Abstract

本发明提供了一种含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维及其制备方法,属于羽绒纤维改性技术领域。本发明首先采用表面活性剂对羽绒纤维进行预处理,去除羽绒纤维表面的杂质,加热浸泡2~24h,浸泡过程中不断搅拌,然后采用清水洗涤2~3次,去除羽绒纤维表面的杂质,再将茶多酚、柠檬酸、次磷酸钠、氨基酸和去离子水配成茶多酚处理液,最后采用丙烯腈和茶多酚处理液对羽绒纤维进行改性,得到含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维。本发明含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维具有明显的抗菌性能,同时有更高的蓬松度,有效提升羽绒制品的附加使用价值。

含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及羽绒纤维改性技术领域,尤其涉及一种含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维及其制备方法。
背景技术
羽绒是指鹅鸭等水鸟在颈下至胸腹之间的柔软绒毛,是很好的天然保暖材料,具有质轻、柔软、保温性好等优点,因此羽绒是制作保暖材料的最佳选择。
羽绒的主要成分是蛋白质,结构松散具有一定的吸潮性,长期使用或者保存不当,很容易滋生细菌,同时伴有异味产生。因此制备一种具有抗菌性能的羽绒是目前要解决的紧要问题。
茶多酚是从茶叶中提取出来的纯天然物质,具有广谱的抗菌活性,此外还具有很强的抗氧化作用、除臭作用。采用茶多酚对羽绒进行改性,能够提高其抗菌性以及抗氧化性能。
中国专利CN105862436A提供了一种防腐防蛀羽绒的处理方法,其是先利用前处理液对羽绒进行预处理,初步改善纤维的性能,然后将戊二醛和茶多酚接枝吸附到羽绒纤维上改善羽绒的性能,再经后处理液加固处理,得到具备高弹、抗氧化老化、杀菌除味、防腐防蛀等性能的羽绒纤维。但是该专利对羽绒的处理过程中使用了戊二醛,其对眼睛、皮肤和粘膜有强烈的刺激作用,严重时可引起喉、支气管的炎症、化学性肺炎。
发明内容
基于此,本发明提供一种含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维及其制备方法。本发明的制备方法简单,易操作,能明显提高羽绒的抗菌性能,有效改善羽绒制品的使用性能、提升羽绒制品的附加使用价值。
本发明含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)羽绒纤维预处理:将待处理的羽绒纤维放入清水中,浴比1:100~200,加入表面活性剂,加热浸泡2~24h,浸泡过程中不断搅拌,然后采用清水洗涤2~3次,去除羽绒纤维表面的杂质;
(2)茶多酚处理液的制备:将茶多酚、柠檬酸、次磷酸钠、氨基酸和去离子水混合,配成茶多酚处理液,备用;
(3)羽绒纤维改性:将步骤(1)预处理之后的羽绒纤维烘干,放入质量浓度为50%的乙醇水溶液中,浴比为1:100~200,然后加入丙烯腈和步骤(2)制备的茶多酚处理液,充分搅拌,加热到40~90℃进行浸泡0.5~5小时,捞出后水洗3~5次,烘干得到含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维。
优选的,步骤(1)所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基硫酸钠或十八烷基磺酸钠中的任意一种,所述表面活性剂与清水的质量比为1:30~70。
优选的,步骤(1)所述加热的温度为到50~60℃。
优选的,步骤(2)所述茶多酚、柠檬酸、次磷酸钠、氨基酸和去离子水按照3~5:3~5:4~5:1~2:20的质量比混合。
优选的,步骤(3)所述丙烯腈、茶多酚处理液和羽绒的质量比为2~3:10:50~70。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种上述方法制备的含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明应用茶多酚处理液对羽绒纤维进行直接改性,增加茶多酚与羽绒纤维的结合能力,由此生产出具有良好抗霉菌性能的改性羽绒纤维,添加了柠檬酸作为交联剂,进一步提高羽绒纤维的抗菌性能。此外,该方法制备的羽绒大生物纤维更加蓬松,进一步提高了羽绒的保暖性能。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)羽绒纤维预处理:将待处理的羽绒纤维放入清水中,浴比1:150,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基苯磺酸钠与清水的质量比为1:70,加热到60℃,浸泡2h,浸泡过程中不断搅拌,然后采用清水洗涤3次,去除羽绒纤维表面的杂质;
(2)茶多酚处理液的制备:将茶多酚、柠檬酸、次磷酸钠、氨基酸和去离子水按照5:5:4:2:20的质量比混合,配成茶多酚处理液,备用;
(3)羽绒纤维改性:将步骤(1)预处理之后的羽绒烘干,放入质量浓度为50%的乙醇水溶液中,浴比为1:150,然后加入丙烯腈和茶多酚处理液充分搅拌,其中丙烯腈、茶多酚处理液和羽绒的质量比为2:10:70,加热到60℃进行浸泡5小时,捞出后水洗5次,烘干得到含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维。
实施例2
一种含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)羽绒纤维预处理:将待处理的羽绒纤维放入清水中,浴比1:150,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基苯磺酸钠与清水的质量比为1:70,加热到50℃,浸泡10h,浸泡过程中不断搅拌,然后采用清水洗涤3次,去除羽绒纤维表面的杂质;
(2)茶多酚处理液的制备:将茶多酚、柠檬酸、次磷酸钠、氨基酸和去离子水按照3:3:4:2:20的质量比混合,配成茶多酚处理液,备用;
(3)羽绒纤维改性:将步骤(1)预处理之后的羽绒烘干,放入质量浓度为50%的乙醇水溶液中,浴比为1:150,然后加入丙烯腈和茶多酚处理液充分搅拌,其中丙烯腈、茶多酚处理液和羽绒的质量比为2:10:60,加热到60℃进行浸泡5小时,捞出后水洗5次,烘干得到含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维。
实施例3
一种含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)羽绒纤维预处理:将待处理的羽绒纤维放入清水中,浴比1:150,加入十八烷基磺酸钠,十八烷基磺酸钠与清水的质量比为1:70,加热到50℃,浸泡24h,浸泡过程中不断搅拌,然后采用清水洗涤3次,去除羽绒纤维表面的杂质;
(2)茶多酚处理液的制备:将茶多酚、柠檬酸、次磷酸钠、氨基酸和去离子水按照5:3:3:1:20的质量比混合,配成茶多酚处理液,备用;
(3)羽绒纤维改性:将步骤(1)预处理之后的羽绒烘干,放入质量浓度为50%的乙醇水溶液中,浴比为1:150,然后加入丙烯腈和茶多酚处理液充分搅拌,其中丙烯腈、茶多酚处理液和羽绒的质量比为2:10:70,加热到40℃进行浸泡0.5小时,捞出后水洗5次,烘干得到含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维。
对比例1
一种改性羽绒纤维的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)羽绒纤维预处理:将待处理的羽绒纤维放入清水中,浴比1:150,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基苯磺酸钠与清水的质量比为1:70,加热到60℃,浸泡2h,浸泡过程中不断搅拌,然后采用清水洗涤3次,去除羽绒纤维表面的杂质;
(2)处理液的制备:将柠檬酸、次磷酸钠、氨基酸和去离子水按照5:4:2:20的质量比混合,配成处理液,备用;
(3)羽绒纤维改性:将步骤(1)预处理之后的羽绒烘干,放入质量浓度为50%的乙醇水溶液中,浴比为1:150,然后加入丙烯腈和处理液充分搅拌,其中丙烯腈、处理液和羽绒的质量比为2:10:70,加热到60℃进行浸泡5小时,捞出后水洗5次,烘干得到羽绒大生物纤维,该改性羽绒纤维不含有茶多酚。
对实施例1~3和对比例1的改性羽绒纤维样品按照GB/T20944.3纺织品抗菌性能的评价以及FZ/T80001-2002水洗羽毛羽绒试验方法,进行抑菌率和蓬松度测试,抑菌率测试结果如表1。

