本发明公开了一种卷烟纸,其中含有阻燃型微胶囊和助燃剂;所述阻燃型微胶囊的芯材为酸化后的底物、壁材为阻燃剂与蛋白的混合物;其中阻燃型微胶囊中的阻燃剂与所述助燃剂的质量比为0.1‑1.5。本发明还公开了所述卷烟纸的制备方法及用于提升卷烟烟气中DGP含量的用途。

技术领域
本发明属于卷烟纸技术领域,具体是涉及一种卷烟纸、其制备方法及用于提升卷烟烟气中DGP含量的用途。
背景技术
增甜是卷烟追求的重要品质之一。在卷烟中添加糖类物质,可裂解产生的挥发性甜味化合物,但含量极低;如果糖类添加量过大,其产生的甲醛、丙烯醛等,会对烟气酸碱平衡带来影响,造成涩感增加。
1,4:3,6-二脱水-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖(DGP)普遍存在于卷烟烟气和糖裂解产物中,该物质可直接转移至主流烟气中。研究表明,DGP对卷烟烟气甜味影响较大,DGP物质可提高口腔的回甜感,彰显卷烟温和甜润的口感特性。
DGP虽然对卷烟口感特性有较大的贡献,但其制备较为困难,目前尚无商品化产品,无法直接添加在卷烟中进行应用。从DGP产生的成因来看[1,2],在无氧高温环境下,葡萄糖、淀粉等物质可裂解为DGP物质;但在烟草中直接加入葡萄糖、淀粉等物质,烟气中的葡萄糖、淀粉等物质含量并不能明显提升。
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种可提升卷烟烟气中DGP含量的卷烟纸。

发明内容
为提升卷烟烟气的抽吸甜润感,本发明提供了一种提升卷烟烟气DGP含量的卷烟纸。本发明通过构建阻燃型微胶囊,并在其内部包埋葡萄糖等为底物,当卷烟燃烧时,由于阻燃型微胶囊的保护,葡萄糖在高温下可最大程度无氧裂解释放DGP,同时添加助燃剂,不影响卷烟纸整体的正常燃烧。从而提升卷烟抽吸的甜润舒适的品质。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现。
除非另有说明,本发明所采用的百分数均为重量百分数。
本发明第一方面公开了一种卷烟纸,其中含有阻燃型微胶囊和助燃剂;所述阻燃型微胶囊的芯材为酸化后的底物、壁材为阻燃剂与蛋白的混合物;其中阻燃型微胶囊中的阻燃剂与所述助燃剂的质量比为0.1-1.5。
优选地,所述底物为葡萄糖或葡萄糖聚合物,所述葡萄糖聚合物为纤维素或淀粉;所使用的酸化体系为磷酸钠-甲醇体系或磷酸-甲醇溶液体系。
优选地,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁或氢氧化锰中的一种或几种;所述蛋白为丝胶蛋白或酪蛋白的一种或两种。
优选地,所述助燃剂为柠檬酸钾、苹果酸钾、柠檬酸钠、苹果酸钠中的一种或多种。
本发明第二方面公开了所述卷烟纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
①将底物置入含甲醇的酸化体系中混合均匀,然后过滤,得到的固体在一定温度下减压蒸馏除去甲醇,得到酸化底物;
②将步骤①的酸化底物、阻燃剂和蛋白加入水中混合形成乳浊液,经喷雾干燥法即得到所述的阻燃型微胶囊;
③将步骤②得到的阻燃型微胶囊、助燃剂、增稠剂和水混合均匀得到混合物,然后将其均匀涂布在卷烟纸基底表面,即得到所述的卷烟纸。
优选地,步骤①所述底物为葡萄糖或葡萄糖聚合物,所述葡萄糖聚合物为纤维素或淀粉;所述含甲醇的酸化体系为磷酸钠-甲醇体系或磷酸-甲醇溶液体系;减压蒸馏的温度为30-50℃。
优选地,步骤②所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁或氢氧化锰中的一种或几种;所述蛋白为丝胶蛋白或酪蛋白的一种或两种。
优选地,步骤③所述助燃剂为柠檬酸钾、苹果酸钾、柠檬酸钠、苹果酸钠中的一种或多种。
优选地,步骤②加入的阻燃剂与步骤③加入的助燃剂的质量比为0.1-1.5。
本发明第三方面公开了所述卷烟纸用于提升卷烟烟气中DGP含量的用途。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下明显优点:
1、本发明首次将DGP底物做成阻燃型微胶囊,使得到的卷烟纸的烟气更甜润、舒适。经检测,卷烟烟气中DGP含量明显提升,烟气中DGP含量增加约20%。
