本发明物流运输领域，更具体的说是海运集装箱运输夹紧转向平台和使用方法，使用方法为：运输集装箱放置在转向台上，通过调节四个箱角固定器将运输集装箱顶紧固定在转向台上；固定车载台固定在运输车上，通过固定车载台与转向台上手动的啮合进行固定；通过平稳转向驱动器驱动转向台在固定车载台上平稳转动至指定角度，在有限的空间和龙门吊的方位内进行吊装运输；进而实现可以在海关港口的有限吊装空间内，方便集装箱的吊装转向，便于集装箱的运输；通过旋转角度的固定，将集装箱预备吊装的位置进行固定，防止在吊装过程中出现大角度旋转的现象，杜绝安全隐患；方便车载的运输和操作，便于运输使用。
