背景技术
涤纶拉伸丝是一种聚酯纤维,是由有机二元酸和有机二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯。聚酯纤维最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性较好。随着人们生活水平的提高,对于涤纶制作的衣料等要求也逐渐提高。尤其是对于涤纶的抗菌能力。
目前的涤纶等纤维丝的抗菌加工工艺大多是通过将编织好的织物直接通过浸轧的方式,将抗菌成分附着到面料上。但是直接浸轧的方式得到的抗菌面料容易随着面料的多次洗涤而将抗菌物质洗脱,从而使得抗菌能力下降。因此,需要提供一种对涤纶拉伸丝进行抗菌加工的工艺以满足对涤纶抗菌耐久性更好的需求。

为了提高涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌能力,本申请提供一种超细旦涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌加工工艺。

一种超细旦涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:将原料超细旦涤纶拉伸丝先通过烘箱进行预热;
S2:将步骤S1中预热后的涤纶拉伸丝通入碱雾;
S3:将步骤S2中经过碱雾后的涤纶拉伸丝通入清洗池进行冲洗;
S4:将冲洗后的涤纶丝通入抗菌整理液中进行抗菌整理;
S5:将抗菌整理后的涤纶丝导入烘箱烘干;
S6:将烘干后的涤纶丝收卷即可。
通过采用上述技术方案,涤纶拉伸丝预热后涤纶拉伸丝温度升高,温度升高会软化涤纶拉伸丝,从而使得步骤S2中通入碱雾中的涤纶拉伸丝更加容易被碱雾中的酸腐蚀出微孔,微孔分散更加均匀。随后步骤S3清洗去除涤纶拉伸丝上残留的酸,避免残留的酸对抗菌整理液产生影响。清洗后的涤纶拉伸丝再通入抗菌整理液中,抗菌整理液中的抗菌成分附着到涤纶拉伸丝表面,并且由于微孔的作用使得涤纶拉伸丝上的比表面积增大,涤纶拉伸丝的吸附能力增强,抗菌成分吸附进入微孔中,从而提高了涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌整理后的抗菌耐久性。

