Abstract

一种温室草帘保温被,由基层和面层组成,其特征是:用缝制好的草帘或苇帘作为基层,上下分别由塑料和镀铝塑料做面层,两个侧边设有粘接搭扣;固定端设有铆钉连接的加固钢带,卷绕端设有聚乙烯搞笑发泡填料的启动卷筒芯。温室草帘保温被的优点是:所用基材草帘或苇帘,成本低,重量轻,导热系数为0.035,且采用深色塑料膜做面材,起到了吸热作用,雨雪落到上面,能迅速蒸发或滑落,减轻了雨雪给大棚带来的压力。延长了草帘被的使用寿命,因设有固定端及卷绕卷筒,易于在温室顶盖上滚卷展开铺放,或滚卷撤收;无吸水、透水现象发生,隔热保温性能好,易于操作,造价合理,适用于温室、暖房的保温防寒用。

技术领域本实用新型属于温室用保温被,涉及一种日光温室顶盖遮挡,保温用的新型草帘保温被。 
背景技术目前,农用温室多设有透光塑料棚膜顶盖,以利于日光透射,温室内的农作物便于吸收日光辐射,夜间则需在顶盖上加盖保温材料遮挡,以减少热量的损失;现在使用的遮挡材料,如草帘子、苇帘子,由于其透气、透水,强度不高,故保温、隔热效果不佳,而且体积笨重,不易保管,易于腐坏,寿命较短;近年有采用海绵、棉花、针刺棉外包无纺布制成遮挡材料,用于温室保温的,但吸水后,重量加大,保温效果不好。且因吸水后易腐烂不便于展开铺放。 
实用新型内容本实用新型的目的是,设计制作一种新型温室草帘保温被;采用缝制好的草帘或苇帘作基材,上面用深色塑料薄膜做面,下层用镀铝塑料反光膜做底层,且反光面朝下;上下两面用塑料封口机热封缝制,以防针眼漏水;周边设置连接搭扣或加固用钢带,端头设置卷绕用启动卷筒。提高保温防水性能,减轻自重,便于展开铺盖,延长使用寿命,成为日光温室实用的新型草帘保温被。

本实用新型温室草帘保温被的使用方法是:当需要拼接大面积的温室保温被时,依靠侧面的粘接搭扣,进行粘接,即可将相邻的两块保温被粘合成一体。当需要对温室顶盖进行遮挡时,需将温室保温被固定端用膨胀螺栓固定设置在温室顶盖结构上,依靠卷绕端的启动卷筒的长圆柱体,便于滚动,将成卷的保温被展开,铺盖在温室的顶盖上;当需要撤收温室保温被时,只需滚卷启动卷筒部分,随之保温被即可卷绕在启动卷筒上,成一圆柱体,存放在固定端处。 
本实用新型温室草帘保温被的优点是:所用基材为草帘或苇帘,成本低,材料丰富,重量轻,导热系数为0.035,加上上下防护层后,起到了防雨雪的作用,且采用深色塑料模做面材,起到了吸热作用,雨雪落到上面,能迅速蒸发或滑落,减轻了雨雪给大棚带来的压力。延长了草帘被的使用寿命,因其重量轻,并设有固定端及卷绕卷筒,易于在温室顶盖上滚卷展开铺放,或滚卷撤收;无吸水、透水现象发生,隔热保温性能好,基材可根据需要增加厚度,易于操作,造价合理,适用于温室、暖房的保温防寒用。

具体实施方式由图可见,本实用新型温室草帘保温被,由基层和面层组成,草帘或苇帘做基层1,上有深色塑料薄膜2.下层有反光镀铝塑料薄膜3,制成宽90CM、长9M、厚2-3CM的温室草帘保温被,三个侧边设有粘接搭扣4;固定端设置有铆钉5连接的加固钢带6,卷绕端设有聚乙烯高效发泡填料的启动卷筒芯7,启动卷筒芯直径150毫米。