Claims (6)

1.一种含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)羽绒纤维预处理:将待处理的羽绒纤维放入清水中,浴比1:100~200,加入表面活性剂,加热浸泡2~24h,浸泡过程中不断搅拌,然后采用清水洗涤2~3次,去除羽绒纤维表面的杂质;
(2)茶多酚处理液的制备:将茶多酚、柠檬酸、次磷酸钠、氨基酸和去离子水混合,配成茶多酚处理液,备用;
(3)羽绒纤维改性:将步骤(1)预处理之后的羽绒纤维烘干,放入质量浓度为50%的乙醇水溶液中,浴比为1:100~200,然后加入丙烯腈和步骤(2)制备的茶多酚处理液,充分搅拌,加热到40~90℃进行浸泡0.5~5小时,捞出后水洗3~5次,烘干得到含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基硫酸钠或十八烷基磺酸钠中的任意一种,所述表面活性剂与清水的质量比为1:30~70。
3.根据权利要求1所述含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述加热的温度为50~60℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述茶多酚、柠檬酸、次磷酸钠、氨基酸和去离子水按照3~5:3~5:4~5:1~2:20的质量比混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述丙烯腈、茶多酚处理液和羽绒的质量比为2~3:10:50~70。
6.一种含茶多酚的羽绒大生物纤维,其特征在于,由权利要求1~5任一所述制备方法制备而成。
