Abstract
本发明涉及沙滩用品,具体的说是涉及一种隔热沙滩垫,该隔热沙滩有效阻隔热量,镀铝膜层大约能反射97%的光线,使膜层下方的布层只吸收少量的热量,放置于太阳光下也不会使沙滩垫温度过高,人们在游泳后可随时躺在沙滩垫上,不会感觉太热。沙滩垫包括五层,从上层至下层分别是:镀铝膜层、第一胶层、布层、第二胶层、印刷膜层,所述镀铝膜层通过第一胶层与布层胶合,所述印刷膜层通过第二胶层粘结在布层上。PUR胶层或TPU胶层或EVA 胶层都是耐热胶,不会因阳光的热量而出现软化或干裂,使布层与镀铝膜层稳固的粘结在一起,使用寿命也长。

技术领域
本发明涉及沙滩用品,具体的说是涉及一种隔热沙滩垫。
背景技术
在炎热的夏季,去海边游泳是海边人不可缺少的一项户外运动。试想下,刚从海水里出来,身体湿漉漉,到处又是沙子,如果没有一款好的沙滩垫,该是多么不方便。
如专利号为96244987.3的沙滩垫,该垫子包括面料、气枕、充气嘴、缝线、行缝线、填衬物层等,气枕与夹层面料相连,充气后可构成独立密闭腔室的气枕,夹层面料铺设有填衬物层。这种沙滩垫隔热效果较差,究其原因,是这垫子上没有设置隔热材料。太阳光照射在垫子上,使垫子的温度不断升高,人一旦坐或躺在这种垫子上,会感觉烫皮肤。因此,迫切需求一种能够在炎热的天气下、始终保持人体能够适应的温度的沙滩垫。
发明内容
针对上述技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种隔热沙滩垫,该隔热沙滩有效阻隔热量,镀铝膜层大约能反射97%的光线,使膜层下方的布层只吸收少量的热量,放置于太阳光下也不会使沙滩垫温度过高,人们在游泳后可随时躺在沙滩垫上,不会感觉太热。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下方案来实现:一种隔热沙滩垫,该沙滩垫包括五层,从上层至下层分别是:镀铝膜层、第一胶层、布层、第二胶层、印刷膜层,所述镀铝膜层通过第一胶层与布层胶合,所述印刷膜层通过第二胶层粘结在布层上。
进一步的,所述镀铝膜层与印刷膜层所使用的基材相同。
进一步的,所述镀铝膜层采用的基材可为BOPP、PET、PE、CPP、PVC的一种。
进一步的,所述第一胶层和第二胶层是PUR胶层或TPU胶层或EVA 胶层。
进一步的,所述布层可用是涤纶布、涤棉布、尼龙布、棉麻布,玻璃纤维、碳纤维中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.色彩丰富,赏心悦目。区别于单调色彩的野餐垫,本发明的沙滩垫的图案与蓝天碧海交相辉映,能够丰富人们的感官,让人们体味生活中的每一份美好。
2. 携带方便,超轻的重量和便携设计,便于人们携带,不增加人们外出时的负重。
3. 清洗方便,轻轻一擦,干干净净,免于清洗的烦恼。
4. 最重要的是,这种垫子不同于以往的沙滩垫,不仅仅清洗方便,还能够防沙子,更牢固。
5.有效阻隔热量,镀铝膜层大约能反射97%的光线,使膜层下方的布层只吸收少量的热量,放置于太阳光下也不会使沙滩垫温度过高,人们在游泳后可随时躺在沙滩垫上,不会感觉太热。
6.胶层使镀铝膜层与布粘结在一起,PUR胶层或TPU胶层或EVA 胶层都是耐热胶,不会因阳光的热量而出现软化或干裂,使布层与镀铝膜层稳固的粘结在一起,使用寿命也长。
7. 防潮隔温,可在沙滩上,即使是下面湿漉漉的沙滩,它也能够满足人们休息的要求。
8. 精致的图案,在海边野餐的时候能够增加人们的食欲。
9. 即使是在家中,也具有运动地垫等多种功能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作详细说明。
如图1所示,一种隔热沙滩垫,该沙滩垫包括五层,从底层至外层分别是:镀铝膜层1、第一胶层2、布层3、第二胶层4、印刷膜层5,所述镀铝膜层1通过第一胶层2与布层3胶合,所述印刷膜层5通过第二胶层4粘结在布层3上,所述镀铝膜层1与印刷膜层5所使用的基材相同,其采用的基材至少为BOPP、PET、PE、CPP、PVC的一种,如图2所示,图中下部分为基材,上部分为镀铝膜11,以镀铝膜11膜面与布层3的胶合。所述第一胶层2和第二胶层4是PUR胶层或TPU胶层或EVA 胶层,其中PUR胶层在120度左右溶解,均匀的涂抹于基层1表面,然后将镀铝膜层3无缝粘贴于基层1的有胶层面,冷却至恒温收起。
上述布层3可为是涤纶布、涤棉布、尼龙布、棉麻布,玻璃纤维、碳纤维中的一种。
所述镀铝膜层1朝外的一面镀铝膜,镀铝膜是通过真空镀铝工艺将高纯度在铝丝在高温(1100~1200℃)下蒸发成气态,之后塑料薄膜经过真空蒸发室时,气态的铝原子沉淀到塑料薄膜表面而形成的光亮金属色彩的薄膜。这层薄膜的表面光滑,能够有效的反射太阳光线。
铝膜是一种辐射热量并隔热的材料,耐温幅度-50--150℃,辐射降温隔热镀铝膜层能够以8-13.5μm波长形式发射走物体上的热量,降低物体表面温度并以干膜层内的纳米空心陶瓷微珠组成的真空腔体群,形成有效的隔热屏障,从而达到降温隔热的效果。铝膜在起到辐射降温隔热的同时,也有很好的自洁性、防腐性、防水性、防火性、抗酸碱、生产方便的特点。
采用本发明的沙滩垫,大约能反射97%的光线,有效的阻止了热量被沙滩垫吸收,使沙滩垫始终保持适宜人体的温度,且该沙滩垫制造成本低,工艺也不复杂,但达到的隔热效果明显比纯布艺的沙滩垫要好。
为了能够使人体感观较为舒服,沙滩垫还可以在中间填充软制品材料。

1.一种隔热沙滩垫,其特征在于:该沙滩垫包括五层,从上层至下层分别是:镀铝膜层(1)、第一胶层(2)、布层(3)、第二胶层(4)、印刷膜层(5),所述镀铝膜层(1)通过第一胶层(2)与布层(3)胶合,所述印刷膜层(5)通过第二胶层(4)粘结在布层(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热沙滩垫,其特征在于:所述镀铝膜层(1)与印刷膜层(5)所使用的基材相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热沙滩垫,其特征在于:所述镀铝膜层(1)采用的基材可为BOPP、PET、PE、CPP、PVC的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热沙滩垫,其特征在于:所述第一胶层(2)和第二胶层(4)是PUR胶层或TPU胶层或EVA 胶层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热沙滩垫,其特征在于:所述布层(3)可用是涤纶布、涤棉布、尼龙布、棉麻布,玻璃纤维、碳纤维中的一种。
