Abstract

本实用新型涉及的是农业日光温室防寒用的一种防火、防冻、防水的三防保温被。该三防保温被的设计方案中包括有上、下两层玻璃纤维防火布,在两层玻璃纤维防火布之间设有的EPE发泡固体保温层,在EPE发泡固体保温层两侧设有的与上、下两层玻璃纤维防火布连接的粘合剂层,及从上层玻璃纤维防火布至下层玻璃纤维防火布缝合的缝合线。本实用新型三防保温被与已有技术相比其保温效果好,在我国北方严寒的天气下不结冰,在高温潮湿的条件下不腐烂,耐老化,使用寿命可达三十年;中间的EPE发泡固体保温层不但重量轻,而且防水,卷拉省力,运输方便;最主要的是防火,从而避免了由于意外和人为造成的火灾事故发生,保证了人民财产的安全。

技术领域    本实用新型涉及的是农业日光温室防寒用的一种防火、防冻、防水的三防保温被。 
背景技术    已有的农业日光温室防寒采用的是草帘、草砖、或用防水布加垃圾棉做的保温被。用传统的草帘制品,由于它耐腐蚀性差,使用的寿命短,遇水后易结冰,重量增大拉帘费力,在严寒的天气保温的效果不理想;而防水布加垃圾棉的保温被,被子体积较大,不便于运输;但不论是草帘制品还是防水布加垃圾棉的保温被,它们都有一个共同的缺点就是不防火,而在不同地区由于意外、或坏人纵火而引起的火灾时有发生,这种火如烧起来是连成片的,因此而造成的损失也是具大的。 
发明内容    为克服已有技术中存在的上述不足,保证农业日光温室在严寒的天气能达到农作物所需的防寒效果,本实用新型提供了一种具有防火、防冻、防水的三防保温被。本实用新型三防保温被的设计方案中包括有上、下两层玻璃纤维防火布,在两层玻璃纤维防火布之间设有的EPE发泡固体保温层,在EPE发泡固体保温层两侧设有的与上、下两层玻璃纤维防火布连接的粘合剂层,及从上层玻璃纤维防火布至下层玻璃纤维防火布缝合的缝合线。

参照附图、本实用新型三防保温被的结构包括有图中的上、下两层玻璃纤维防火布1、5,在两层玻璃纤维防火布1、5之间设有一层EPE发泡固体保温层3,在EPE发泡固体保温层3的两侧设有与上、下两层玻璃纤维防火布1、5连接的粘合剂层2、4,上、下两层玻璃纤维防火布1、5与EPE发泡固体保温层3用粘合层2、4粘合后,用缝合线6从上层玻璃纤维防火布1至下层玻璃纤维防火布5缝合在一起。

1.一种三防保温被,其特征在于它包括有上、下两层玻璃纤维防火布,在两层玻璃纤维防火布之间设有的EPE发泡固体保温层,在EPE发泡固体保温层两侧设有的与上、下两层玻璃纤维防火布连接的粘合剂层,及从上层玻璃纤维防火布至下层玻璃纤维防火布缝合的缝合线。
