为了获得最佳效果并减少肌肉损伤的机会，许多健身都需要用户在健身例程中正确执行复杂的动作，并熟练调节载重或抵抗力。新手或临时用户通常不具备正确练习健身例程或更改健身器配置的知识或能力。遗憾的是，许多用户负担不起熟悉健身器的私人教练或带有熟练的监测人员的健身设施中的会员资格费用。图1是用户101正在使用的具有个性化训练能力的交互式健身器系统100的一个实施例的图示。系统100包括由机械支撑系统104保持的健身器显示器102。显示器102可以至少部分地覆盖有半反射涂层或镜子，该半反射涂层或镜子反射用户101的图像103，同时仍然允许观看由显示器102呈现的视频105或信息107。

至少一个力控制部件，其由用户可接合并连接至所述机械支撑系统。

14.根据权利要求12所述的方法，其中，所述至少一个传感器选自由立体摄像机、结构化光摄像机、红外摄像机和2D摄像机组成的组。
15.根据权利要求12所述的方法，其中，所述生物特征数据包括用户的心率。
16.根据权利要求12所述的方法，其中，所述生物特征数据包括由用户消耗的能量。
17.根据权利要求12所述的方法，其中，实时地分析所述生物特征数据和用户的图像。
18.根据权利要求12所述的方法，还包括从用户的图像中提取骨骼或关节数据。
