背景技术
利用温室大棚进行花卉、蔬菜种植已经得到广泛的推广应用,在冬季,为了保证作物的生长温度、减少温室内热量的散失,会在温室大棚的屋面覆盖保温材料。目前常用的保温材料主要有草苫和保温被,其中草苫重量大,易污染和划伤棚膜,使用寿命短;现有的保温被中间保温层多为腈纶棉和针刺毛毡,中间保温层的纤维强度小、抗拉性差,要求面料具有极强的抗拉性能,传统的面料多为无纺布,在机械卷铺的大拉力下,容易造成面料撕破、保温层滚包,导致保温被的保温性能严重下降、使用寿命缩短。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种温室大棚保温被,该保温被质轻,抗拉能力强,防水和保温效果好,解决了现有技术中面料易撕破、保温性能差、使用寿命短的问题。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:包括防水抗拉层1,铝箔反射层3,缝合在防水抗拉层和铝箔反射层之间的保温层2,保温被各层通过绗缝机缝合在一起,同时在绗缝处涂有防水涂料。 
其特征在于:所述的防水抗拉层为抗UV编织布。所述的铝箔反射层为抗UV单面镀铝膜。所述的保温层为腈纶棉。保温被各层绗缝后,绗缝处涂有专用的防水涂料。 
本实用新型所提供的温室大棚保温被防水抗拉层采用抗UV编织布,具有较好的抗紫外线及防水的性能。另外,其抗拉能力强,增加了保温被的抗拉性。铝箔反射层为热合在编织布的镀铝膜层,该层抗拉能力强,提高了保温被的强度,表层的铝膜具有反射远红外线的功能,能够阻止室内热量的流失,从而有效的提高温室内温度。保温层是腈纶棉,它具有蓬松度好,耐腐蚀、抗风化、防虫,耐用性强,保温效果好。绗缝处采用专用防水涂料涂抹,有效阻止雨雪水从绗缝处渗进里层,降低保温率。

如图所示,本实用新型温室大棚保温被包括防水抗拉层1、保温层2、铝箔反射层3,保温层2在防水抗拉层1和铝箔反射层3之间,周边缝合而成。防水抗拉层1用于提高保温被的抗拉性能,铝箔反射层3能够阻止室内热量的流失,从而有效的提高温室内温度,保温层 2蓬松,保温效果好。 
温室大棚建造在不同的地区,地域气候有所不同,需要的保温效果也不同,本实用新型的保温层可以根据实际的保温要求相应的增加增厚或者减薄。
