技术领域
本发明属于纤维改性领域,涉及一种植物功能性天然丝及其制备方法。
背景技术
天然丝是天然大分子聚合物,天然蚕丝主要由丝素蛋白和丝胶蛋白组成,是人们在寒冬中的重要御寒材料,也是纺织工业的重要原料。
蚕丝是天然蛋白质类纤维,也是自然界惟一可供纺织用的天然长丝。我国是世界上最早植桑、养蚕、缫丝、织绸的国家。蚕丝在纺织纤维中是比较珍贵高档的原料,其总量约占世界纤维总产量的0.2%,良好的舒适性和保健性使之成为人们一直钟爱的纺织品——“永久的时装”。通常根据品种和饲养方式蚕丝分为家蚕丝与野蚕丝两大类。(1)家蚕丝,即桑蚕丝。其制品久负盛名,是高级纺织原料并占主导地位。纤维细柔平滑,富有弹性,光泽、吸湿好。轻、滑、亮、丽、暖是其突出优点。(2)野蚕丝,野蚕种类很多,多在室外放养,是丝绸原料的补充来源。根据所食植物不同,常见的有柞蚕丝、蓖麻蚕丝、樟蚕丝、天蚕丝等。它也是最早在我国得以利用的蚕丝。目前辽宁省是我国主要的柞蚕丝生产区,约占全国总产量的90%。
公开号为CN105297440A的中国专利公布了一种对蚕丝接枝改性的方法,采用4-二甲氨基吡啶为催化剂,以碳二亚胺为缩合剂,活化含有羧基的聚合物,然后与蚕丝的氨基反应,将聚合物结合到蚕丝上。采用碳二亚胺为缩合试剂,活化羧基后与蚕丝的氨基反应,形成酰胺键,制得的改性蚕丝具有蓬松度高,耐久性好,耐磨度强,牢度高,不容易在使用中损失等优点;但酰胺键的生成反应难控制,反应不完全,造成原料的浪费,且工艺复杂,试剂众多,步骤繁琐。
申请号为CN201710542556.7的中国专利公布了一种改性蚕丝织物及其制备方法,采用将槲皮素与反应型紫外线吸收剂在水中混合均匀,并将pH调节为9-10.5,反应后得到改性槲皮素;将改性槲皮素的pH值调节为3-5,向其中加入蚕丝织物,在75-90°C下处理后,得到改性蚕丝织物,但是该改性蚕丝中仅仅是能检测到改性槲皮素的存在,实际按照该方法制备得到的产品,改性槲皮素在蚕丝中的含量并不高。
对天然丝改性的现有技术,还存在以下缺陷:(1)改性后天然丝的机械性能下降,强度降低、吸水性下降;(2)植物改性后的天然丝,抑菌抗菌作用差,效果不明显;(3)改性后的天然丝,除螨效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明为解决以上技术问题,针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种植物功能性天然丝及其制备方法,以实现以下发明目的:
(1)本发明的植物功能性天然丝,具有良好的物理性能,强度4.51-4.67g/D,断裂伸长率31.55-36.24%,回潮率20.5-22.2%;
(2)本发明的植物功能性天然丝,具有优异的抑菌效果,且洗涤50次后抑菌效果仍符合国家标准:对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为93.1-94.1%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达90.5-91.9%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率达94.2-96.0%;洗涤50次后,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达88.4-90.5%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达87.0-88.0%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率达88.5-90.5%。
(3)本发明的植物功能性天然丝,除螨效果显著。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:

本发明还提供一种植物功能性天然丝的制备方法,所述植物功能性天然丝的制备方法,包括:处理液的制备、天然丝的微处理、含植物提取物的功能改性剂的制备和植物功能性天然丝的制备。
所述含植物提取物的功能改性剂的制备,将聚四亚甲基醚、乙胺、五氧化二磷和木质素磺酸盐依次投入到戊二醇中,搅拌均匀,再投入植物提取物粉体,温度控制在36-50℃,时间为20-50min。
所述植物提取物粉体、戊二醇、聚四亚甲基醚、乙胺、五氧化二磷和木质素磺酸盐的质量比为10:10-15:2-4:0.1-1:0.01-0.1:5-10。

将植物提取物粉体、戊二醇、聚四亚甲基醚、乙胺、五氧化二磷和木质素磺酸盐按照质量比为10:15:2:0.1:0.01:5的比例称量好,将聚四亚甲基醚、乙胺、五氧化二磷和木质素磺酸盐依次投入到戊二醇中,搅拌均匀,再同时投入植物提取物粉体,温度控制在36℃,搅拌,搅拌时间为20min,至充分混合均匀,制得含植物提取物的功能改性剂。
步骤4、植物功能性天然丝的制备
通过预加料系统,按植物提取物粉体占表面微处理蚕丝重量1.0%的比例,通过计量泵将含植物提取物的功能改性剂加入到混合器中,加入180wt%的水,用浓度为0.2 wt %的冰醋酸调节pH至5.5,升温,当温度达到30℃后,加入表面微处理的蚕丝,缓慢升温,升温速率设置为0.2℃/min,升温至50℃恒温11min,取出,水洗。
步骤5、干燥
将水洗后的混合物放入离心机中,离心机内抽真空至-50KPa,以1000rpm高速甩干8min,加入200wt%清水浸泡15min后,继续高速甩干10min,此时,离心机内压力调为正压,压力变化曲线为P(MPa)=-0.080(T(min)-5)2+2,然后通过热风穿透烘干,得到本发明的植物功能性天然丝。
实施例2一种植物功能性天然丝及其制备方法
步骤1、处理液的制备
所述处理液,包括以下原料:烷基苯磺酸钠、硅酸钠、平平加、椰油基葡糖苷和水;按重量份,烷基苯磺酸钠65份、硅酸钠20份、平平加 22份、椰油基葡糖苷20份和水150份。
所述椰油基葡糖苷,游离脂肪醇含量<0.2%,表面张力为28mN/m;
