随着现代人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对包装盒的需求量也在不断增加。商品包装盒在市场营销过程中占据有重要的角色,其用自己特有的形象语言与消费者进行沟通从而影响着消费者,其中,纸制包装盒是包装工业品中用量最大的种类。
纸制包装盒的加工过程中一般需要用到黏结剂,水性聚氨酯胶粘剂具有软硬度可调节、柔韧性好、无毒无污染及机械性能好等优点,能粘接金属、非金属等多种材料,被广泛应用于工艺品等纸制礼盒包装加工中。但是目前水性聚氨酯喷胶存在干燥不够快、耐水解性能不佳等缺陷。

本发明提出的一种工艺品礼盒包装上的水性涂用喷胶,其原料按重量份包括:甲苯二异氰酸酯16-24份、降冰片烷二异氰酸酯7-12份、蓖麻油5-12份、聚醚多元醇55-68份、甲基丙烯酸酯3-7份、一缩二乙二醇3-7份、二羟甲基丙酸0.5-2份、季戊四醇0.5-1.5份、催化剂0.2-0.6份、稳泡剂0.5-2份、防老化剂0.2-1份。
优选地,所述聚醚多元醇由聚丙二醇和聚氧化丙烯三醇按照2-3:2-3的重量比组成;优选地,聚丙二醇的分子量为1000-2000,聚氧化丙烯三醇的分子量为3000-3500。

S2、将蓖麻油、聚醚多元醇加入到反应容器中,然后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、降冰片烷二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯和催化剂,升温反应,然后加入一缩二乙二醇和二羟甲基丙酸,搅拌反应,再加入季戊四醇和丙酮,搅拌反应,降至室温,加入三乙胺中和反应体系;
S3、向S2的反应体系中加入稳泡剂、防老化剂,乳化分散,减压蒸馏除去丙酮,即得水性聚氨酯涂用喷胶。
优选地,S2中,将蓖麻油、聚醚多元醇加入到反应容器中,然后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、降冰片烷二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯和催化剂,升温至70-80℃反应2-3h,然后加入一缩二乙二醇和二羟甲基丙酸,搅拌反应1-2h,再加入季戊四醇和丙酮,搅拌反应30-40min,降至室温。
有益效果:本发明聚氨酯预聚物制备中,多元醇采用蓖麻油、聚醚多元醇配合,赋予材料良好的耐水解性能和柔顺性;并合理配比甲苯二异氰酸酯和降冰片烷二异氰酸酯,提高黏胶的速干性;向制得的聚氨酯预聚物中加入一缩二乙二醇、二羟甲基丙酸扩链,再加入季戊四醇进行交联,并合理控制各成分用量,制得粘度良好的水性聚氨酯胶黏剂材料,与稳泡剂、防老化剂共同作用,制得水性聚氨酯喷胶的黏度适中,且附着力好,能够与几乎所有的纸塑、POE膜、铝塑、铝箔进行粘合,即喷即粘,且耐水性好,可用于工艺品礼包纸质包装粘结,提高包装的档次和价值;且该制备零VOC排放,水性环保、安全可靠,有很好的社会和经济效益。

Claims (7)

1.一种工艺品礼盒包装上的水性涂用喷胶,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:甲苯二异氰酸酯16-24份、降冰片烷二异氰酸酯7-12份、蓖麻油5-12份、聚醚多元醇55-68份、甲基丙烯酸酯3-7份、一缩二乙二醇3-7份、二羟甲基丙酸0.5-2份、季戊四醇0.5-1.5份、催化剂0.2-0.6份、稳泡剂0.5-2份、防老化剂0.2-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工艺品礼盒包装上的水性涂用喷胶,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇由聚丙二醇和聚氧化丙烯三醇按照2-3:2-3的重量比组成;优选地,聚丙二醇的分子量为1000-2000,聚氧化丙烯三醇的分子量为3000-3500。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工艺品礼盒包装上的水性涂用喷胶,其特征在于,所述催化剂为有机锡催化剂;优选地,为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、二乙酸二丁基锡中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工艺品礼盒包装上的水性涂用喷胶,其特征在于,所述稳泡剂为烷基醇酰胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的工艺品礼盒包装上的水性涂用喷胶,其特征在于,所述防老化剂是由抗氧剂1010和紫外吸收剂UV-1229按照3-5:2-3的重量比组成的。
6.一种基于权利要求1-5任一项所述的工艺品礼盒包装上的水性涂用喷胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、对甲苯二异氰酸酯、降冰片烷二异氰酸酯、蓖麻油、聚醚多元醇进行脱水处理;
S2、将蓖麻油、聚醚多元醇加入到反应容器中,然后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、降冰片烷二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯和催化剂,升温反应,然后加入一缩二乙二醇和二羟甲基丙酸,搅拌反应,再加入季戊四醇和丙酮,搅拌反应,降至室温,加入三乙胺中和反应体系;
S3、向S2的反应体系中加入稳泡剂、防老化剂,乳化分散,减压蒸馏除去丙酮,即得水性聚氨酯涂用喷胶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的工艺品礼盒包装上的水性涂用喷胶,其特征在于,S2中,将蓖麻油、聚醚多元醇加入到反应容器中,然后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、降冰片烷二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯和催化剂,升温至70-80℃反应2-3h,然后加入一缩二乙二醇和二羟甲基丙酸,搅拌反应1-2h,再加入季戊四醇和丙酮,搅拌反应30-40min,降至室温。
