具体实施方式
为了获得最佳效果并减少肌肉损伤的机会,许多健身都需要用户在健身例程中正确执行复杂的动作,并熟练调节载重或抵抗力。新手或临时用户通常不具备正确练习健身例程或更改健身器配置的知识或能力。遗憾的是,许多用户负担不起熟悉健身器的私人教练或带有熟练的监测人员的健身设施中的会员资格费用。图1是用户101正在使用的具有个性化训练能力的交互式健身器系统100的一个实施例的图示。系统100包括由机械支撑系统104保持的健身器显示器102。显示器102可以至少部分地覆盖有半反射涂层或镜子,该半反射涂层或镜子反射用户101的图像103,同时仍然允许观看由显示器102呈现的视频105或信息107。

类似地,基于云的系统1120进行的实时或非实时分析可以在各种硬件(例如,CPU/VPU/GPU/神经网络加速器/FPGA/可编程逻辑)以及专用或虚拟系统上运行。由于额外的可用处理能力,可以对每次健身或每个重复动作进行更复杂和准确的骨骼提取数据处理或骨骼数据的启发式分析,并向用户提供实时或非实时反馈。
基于云的系统1120的非实时分析对于用户健身例程的视频分析以及创建训练反馈特别有用。在一些实施例中,分析可以是实时的或伪实时的。在一个实施例中,训练反馈可以主要基于3D摄像机数据。可以将数据与适合于所选健身的理想或普通身体体形进行比较,并向用户提供实况反馈、锻炼后反馈或提醒反馈(例如,在下一次健身或下一次锻炼之前)。在一些实施例中,分析可以是半自主的或手动的,其中熟练的查看人员用于分析视频或其他与健身有关的数据。可以存储视频,将其与早期视频进行比较,或者使其永久或暂时可供教练查看。

除了满足用户对社交媒体参与的期望外,从多个用户访问可靠的数据还可以使公司通过促进对健身功效或其他健身相关数据的分析来改善客户服务。当用户参与者希望在将他们的输入提供给特定数据请求时保持匿名,可以删除此数据的标识信息。可以使用数据匿名性来鼓励参与者参与,并提高从选择参与的个人那里获得准确和现实反馈的能力。信息的安全传输(例如,经由HTTPS)和加密的存储可用于创建安全的用于传播和使用社交参与数据的环境。

可以使用各种类型的个人和社会参与。例如,可以通过电子邮件、通过即时消息通知、通过传输到社交媒体app来自动发送使用健身器的锻炼总结。此类锻炼总结可以在锻炼后立即发送,也可以每周、每月、每季度或每年发送。总结可以将用户与他们的个人锻炼历史进行比较。可替代地,使用社交参与数据,可以将用户与各种其他社交类别或分组(包括朋友、相关年龄组、具有相似健身水平的用户或具有在用户目标范围内的健身水平的用户)进行比较。
在其他实施例中,社交参与可以包括将用户与已经接受公共或私人挑战的其他用户进行比较。在一些实施例中,可以支持小组挑战(例如,在同一公司、学校或地理或政治区域内的锻炼者)。慈善或筹款方面的挑战也可以得到支持。
社交参与可以包括锻炼期间的实时视频或音频连接。例如,与教练、一个或多个朋友或虚拟班级的流式视频参与可以用来鼓励健身的完成和分享努力。可以显示所有参与者的视频,或者可以根据需要在说话的参与者之间切换视频焦点。

Claims (14)
1.一种交互式健身系统,包括:
健身器,所述健身器具有能够呈现视频的显示器、三维摄像机系统以及能够基于来自所述三维摄像机系统的数据提供三维用户位置数据的本地处理系统;以及
通信模块,所述通信模块用于连接至云处理系统,其中所述云处理系统支持与健身有关的分析,包括基于由所述本地处理系统提供的姿势估计的那些分析;
其中所述健身器包括:
机械支撑系统;
显示模块,其由所述机械支撑系统保持;
镜面元件,其被附接以至少部分地覆盖所述显示模块;以及
至少一个可动臂,所述可动臂连接至所述机械支撑系统,所述可动臂包括由用户可接合的至少一个力控制部件;
其中所述健身器被编程为:
根据锻炼脚本控制施加到所述至少一个力控制部件的力;
获取包括所述三维用户位置数据的历史数据;
用机器学习模型对所述历史数据进行处理,以得到结果;以及
根据所述结果修改所述锻炼脚本。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交互式健身系统,其中,来自所述云处理系统的流式视频被提供给所述健身器的所述显示器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的交互式健身系统,其中,所述本地处理系统和所述云处理系统中的至少一者被连接以向移动app提供与健身有关的数据。
4.根据权利要求1所述的交互式健身系统,其中,所述本地处理系统能够提供健身重复数据。
5.根据权利要求1所述的交互式健身系统,其中,所述本地处理系统能够提供生物特征信号分析以检测心率和呼吸率中的至少一者。
6.根据权利要求1所述的交互式健身系统,其中,所述本地处理系统能够提供对用户位置、用户施加的力和用户生物特征信号中的至少一者的实时分析。
7.根据权利要求1所述的交互式健身系统,其中,所述健身器包括:
力控制马达,其附接至所述机械支撑系统;
卷轴,其由所述力控制马达驱动;
手柄,其可由用户抓握并且包括在所述卷轴和所述手柄之间延伸的绳索,其中,通过所述力控制马达施加的力至少部分地基于检测到的用户力输入。
8.一种交互式健身系统,包括:
云处理系统,所述云处理系统支持与健身有关的分析,包括基于姿势估计的那些分析;以及
通信模块,所述通信模块用于连接至与健身器相关联的本地处理系统,所述健身器具有能够呈现视频的显示器、三维摄像机系统以及能够基于来自所述三维摄像机系统的数据提供三维用户位置数据的本地处理系统;
其中,所述健身器包括机械支撑系统以及由所述机械支撑系统保持的显示模块;
其中所述健身器还包括:
至少一个可动臂,所述可动臂连接至所述机械支撑系统,所述可动臂包括由用户可接合的至少一个力控制部件;
其中所述健身器被编程为:
根据锻炼脚本控制施加到所述至少一个力控部件的力;
获取包括所述三维用户位置数据的历史数据;
用机器学习模型对所述历史数据进行处理,以得到结果;以及
根据所述结果修改所述锻炼脚本。
9.根据权利要求8所述的交互式健身系统,其中,来自所述云处理系统的流式视频被提供给所述健身器的所述显示器。
10.根据权利要求8所述的交互式健身系统,其中,所述本地处理系统和所述云处理系统中的至少一者被连接以向移动app提供与健身有关的数据。
11.根据权利要求8所述的交互式健身系统,其中,所述本地处理系统能够提供健身重复数据。
12.根据权利要求8所述的交互式健身系统,其中,所述本地处理系统能够提供生物特征信号分析以检测心率和呼吸率中的至少一者。
13.根据权利要求8所述的交互式健身系统,其中,所述本地处理系统能够提供对用户位置、用户施加的力和用户生物特征信号中的至少一者的实时分析。
14.根据权利要求8所述的交互式健身系统,其中,所述健身器包括:
力控制马达,其附接至所述机械支撑系统;
卷轴,其由所述力控制马达驱动;
