背景技术
目前温室的外覆盖保温装置基本都采用各种草帘。草帘一般都是由各种草类编织而成,比较笨重,重量约在40-50公斤,卷放和展开使用时均需要花费较大的人力,且草帘易被雨、雪浸湿,既增加草帘本身的重量,又使得保温效果显著下降;草帘在使用后由于浸湿等原因也很容易腐烂,使用寿命很有限,有的甚至寿命不到一年。另外,保管时也占用较大空间,因为难以满足使用需求。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型目的在于提供一种温室保温毯,重量轻、保温效果好、寿命长的温室、大棚保温毯。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种温室保温毯,其为三层夹层结构,外层由低密度聚乙烯防水层、复合真空镀铝膜组成,内层为纺织纤维保温层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:低密度聚乙烯表面平滑、不积水,且很容易清除积雪、积冰;中层纺织纤维保温层形成空气保温层,有效保温;复合真空镀铝膜提高向温室内的反射率、辐射率,减少材料的吸收率和发射率。本保温毯低温下还能保持柔软的特性,不脆硬、断裂,使用寿命长,且重量轻,减少了劳动量。

具体实施方式
作为本实用新型的一种实施方式,如图1所示,一种温室保温毯,其为三层夹层结构,外层由低密度聚乙烯防水层1、复合真空镀铝膜2组成,内层为纺织纤维保温层3。低密度聚乙烯防水层1和复合真空镀铝膜2边缘相互粘接,中层纺织纤维保温层3可由废丝麻毛等天然纤维和合成纤维经开毛、梳毛、补网、针刺制成约1厘米厚的棉布,并填充于两层之间,还可以在高温条件下将低密度聚乙烯防水层1和复合真空镀铝膜2涂敷粘接在纺织纤维保温层3上,增加牢固度。
