本发明公开了一种多功能大棚保温装置,包括第一热反射层、第一保温层、抗拉层、第二保温层和第二热反射层;所述第一热反射层的下方依次设置有第一保温层、抗拉层、第二保温层、第二热反射层,相邻层之间通过贴合连接;所述第一保温层、抗拉层、第二保温层组合形成阶梯状;本发明多功能大棚保温装置采用由PET镀铝膜制成的热反射层有很好的热反射效果,可以在夜间将大棚内的以热辐射方式向外散发的热量反射回棚内,能够降低大棚内的热量的散失速度,具有很好的防水、防紫外线和保温的性能,且本发明多功能大棚保温装置其保温层的交联聚乙烯发泡材料是闭孔发泡材料,不仅热传导系数很低,而且具有很好的防水防潮功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业设施技术领域,特别是一种多功能大棚保温装置。
背景技术
蔬菜大棚的作用是使得阳光透过农用薄膜照射入棚内,保证光合作用的同时,因大棚薄膜的隔绝了棚内外的空气流通,使得棚内保持相对较高的温度,可促进棚内作物增产或成熟期提前,甚至种植反季节作物。但是因为夜间没有阳光照射,棚外温度低,通过热传递作用,棚内热量流失很快,最为严重的情况是农作物可能因夜间棚内温度不够而被冻死,于是大棚保温装置在市场中应运而生。
目前市场上常见的大棚保温被主要是单功能的保温装置,主要作用是减少热传导来达到保温效果,最为常见的组合是多层针刺毛毡或喷胶棉再辅以表面材料直接缝合做成大棚保温被,其存在的问题:在热传递的三种方式中,目前市场上的保温被主要作用是减少热传导,而在热对流和热辐射上没有给予充分考虑,所以市场上常见的大棚保温被虽然厚度很厚,但保温效果却不理想,而且由于是针线缝合,无法完美处理防水问题,在雨天保温效果下降的问题十分严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、具有防水防紫外线作用的多功能大棚保温装置。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:
一种多功能大棚保温装置,其特征在于,包括第一热反射层、第一保温层、抗拉层、第二保温层和第二热反射层;所述第一热反射层的下方依次设置有第一保温层、抗拉层、第二保温层、第二热反射层,相邻层之间通过贴合连接;所述第一保温层、抗拉层、第二保温层组合形成阶梯状。
优选地,所述抗拉层的一端上表面与抗拉层的另一端下表面均设置有粘接件。
优选地,所述粘接件为魔术贴或搭扣。
优选地,所述第一保温层、抗拉层和第二保温层的横截面均为矩形,相邻层之间相互平行。
优选地,所述第一热反射层和第二热反射层均采用PET镀铝膜、PE编织布、PE薄膜、EVA薄膜、涤纶编织布或铝箔制成。
优选地,所述第一热反射层和第二热反射层均压成方格花形。
优选地,所述第一保温层和第二保温层均采用交联聚乙烯发泡材料制成。
优选地,所述交联聚乙烯发泡材料为化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料或者电子交联聚乙烯发泡材料。
优选地,所述抗拉层采用涤纶针刺无纺布或称针刺毛毡制成。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点:
(1)本发明多功能大棚保温装置采用由PET镀铝膜制成的热反射层有很好的热反射效果,可以在夜间将大棚内的以热辐射方式向外散发的热量反射回棚内,能够降低大棚内的热量的散失速度,具有很好的防水、防紫外线和保温的性能。
(2)本发明多功能大棚保温装置其保温层的交联聚乙烯发泡材料是闭孔发泡材料,不仅热传导系数很低,而且具有很好的防水防潮功能。
(3)本发明多功能大棚保温装置采用由涤纶针刺无纺布或针刺毛毡制成的抗拉层是一个三维网状结构,该结构具有良好的抗拉性能,能够提高大棚保温装置的使用寿命,同时具有一定的保温性能。

实施例1:如图1所示,一种多功能大棚保温装置,包括第一热反射层1、第一保温层2、抗拉层3、第二保温层4和第二热反射层5;所述第一热反射层1的下方依次设置有第一保温层2、抗拉层3、第二保温层4、第二热反射层5,相邻层之间通过贴合连接;所述第一保温层2、抗拉层3、第二保温层4组合形成阶梯状。
所述抗拉层3的一端上表面与抗拉层3的另一端下表面均设置有粘接件6,粘接件6为魔术贴。
所述第一保温层2、抗拉层3和第二保温层4的横截面均为矩形,相邻层之间相互平行。
所述第一热反射层1和第二热反射层5均压成方格花形,第一热反射层1和第二热反射层5均采用PET镀铝膜、PE编织布、PE薄膜、EVA薄膜、涤纶编织布或铝箔制成;热反射层有很好的热反射效果,可以在夜间将大棚内的以热辐射方式向外散发的热量反射回棚内,不仅可大量减少大棚内通过热辐射方式损失的热量,还可以大量阻止棚外紫外线对保温层的破坏作用,延长保温层在室外的使用寿命。
