    本实用新型属于农业塑料大棚防寒技术领域,特别涉及一种大棚复合防寒被。 
背景技术
目前农业塑料大棚所使用的保暖防寒覆盖物大多采用草苫子,也有使用复合膜—棉毡—绳索扣眼,前者所用的草苫子不仅份量重,雨雪天草苫子重量倍增,这给天天卷放草苫子增加了很多困难,而且草苫易破损,不耐用;后者虽然坚固耐用,但是由于防寒被的连接均由绳索扣眼穿绳绑缚,所以连接处难免存在一定的空隙,保温效果不够理想,也有采用包括被面层、上无纺布层、保温层电化铝膜层、下无纺布层和被里层多层结构的防寒被,这种防寒被的保温效果好,但结构较复杂,同时也没有解决两块防寒被连接问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种保温效果好、防水性能好,抗拉强度高、坚固耐用的大棚复合防寒被。

本实用新型的大棚复合防寒被,依次包括被面层、中间保温层和被里层,其特征在于所述的被面层为由聚乙烯塑料和针刺毡热合而成的复合膜层,所述的中间保温层采用网状纤维层,所述的被里层采用针刺毡层,各层缝合在一起构成被体,在被体两端的被面层的上表面和被里层的下表面分别再缝制一层连接层。
所述的连接层采用聚乙烯塑料和针刺毡热合而成的复合材料。 
本实用新型的优点是:由于本实用新型采用了上述方案,中间的保温层提高的保温效果,被面层为由聚乙烯塑料和针刺毡热合而成的复膜层,不仅具备良好的防雨、防雪功能,而且又使保温被的抗拉强度好,不易刮伤、划破,且材质轻,操作使用方便,保温效果好、防水性能好,抗拉强度高、坚固耐用,是一种较为理想的农用大棚防寒被。

下面结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。 
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的大棚复合防寒被,依次包括被面层、中间保温层和被里层,其特征在于所述的被面层为由聚乙烯塑料1和针刺毡2热合而成的复合膜层,此层防寒、保温效果好,抗拉强度高,延长了使用寿命;本实用新型所述的中间保温层采用网状纤维层3,所述的被里层采用针刺毡层4,将各层按规定的尺寸缝合在一起构成被体,在被体两端的被面层的上表面和被里层的下表面分别再缝制一层连接层5、6,所述的被面层和被里层的两连接层采用聚乙烯塑料1和针刺毡2热合而成的复合材料。其材质与被面的材质相同,因此连接层既防寒又防水,当两块防寒被需连接时,将被体端头插入被面连接层的下部,两连接层相互压合后,用胶带纸粘接即可。有效地解决了防寒被连接后漏风漏水问题,且材质轻,操作使用方便,保温效果好、防水性能好,抗拉强度高、坚固耐用,是一种较为理想的农用大棚防寒被。

1.一种大棚复合防寒被,依次包括被面层、中间保温层和被里层,其特征在于所述的被面层为由聚乙烯塑料和针刺毡热合而成的复合膜层,所述的中间保温层采用网状纤维层,所述的被里层采用针刺毡层,各层缝合在一起构成被体,在被体两端的被面层的上表面和被里层的下表面分别再缝制一层连接层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大棚复合防寒被,其特征在于所述的连接层采用聚乙烯塑料和针刺毡热合而成的复合材料。
