPP、PET、PE、CPP、PVC,其在基材31上镀铝膜。如图2所示,图中下部分为基材,上部分为镀铝膜,以镀铝膜膜面与布层1的胶合。
上述布层1可采用是涤纶布、涤棉布、尼龙布、棉麻布,玻璃纤维、碳纤维中的一种。
所述镀铝膜层3朝外的一面镀铝膜,镀铝膜是通过真空镀铝工艺将高纯度在铝丝在高温(1100~1200℃)下蒸发成气态,之后塑料薄膜经过真空蒸发室时,气态的铝原子沉淀到塑料薄膜表面而形成的光亮金属色彩的薄膜。这层薄膜的表面光滑,能够有效的反射太阳光线。
本发明窗帘布,可有效的防止太阳光长时间对屋内的光照造成的热量升高。特别是炎热的夏天,窗户上如果使用本发明的窗帘布制成的窗帘,太阳光能够有效反射,通过镀铝膜层1的隔离作用,将大部分的热量阻挡在外面,使室内的温度保持恒温,使人体的皮肤能够适应。
铝膜是一种辐射热量并隔热的材料,耐温幅度-50--150℃,辐射降温隔热镀铝膜层能够以8-13.5μm波长形式发射走物体上的热量,降低物体表面温度并以干膜层内的纳米空心陶瓷微珠组成的真空腔体群,形成有效的隔热屏障,从而达到降温隔热的效果。铝膜在起到辐射降温隔热的同时,也有很好的自洁性、防腐性、防水性、防火性、抗酸碱、生产方便的特点。
采用本发明的窗帘,大约能反射97%的光线,有效的阻止了热量进入室内,使室内保持一个适宜人体的温度环境,且制造成本低,工艺也不复杂,但达到的隔热效果明显比纯布艺的窗帘要好。

1.一种可隔热的布艺窗帘,包括外层的布层(1),其特征在于:还包括内层的镀铝膜层(3),所述镀铝膜层(3)与布层(1)通过胶层(2)粘结在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可隔热的布艺窗帘,其特征在于:所述胶层(2)是PUR胶层或TPU胶层或EVA 胶层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可隔热的布艺窗帘,其特征在于:所述镀铝膜层(3)采用的基材(31)为BOPP、PET、PE、CPP、PVC。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种可隔热的布艺窗帘,其特征在于:所述镀铝膜层(3)在基材(31)上镀铝膜。