所述硅酸钠,CAS号为1334-09-8,有效成分含量为98%,粒度为100目;
所述处理液的制备方法为:将烷基苯磺酸钠、硅酸钠、平平加和水先混合,然后再加入椰油基葡糖苷搅拌混合。
步骤2、天然丝的微处理
选取蚕丝,除去颗粒状杂质,放弃黄变、带有粪便等脏渍的天然丝,进行脱脂脱胶处理,完成后用26℃温水冲洗3遍,控水,水含量20%。
将上述蚕丝加入到上述处理液中进行表面微处理,处理液温度保持为恒温,恒温为32℃,微处理6min,过滤,用清水冲洗至中性。
经检测,蚕丝微处理后表面处理表面积占2.0%。
步骤3、含植物提取物的功能改性剂的制备
将市售植物提取物超微粉处理,得到99.9%过1000目筛的植物提取物粉体。所述市售植物提取物,为薄荷提取物和缬草提取物等比例混合物,棕黄色粉末,I-薄荷醇含量0.10%,水分含量0.36%。
将植物提取物粉体、戊二醇、聚四亚甲基醚、乙胺、五氧化二磷和木质素磺酸盐按照质量比为10:11:3:0.5:0.07:8的比例称量好,将聚四亚甲基醚、乙胺、五氧化二磷和木质素磺酸盐依次投入到戊二醇中,搅拌均匀,再同时投入植物提取物粉体,温度控制在43℃,搅拌,搅拌时间为32min,至充分混合均匀,制得含植物提取物的功能改性剂。
步骤4、植物功能性天然丝的制备
通过预加料系统,按植物提取物粉体占表面微处理蚕丝重量1.2%的比例,通过计量泵将含植物提取物的功能改性剂加入到混合器中,加入180wt%的水,用浓度为0.2wt %的冰醋酸调节pH至6.3,升温,当温度达到30℃后,加入表面微处理的蚕丝,缓慢升温,升温速率设置为0.4℃/min,升温至50℃恒温10-15min,取出,水洗。
步骤5、干燥
将水洗后的混合物放入离心机中,离心机内抽真空至-10KPa,以900rpm高速甩干9min,加入200wt%清水浸泡15min后,继续高速甩干10min,此时,离心机内压力调为正压,压力变化曲线为P(MPa)=-0.080(T(min)-5)2+2,然后通过热风穿透烘干,得到本发明的植物功能性天然丝。
实施例3一种植物功能性天然丝及其制备方法
步骤1、处理液的制备
所述处理液,包括以下原料:烷基苯磺酸钠、硅酸钠、平平加、椰油基葡糖苷和水;按重量份,烷基苯磺酸钠80份、硅酸钠12份、平平加 25份、椰油基葡糖苷15份和水160份。
所述椰油基葡糖苷,游离脂肪醇含量<0.2%,表面张力为28mN/m;
所述硅酸钠,CAS号为1334-09-8,有效成分含量为98%,粒度为100目;
所述处理液的制备方法为:将烷基苯磺酸钠、硅酸钠、平平加和水先混合,然后再加入椰油基葡糖苷搅拌混合。
步骤2、天然丝的微处理
选取蚕丝,除去颗粒状杂质,放弃黄变、带有粪便等脏渍的天然丝,进行脱脂脱胶处理,完成后用28℃温水冲洗3遍,控水,水含量20%。
将上述蚕丝加入到上述处理液中进行表面微处理,处理液温度保持为恒温,恒温为33℃,微处理6min,过滤,用清水冲洗至中性。
经检测,蚕丝微处理后表面处理表面积占2.0%。
步骤3、含植物提取物的功能改性剂的制备
将市售植物提取物超微粉处理,得到99.9%过1000目筛的植物提取物粉体。所述市售植物提取物,为薄荷提取物和香荚兰提取物等比例混合物,棕黄色粉末,I-薄荷醇含量0.11%,1-薄荷酮含量0.040%,水分含量0.24%。
将植物提取物粉体、戊二醇、聚四亚甲基醚、乙胺、五氧化二磷和木质素磺酸盐按照质量比为10:12: 4:0.5:0.08:10的比例称量好,将聚四亚甲基醚、乙胺、五氧化二磷和木质素磺酸盐依次投入到戊二醇中,搅拌均匀,再同时投入植物提取物粉体,温度控制在40℃,搅拌,搅拌时间为27min,至充分混合均匀,制得含植物提取物的功能改性剂。
步骤4、植物功能性天然丝的制备
通过预加料系统,按植物提取物粉体占表面微处理蚕丝重量1.5%的比例,通过计量泵将含植物提取物的功能改性剂加入到混合器中,加入180wt%的水,用浓度为0.2 wt %的冰醋酸调节pH至5.5-6.5,升温,当温度达到30℃后,加入表面微处理的蚕丝,缓慢升温,升温速率设置为0.5℃/min,升温至50℃恒温10-15min,取出,水洗。
步骤5、干燥
将水洗后的混合物放入离心机中,离心机内抽真空至28KPa,以600rpm高速甩干9min,加入200wt%清水浸泡15min后,继续高速甩干10min,此时,离心机内压力调为正压,压力变化曲线为P(MPa)=-0.080(T(min)-5)2+2,然后通过热风穿透烘干,得到本发明的植物功能性天然丝。
1、对实施例1-3所述的制备方法得到的植物功能性天然丝进行检测,检测结果见表1:

本发明制备的植物功能性天然丝,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为93.1-94.1%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达90.5-91.9%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率达94.2-96.0%;洗涤50次后,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达88.4-90.5%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达87.0-88.0%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率达88.5-90.5%。
由以上试验及表格可知:
(1)本发明的植物功能性天然丝,具有良好的物理性能,强度4.51-4.67g/D,断裂伸长率31.55-36.24%,回潮率20.5-22.2%;