步骤3):将干粉与无水乙醇混合,密封后先用超声波振荡1h,然后静置20-24h;
步骤4):采用医用纱布进行过滤3~5次,得到淡黄色油脂;
步骤5):将淡黄色油脂用旋转蒸发器蒸发出去乙醇,再浓缩即可得到抗菌植物提取物。
通过采用上述技术方案,植物干粉在乙醇中通过相似相溶原理溶出植物细胞中的有机物,得到植物抗菌提取物。而在植物干粉与乙醇进行混合后,先用超声波振荡1h,有利于植物干粉与乙醇进行充分混合,从分子角度,可以使得乙醇与植物干粉的接触位点更多,从而促进植物干粉中有机物的溶出。
优选的,所述抗菌微胶囊的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤1):将抗菌植物提取液加入明胶蒸馏水溶液中,并不停搅拌;
步骤2):将硫酸钠溶液以2ml-2.5ml/min的速度滴入不停搅拌的步骤1)中的混合液中;
步骤3):将步骤2)中得到的混合液降温至4-5℃,并调节pH至8.5-9.5;
步骤4):将步骤3)中调节pH后的混合液中加入戊二醛溶液,使得混合液交联硬化,得到悬浊液;
步骤5):对步骤4)中得到的悬浊液离心得到抗菌微胶囊粗品,再用蒸馏水清洗3-5次后即可得到抗菌微胶囊。
通过采用上述技术方案,植物提取液先通过搅拌均匀地分散到明胶蒸馏水溶液中,然后滴加硫酸钠溶液使得明胶沉积在抗菌植物提取液表面,最后通过戊二醛使得明胶溶液交联硬化,从而得到抗菌微胶囊。
优选的,所述分散剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:
椰子酰甲基牛磺酸钠 20~40%;
月桂酰羟乙基磺酸钠 10~50%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 10~30%。
通过采用上述技术方案,椰子酰甲基牛磺酸钠是一种阴离子型表面活性剂,具有很强的分散能力。椰子酰甲基牛磺酸钠与各种表面活性剂的配伍性极强,具有较好的润湿以及柔软能力,其既可以起到分散抗菌微胶囊的作用,也可以柔软涤纶拉伸丝,使得微胶囊更加容易粘附到涤纶拉伸丝上。月桂酰羟乙基磺酸钠也是一种阴离子表面活性剂,其除了可以起到分散的作用外,其起到的分散效力更加持久。十二烷基苯磺酸钠的成本较低,用以降低分散剂的配制成本,且其具有较好的生物降解能力,可以降低废水的污染。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、由于本申请采用对涤纶拉伸丝进行抗菌处理,由于涤纶拉伸丝上粘附了具有抗菌能力的抗菌成分,获得了涤纶拉伸丝本身具抗菌能力的效果。
2、本申请中优选采用碱雾对涤纶拉伸丝进行处理在进行抗菌微胶囊整理,由于碱雾使得涤纶拉伸丝上的微孔增多,获得了抗菌能力的耐久性更好的效果。
3、本申请中优选采用抗菌微胶囊对涤纶拉伸丝进行处理,由于抗菌微胶囊中的抗菌成分被包覆,获得了抗菌成分不易被洗脱,耐久性增强的效果。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本申请中采用的各原料如下所示:
明胶采购至济南汇锦川化工有限公司;
硫酸钠采购至杭州盈钰化工有限公司;
戊二醛采购至济南洪旺化工有限公司;
乙醇采购至苏州红源鑫化工有限公司;
渗透剂采购至山东省鑫祥晟化工进出口有限公司的快速渗透剂。
原料的制备例
制备例1~3中的抗菌植物提取液和抗菌微胶囊的制备工艺如下:
抗菌植物提取液的提取工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤1):将植物原料清洗干净,并在T1℃下放入烘箱中烘干;
步骤2):将烘干后的植物原料粉碎得到干粉;
步骤3):将干粉与无水乙醇混合,密封后先用超声波振荡t1h,然后静置t2h;
步骤4):采用医用纱布进行过滤A次,得到淡黄色油脂;
步骤5):将淡黄色油脂用旋转蒸发器蒸发出去乙醇,再浓缩即可得到抗菌植物提取物。
抗菌微胶囊的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤1):将抗菌植物提取液加入明胶蒸馏水溶液中,并不停搅拌;
步骤2):将硫酸钠溶液以Vml/min的速度滴入不停搅拌的步骤1)中的混合液中;
步骤3):将步骤2)中得到的混合液降温至T2℃,并调节pH至B;
步骤4):将步骤3)中调节pH后的混合液中加入戊二醛溶液,使得混合液交联硬化,得到悬浊液;
步骤5):对步骤4)中得到的悬浊液离心得到抗菌微胶囊粗品,再用蒸馏水清洗C次后即可得到抗菌微胶囊。
制备例1~3中抗菌提取液的原料以及抗菌微胶囊的原料以及抗菌植物提取液和抗菌微胶囊的制备工艺中各参数如表1、表2和表3所示。

其中表2中,硫酸钠溶液的浓度为200g/L,戊二醛溶液的体积分数为37%,明胶蒸馏水溶液的质量分数为5%。
实施例
实施例1~实施例5中,一种超细旦涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:将原料超细旦涤纶拉伸丝先通过烘箱进行预热;
S2:将步骤S1中预热后的涤纶拉伸丝通入碱雾,碱雾采用pH为12的氢氧化钠溶液雾化后形成的碱雾。
S3:将步骤S2中经过碱雾后的涤纶拉伸丝通入清洗池进行冲洗;
S4:将冲洗后的涤纶丝通入抗菌整理液中进行抗菌整理;
S5:将抗菌整理后的涤纶丝导入烘箱烘干;
S6:将烘干后的涤纶丝收卷即可。
实施例1~5中抗菌整理液中各组分计为按重量份数计为表4,分散剂中各组分按重量百分比计为表5。

实施例6与实施例1的区别在于,碱雾的pH为11。
实施例7与实施例1的区别在于,碱雾的pH为10。
对比例
对比例1采用苏州舜琪纺织科技有限公司的涤纶拉伸丝。
对比例2与实施例1的区别在于,涤纶拉伸丝未采用步骤S2中的碱雾进行处理。
对比例3与实施例1的区别在于,分散剂采用南雄市佳明化工有限公司的CM-2163碳黑分散剂。
性能检测试验
抗菌测试
AATCC-90试验法:在琼脂培养基上接种试验菌,再紧贴试样,于37℃下培养24h后,用放大镜观察菌类繁殖情况和试样周围无菌区的晕圈大小。阻止带宽度由1级到10级依次增加。阻止带宽度代表抗菌效力的大小。试验菌为金黄色葡萄球菌,试样为实施例和对比例中的涤纶丝经过100次清水漂洗后的涤纶丝。

