Description

Chinese medicinal preparation for treating new coronavirus and viral diseases, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating new coronavirus and viral diseases and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The 2019 novel coronavirus is provisionally named 2019-nCoV coronavirus (new coronavirus for short) and is a new coronavirus strain discovered in human bodies in 2019. The symptoms of the virus are fever, hypodynamia, dry cough and gradual dyspnea, and severe patients show acute respiratory distress syndrome, septic shock, metabolic acidosis and blood coagulation dysfunction which are difficult to correct. The virus is confirmed to have a phenomenon of human transmission, and the latent period is infectious.
Because no medicine for effectively treating the novel coronavirus pneumonia exists at present, basic, supportive and symptomatic treatment is generally adopted in clinic. Taking a novel diagnosis and treatment scheme for coronavirus pneumonia (trial seventh edition) prepared by the national health and wellness Committee as a guiding principle, the medicine is selected according to clinical symptoms of patients, and antiviral drugs such as Reidcisvir, lopinavir, ritonavir, a-interferon and ribavirin, antifungal drugs and hormone drugs can be used. The treatment basis of the western medicines is as follows: the virus is killed. When the virus enters respiratory tract, the first meridian invaded by the virus is the solar meridian and simultaneously enters lung, the virus does not exist independently, the virus can be stuck on epithelial cells of lung to be latent at the initial stage, alveoli have virus, the virus has oxygen and body fluid nutrient substances in the lung and has life vitality, the virus is multiplied and gradually invades the lung function, some patients can suffer from fever, cough, lung body fluid is consumed to be invaded in the lung to be transformed into pneumonia, and the condition of some patients suffering from non-uniform fever further deteriorates direct lung failure.
According to the clinical manifestations and the pathogenic characteristics of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, the traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the category of epidemic febrile disease in the traditional Chinese medicine. In the pestilence treatise, it is said that the disease caused by fuwen epidemic is not wind, cold, summer-heat or damp, and there is a feeling of strange qi in the world. The epidemic toxin is mainly damp, most students consider that the name of the traditional Chinese medicine disease is 'damp toxin epidemic', and the students consider that the epidemic situation is accompanied by cold, damp and cold climate, and also can be called 'cold epidemic', but the key cause is not limited to 'damp toxin'.
The theory of traditional Chinese medicine is as follows: holistic concept, treatment based on syndrome differentiation. In the treatment of diseases, the mental state of the whole body, the circulation of qi and blood in the five zang-organs and six fu-organs, the relationship between them, the correspondence between heaven and earth, the change of seasons and the relationship between nature and nature are considered.
The epidemic situation in traditional Chinese medicine is as follows: including plague, epidemic, viral, and extremely contagious diseases are collectively called epidemic.
The evil in traditional Chinese medicine is as follows: all pathogenic factors are generally called pathogens.
The principle of traditional Chinese medicine treatment is as follows: gives an outlet for pathogenic factors (viruses) and discharges the viruses out of the body.
The invention treats both symptoms and root causes of acute diseases, and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation treats both principal and secondary aspects of diseases.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating new coronavirus and viral diseases and a preparation method thereof.
The Chinese medicinal preparation of the invention is expressed according to the symptoms of the novel coronavirus epidemic disease: exterior cold and interior heat syndrome, and its onset symptoms in the human body in sequence: asthenia, general weakness, headache, general pain; cough, dry throat, yellow sputum; a series of symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath, pneumonia, high fever and the like provide a prescription: exterior-interior relieving, heat-clearing and detoxicating, and resisting virus. The traditional Chinese medicine prescription: the method of sweating discharges the virus inhaled by the lung out of the body along with sweat, which is equivalent to instantly replacing the body fluid of the lung infected with the virus and simultaneously replenishing the body fluid of the lung, which is equivalent to instantly cleaning the lung once (which is equivalent to washing the lung in western medicine). Further has effects of relieving fever, clearing lung-heat, recovering appetite, and descending to digestive tract to discharge virus part out of body through stool and urine to cure diseases.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating new coronavirus and viral diseases comprises the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials by weight: 3-230 g of mix-fried ephedra herb, 5-250 g of almond, 10-360 g of honeysuckle flower, 10-360 g of gypsum, 3-230 g of ginger, 10-360 g of rhizoma atractylodis, 10-360 g of oldenlandia diffusa, 5-250 g of fructus aurantii, 10-360 g of poria cocos, 10-500 g of Chinese date, 10-500 g of medicated leaven, 10-360 g of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 5-250 g of rheum officinale, 10-360 g of cassia twig, 12-380 g of platycodon grandiflorum, 5-250 g of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, 3-230 g of schizonepeta, 10-230 g of bighead atractylodes rhizome and 6-280 g of honey-fried licorice root.
