Description
The invention relates to a divisional application of an invention patent with application date of 2017, 11 and 2, application number of CN201711066088.7, and name of 'a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating constipation and a preparation method thereof'.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating constipation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Constipation refers to the reduction of stool frequency and/or difficult stool drying, and generally no defecation occurs for more than two days, which indicates that constipation exists. Epidemiological studies indicate that constipation is a common clinical gastrointestinal disorder. With the aging of the population, patients with senile habitual constipation are increasing, and most of patients after surgery and after childbirth consume blood due to qi deficiency with constipation. In addition, the incidence rate of constipation is higher and higher due to the fact that modern life food is finer and finer, the life pressure is higher and higher, the environmental pollution is heavier and heavier, and more chemicals are used.
At present, the drugs which are widely applied clinically and used for treating constipation mainly comprise three types: the first category is stimulant laxatives with intestinal motility stimulating effect as the main drug effect, most of which are chemically synthesized products, and have more side effects, such as 'fruit guide' which is widely used clinically, and the stimulant laxatives can sometimes cause anaphylaxis, enteritis, dermatitis and bleeding tendency, and have irritation to kidney, dependence and easily induce or aggravate constipation. The second category is osmotic laxatives which stimulate the intestinal wall with high osmotic pressure to cause the defecation reflex and local lubrication, such as "enema", which can only relieve clinical symptoms, and are injected from the anus, which is inconvenient to use and easy to form drug dependence. The third type is a traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation, although the traditional Chinese medicine is an ideal Chinese patent medicine, the dosage form is mostly ointment, pill and powder, the drinking and the storage are inconvenient, for example, the dosage of the 'edestan pill' for adult oral administration is 6-9 g each time, the dosage is large, and the swallowing is difficult.
For the treatment of constipation, the traditional Chinese medicine therapy is to "purge and treat constipation", for example, the constipation treating medicine, namely the fructus cannabis pill recorded in Shanghai treatise on Cold-induced disease, is a typical purgative agent and has the effects of moistening intestines, clearing heat, promoting qi circulation and relaxing bowels. Purgatives have good therapeutic effects on constipation, but they also deplete qi and blood.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating constipation, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-8 parts of radix polygoni multiflori preparata, 1-8 parts of mulberry, 1-8 parts of black sesame, 1-4 parts of dried orange peel, 0.5-8 parts of senna leaf, 1-4 parts of black tea, 1-6 parts of moleplant seed, 0.5-3 parts of pepperweed seed and 1-6 parts of cynomorium songaricum. Preferably, the compound is prepared from the following raw materials: 3-4 parts of radix polygoni multiflori preparata, 2-3 parts of mulberry, 2-4 parts of black sesame, 2-3 parts of dried orange peel, 1-2 parts of senna leaf, 2-3 parts of black tea, 2-3 parts of moleplant seed, 1-2 parts of pepperweed seed and 2-3 parts of cynomorium songaricum.
Radix polygoni multiflori preparata: the preparation method of the processed product of fleece-flower root is referred to the item of fleece-flower root in Chinese pharmacopoeia. Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata has effects of entering liver, heart and kidney meridians, and tonifying essence and blood, and is better than raw radix Polygoni Multiflori, which is more important than moistening intestine to relieve constipation. The invention adopts the radix polygoni multiflori preparata as a monarch drug, mainly invigorates qi and blood of a human body, and breaks the 'secret of treatment by purgation' of the traditional therapy.
And (3) mulberry fruit: is sweet in taste and cold in nature, enters lung, liver, kidney and large intestine channels, and has the effects of tonifying liver and kidney, promoting fluid production and lubricating intestines. The mulberry is adopted as a monarch drug, has the effects of nourishing yin and blood and relaxing bowel, is mainly used for conditioning deficiency of qi and blood, and is used for moistening dryness and lubricating intestines as an auxiliary. In the present invention, the mulberry is preferably black mulberry.
Black sesame seed: sweet in flavor and neutral in nature, it enters lung, spleen, liver and kidney meridians. The black sesame is used as a monarch drug, has the effects of nourishing yin and supplementing blood, and moistening intestines to promote fluid production, and has the effects of moistening dryness by nourishing yin and supplementing blood, and relaxing bowel while tonifying.
Dried orange peel: bitter and pungent in flavor and warm in nature, entering lung and spleen meridians, they are qi-moving herbs. The tangerine peel is pungent, bitter and capable of reducing blood pressure and can discharge energy, and the tangerine peel is taken as an adjuvant drug and used for enhancing the tonifying effect and the dryness moistening and bowel relaxing effects in monarch drugs.
Folium sennae: sweet, bitter and cold in flavor, it enters large intestine meridian. The invention uses a small amount of senna leaves, can help digestion and remove food retention, and provides the traditional Chinese medicine composition with the functions of promoting digestion and removing food retention.
Semen Euphorbiae: pungent in flavor and warm in nature, it enters liver, kidney and large intestine meridians. Semen lepidii: pungent, bitter and cold in flavor, entering lung, bladder and large intestine meridians. The Chinese medicinal composition takes the moleplant seed and the pepperweed seed as adjuvant medicaments, and can relieve large and small intestines, remove indigestion, and enhance the effects of relaxing bowel and promoting digestion and removing food retention.
Black tea: is a fully fermented tea, can regulate the drugs, regulate the taste of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, improve the compliance of patients and facilitate the taking.
And (3) locking the positive: sweet in flavor and warm in nature. It enters liver and kidney meridians. The formula is also an adjuvant drug, and can help monarch drugs to tonify kidney yang, replenish essence and blood, and moisten dryness and smooth intestines.
In the invention, the cynomorium songaricum is added for further enhancing the tonifying effect of monarch drugs and simultaneously improving the dryness moistening and intestine smoothing effects of the prescription.