结论:由上表可以看出阻止带的宽度从实施例1到7逐渐增加,说明实施例1到7中随着抗菌微胶囊的添加量增加,会使得涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌能力增强,抗菌耐久性增强。而涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌能力增强具有一定的限度,说明抗菌微胶囊并不会无限制地附着到涤纶拉伸丝上。
通过实施例1和实施例6、7对的对比,可以看出,碱雾pH的控制对于抗菌微胶囊在涤纶拉伸丝上的附着具有明显的影响。而从表6中可以看出,碱雾的pH控制在11时,对于涤纶拉伸丝上附着抗菌微胶囊的效果最好,抗菌耐久性最强。
通过对比例1与实施例1的对比可以看出,本申请中的涤纶拉伸丝由于抗菌微胶囊的附着,涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌能力明显增加;通过对比例2与实施例1的对比可以看出,碱雾可以提高涤纶拉伸丝对于抗菌微胶囊的吸附能力,从而提高涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌能力。通过对比例3与实施例1的对比可以看出,本申请中采用的分散剂对于抗菌微胶囊的分散效果更好,使得涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌能力得到显著提高。

Claims (5)
1.一种超细旦涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌加工工艺,其特征在于,包括
以下步骤:
S1:将原料超细旦涤纶拉伸丝先通过烘箱进行预热;
S2:将步骤 S1 中预热后的涤纶拉伸丝通入碱雾;所述碱雾采用 pH 为 9-12 的氢氧化钠溶液雾化后形成的碱雾;
S3:将步骤 S2 中经过碱雾后的涤纶拉伸丝通入清洗池进行冲洗;
S4:将冲洗后的涤纶丝通入抗菌整理液中进行抗菌整理;
所述抗菌整理液包括以下重量份的组分:
抗菌微胶囊 30~60 份;
分散剂 10~15 份;
渗透剂 8~10 份;
去离子水 140~180 份;
所述分散剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:
椰子酰甲基牛磺酸钠 20~40%;
月桂酰羟乙基磺酸钠 10~50%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 10~30%;
S5:将抗菌整理后的涤纶丝导入烘箱烘干;
S6:将烘干后的涤纶丝收卷即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细旦涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌加工工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌微胶囊由包括以下重量百分比的组分制备得到:
抗菌植物提取液 10~20%;
明胶蒸馏水溶液 30~40%;
蒸馏水 余量;
硫酸钠溶液 3~5%;
戊二醛溶液 2~3%;
乙醇 10~20%;
其中硫酸钠溶液的浓度为 200g/L,戊二醛溶液的体积分数为 37%,明胶蒸馏水溶液的质量分数为 5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种超细旦涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌加工工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌植物提取液的植物原料选取青蒿、生姜、金银花中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种超细旦涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌加工工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌植物提取液的提取工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤 1):将植物原料清洗干净,并在 50-60℃下放入烘箱中烘干;
步骤 2):将烘干后的植物原料粉碎得到干粉;
步骤 3):将干粉与无水乙醇混合,密封后先用超声波振荡 1h,然后静置 20-24h;
步骤 4):采用医用纱布进行过滤 3~5 次,得到淡黄色油脂;
步骤 5):将淡黄色油脂用旋转蒸发器蒸发出去乙醇,再浓缩即可得到抗菌植物提取物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种超细旦涤纶拉伸丝的抗菌加工工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌微胶囊的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤 1):将抗菌植物提取液加入明胶蒸馏水溶液中,并不停搅拌;
步骤 2):将硫酸钠溶液以 2ml-2.5ml/min 的速度滴入不停搅拌的步骤 1)中的混合液中;
步骤 3):将步骤 2)中得到的混合液降温至 4-5℃,并调节 pH至 8.5-9.5;

步骤 5):对步骤 4)中得到的悬浊液离心得到抗菌微胶囊粗品,再用蒸馏水清洗 3-5次后即可得到抗菌微胶囊。