2、本发明优选蛋白作为微胶囊的壁材,同时将阻燃剂混入壁材中;结合助燃剂将它们涂到卷烟纸中,使得到的卷烟纸不仅烟气中DGP含量明显提升,而且不影响卷烟纸的燃烧速率。从而提升卷烟抽吸体验品质。
3、本发明的卷烟纸制备工艺简单、成本较低,易于工业化。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。实施例中未注明具体技术或条件者,按照本领域内的文献所描述的技术或条件或者按照产品说明书进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1
一种提升卷烟烟气DGP含量的卷烟纸的制备步骤如下:
1、底物酸化处理:将5克的D-葡萄糖置入含50克的磷酸钠的甲醇溶液体系中混合均匀,然后过滤,将得到的固体在40℃减压蒸馏将甲醇除去,得到酸化底物;
2、阻燃型微胶囊制备:将上述得到酸化底物0.5克、氢氧化铝1克和丝胶蛋白3克加入到100克的水中搅拌形成乳浊液,然后喷雾干燥,得到约4.5克阻燃型微胶囊;
3、涂覆卷烟纸:将上述得到的阻燃型微胶囊2.5克、10克的助燃剂柠檬酸钾、2克增稠剂羧甲基纤维素、100克水混合均匀得到混合物,然后将其中的阻燃型微胶囊按占卷烟纸的质量比为0.2wt%的量均匀涂布在卷烟纸基底表面,晾干后即得到所述的卷烟纸。
实施例2
将实施例1得到的卷烟纸按卷烟工艺卷制成烟支,然后燃吸测试。使用普通卷烟烟支作为对照样。结果为:使用实施例1得到的卷烟纸按卷烟工艺卷制成烟支烟气更甜润、舒适。结果见附图1和附图2,图1为普通卷烟纸烟气色谱图,黑色框标记为DGP,图2为应用本发明卷烟纸的烟气色谱图,黑色框标记为DGP。由图1和图2可知,使用实施例1得到的卷烟纸的卷烟烟气中DGP含量比普通卷烟烟支烟气中DGP含量增加了约20%。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种卷烟纸,其特征在于,其中含有阻燃型微胶囊和助燃剂;所述阻燃型微胶囊的芯材为酸化后的底物、壁材为阻燃剂与蛋白的混合物;其中阻燃型微胶囊中的阻燃剂与所述助燃剂的质量比为0.1-1.5;所述底物为葡萄糖或葡萄糖聚合物,所述葡萄糖聚合物为纤维素或淀粉;所使用的酸化体系为磷酸钠-甲醇体系或磷酸-甲醇溶液体系。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁或氢氧化锰中的一种或几种;所述蛋白为丝胶蛋白或酪蛋白的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述助燃剂为柠檬酸钾、苹果酸钾、柠檬酸钠、苹果酸钠中的一种或多种。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任一所述卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
①将底物置入含甲醇的酸化体系中混合均匀,然后过滤,得到的固体在一定温度下减压蒸馏除去甲醇,得到酸化底物;
②将步骤①的酸化底物、阻燃剂和蛋白加入水中混合形成乳浊液,经喷雾干燥法即得到所述的阻燃型微胶囊;
③将步骤②得到的阻燃型微胶囊、助燃剂、增稠剂和水混合均匀得到混合物,然后将其均匀涂布在卷烟纸基底表面,即得到所述的卷烟纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤①所述底物为葡萄糖或葡萄糖聚合物,所述葡萄糖聚合物为纤维素或淀粉;所述含甲醇的酸化体系为磷酸钠-甲醇体系或磷酸-甲醇溶液体系;减压蒸馏的温度为30-50℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤②所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁或氢氧化锰中的一种或几种;所述蛋白为丝胶蛋白或酪蛋白的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤③所述助燃剂为柠檬酸钾、苹果酸钾、柠檬酸钠、苹果酸钠中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤②加入的阻燃剂与步骤③加入的助燃剂的质量比为0.1-1.5。
9.根据权利要求1-3任一所述卷烟纸用于提升卷烟烟气中DGP含量的用途。
