Abstract

本发明提供了一种大棚保温层，从底层开始依次为：钢丝支撑网、下层塑料膜、气泡膜、铝箔层和上层塑料膜。本发明设置有铝箔层，在白天时可以反射太阳光，防止外部高温进入大棚，在晚上时可将大棚内散发出的热量反射回去，防止大棚内温度降低；以气泡膜作为保温材料，白天可利用气泡膜和塑料膜的透光性接收太阳辐射进行升温，晚上则利用气泡膜的绝热性进行保温；此外，本发明防水性好，质量轻；因是利用塑料，本发明的成本很低，且气泡膜还可以重复使用；本发明也不用每天收、放，节省劳力。

技术领域
本发明涉及菌类培植领域，尤其涉及一种大棚保温层。
背景技术
我国北方的温室大棚冬季所采用的保温材料，(1)传统的草帘，存在不防风、不防水、保温性能差、除雪困难、使用费工费时、连接处漏水、易老化、使用周期短等缺陷；尤其在雨雪天气，由于草帘的吸水性强，被雨水或雪水浸泡过的草帘重量加大，时常会导致大棚坍塌，给用户带来巨大的经济损失，而且浸泡过的草帘很容易破损变形及腐烂，使用寿命短，不能被重复利用，这给用户带来麻烦的同时也提高了经营成本。(2)利用充气层保温隔热，主要利用空气和隔热碎末保温，塑料膜之间充有空气，这种方法的主要缺点在于，结构复杂，成本高，保温及实用效果不佳。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种大棚保温层。
具体解决方案为：一种大棚保温层，从底层开始依次为：钢丝支撑网、下层塑料膜、气泡膜、铝箔层和上层塑料膜。
进一步，所述下层塑料膜、上层塑料膜均为聚乙烯塑料薄膜。
本发明设置有铝箔层，在白天时可以反射太阳光，防止外部高温进入大棚，在晚上时可将大棚内散发出的热量反射回去，防止大棚内温度降低；以气泡膜作为保温材料，白天可利用气泡膜和塑料膜的透光性接收太阳辐射进行升温，晚上则利用气泡膜的绝热性进行保温；此外，本发明防水性好，质量轻；因是利用塑料，本发明的成本很低，且气泡膜还可以重复使用；本发明也不用每天收、放，节省劳力。

下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1，一种大棚保温层，从底层开始依次为：钢丝支撑网1、下层塑料膜2、气泡膜3、铝箔层4和上层塑料膜5。
所述下层塑料膜2、上层塑料膜5均为聚乙烯塑料薄膜。

1.一种大棚保温层，其特征在于：从底层开始依次为：钢丝支撑网、下层塑料膜、气泡膜、铝箔层和上层塑料膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大棚保温层，其特征在于：所述下层塑料膜、上层塑料膜均为聚乙烯塑料薄膜。
