(2)棉织物的改性:1)以氢氧化钠溶液煮沸处理棉织物;2)清洗烘干;3)取0.5-1g处理棉织物,加入40mL Tris-HCl缓冲液与无水乙醇混合溶液、盐酸多巴胺和100μL正十二硫醇,恒温30℃下搅拌聚合12h,反应完成后用去离子水冲洗,烘干;
(3)将改性棉织物在恒温振荡染色机中用改性天然姜黄素进行染色,得天然姜黄素抗菌棉内衣织物。

进一步的,所述步骤(2)中氢氧化钠溶液浓度为3-4g/L,盐酸多巴胺的浓度为1-4mg/mL。

1、本发明中采用多巴胺为原料,多巴胺作为一种无毒的生物聚合物,可以在碱性条件下自发聚合形成聚多巴胺,聚多巴胺层含有儿茶酚官能团和氨基官能团,具有超强的黏附性能,可以与材料表面形成共价键,能够将姜黄素与织物进行很好的结合。
2、本发明中利用多巴胺丰富的氨基、羟基,进一步诱导偶联改性的姜黄素最终在棉纤维表面的沉积。

(2)将改性棉织物在恒温振荡染色机中用天然姜黄素进行染色,得天然姜黄素抗菌棉内衣织物,其中,染色条件为:染料质量浓度/(g/L):1;染色温度/℃:40;染色时间/min:30;pH值:2;浴比:1:50。
抗菌性能测试按照GB/T 20944.3-2008规定的振荡法测试步骤,测试所制天然姜黄素抗菌棉内衣用织物的原样、洗涤20次样、洗涤50次样,对大肠杆菌和金色葡萄球菌的抗菌性能,并计算抑菌率。
本发明制备的天然姜黄素抗菌棉内衣用织物具有很好的抗菌性能,对大肠杆菌的抑制率可达到99.8%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率最高达到99.9%,洗涤20次后和50后,抑菌率依然较高,具有耐久性。
实施例的性能如下:
Claims (5)
1.天然姜黄素抗菌棉内衣用织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)天然姜黄素的改性:1)取5.4g氯化铁加入160mL乙二醇溶液中,室温下放在磁力搅拌器上搅拌2h,直至氯化铁全部溶解;2)加入14.4g醋酸钠,边加边搅拌;3)缓慢滴加40mL1%壳聚糖溶液,边滴加边搅拌;4)加入1-2g天然姜黄素,边加边搅拌,即得改性天然姜黄素;
(2)棉织物的改性:1)以氢氧化钠溶液煮沸处理棉织物;2)清洗烘干;3)取0.5-1g处理棉织物,加入40mL Tris-HCl缓冲液与无水乙醇混合溶液、盐酸多巴胺和100μL正十二硫醇,恒温30℃下搅拌聚合12h,反应完成后用去离子水冲洗,烘干;
(3)将改性棉织物在恒温振荡染色机中用改性天然姜黄素进行染色,得天然姜黄素抗菌棉内衣织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然姜黄素抗菌棉内衣用织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中采用2vt%醋酸溶液配制1%壳聚糖溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天然姜黄素抗菌棉内衣用织物的制备方法的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中氢氧化钠溶液浓度为3-4g/L,盐酸多巴胺的浓度为1-4mg/mL。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天然姜黄素抗菌棉内衣用织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中染色条件为:染料质量浓度/(g/L):1-5;染色温度/℃:40-80;染色时间/min:30-80;pH值:2-7;浴比:1:50。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的天然姜黄素抗菌棉内衣用织物的制备方法所制备的天然姜黄素抗菌棉内衣用织物在内衣加工中的应用。