(2)本发明的植物功能性天然丝,具有优异的抑菌效果,且洗涤50次后抑菌效果仍符合国家标准:对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为93.1-94.1%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达90.5-91.9%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率达94.2-96.0%;洗涤50次后,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达88.4-90.5%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达87.0-88.0%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率达88.5-90.5%;
另外,本发明的植物功能性天然丝还具有除螨作用,本发明实施例的的植物功能性天然丝洗涤50次后,经驱螨试验,实施例1-3的螨虫驱除率(螨虫均为100只,天然丝底部螨虫只数分别为87、92、90)分别为87%、92%、90%。
除非另有说明,本发明中所采用的百分数均为质量百分数,所述的比例均为质量比例。
本发明同样可以采用艾草、草珊瑚、缬草、甲壳素、海藻等植物任一种或几种的组合对天然丝进行植物功能性改性,本发明的天然丝包括但不限于蚕丝,也可以达到与本发明相同的发明目的,在此不再赘述。
最后应说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种植物功能性天然丝,其特征在于,
所述植物功能性天然丝中含有植物提取物0.1-1.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物功能性天然丝,其特征在于,
所述植物提取物包括但不限于薄荷草、艾草、草珊瑚、薰衣草、缬草、甲壳素、海藻中的一种或者几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物功能性天然丝,其特征在于,
所述植物功能性天然丝,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为93.1-94.1%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达90.5-91.9%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率达94.2-96.0%;洗涤50次后,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达88.4-90.5%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达87.0-88.0%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率达88.5-90.5%。
4.一种植物功能性天然丝的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述植物功能性天然丝的制备方法,包括:处理液的制备、天然丝的微处理、含植物提取物的功能改性剂的制备和植物功能性天然丝的制备。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物功能性天然丝的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述含植物提取物的功能改性剂的制备,将聚四亚甲基醚、乙胺、五氧化二磷和木质素磺酸盐依次投入到戊二醇中,搅拌均匀,再投入植物提取物粉体,温度控制在36-50℃,时间为20-50min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种植物功能性天然丝的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述植物提取物粉体、戊二醇、聚四亚甲基醚、乙胺、五氧化二磷和木质素磺酸盐的质量比为10:10-15:2-4:0.1-1:0.01-0.1:5-10。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物功能性天然丝的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述天然丝的微处理,处理液恒温为30-35℃,微处理1-10min;
所述处理液,包括以下原料:烷基苯磺酸钠、硅酸钠、平平加、椰油基葡糖苷和水。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物功能性天然丝的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述植物功能性天然丝的制备,向含植物提取物的功能改性剂中加入180wt%的水,用浓度为0.2 wt %的冰醋酸调节pH至5.5-6.5,升温到30℃后,加入表面微处理的蚕丝,缓慢升温,升温速率设置为0.2-0.5℃/min,升温至50℃恒温10-15min,取出,水洗。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物功能性天然丝的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述椰油基葡糖苷,游离脂肪醇含量<0.2%,表面张力为28mN/m;
所述硅酸钠,CAS号为1334-09-8,有效成分含量为98%,粒度为100目。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物功能性天然丝的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述处理液,按重量份,包括以下原料:烷基苯磺酸钠50-80份、硅酸钠12-32份、平平加15-25份、椰油基葡糖苷15-25份和水90-160份。
