Abstract

一种显示基板及其制作方法、显示装置。该显示基板,包括:衬底基板,包括像素阵列区和周边区域;第一扫描驱动电路、多条电源线、第一信号线组以及第二信号线组,设置在周边区域内且位于衬底基板的第一侧。第一扫描驱动电路包括多个级联的第一移位寄存器;多条电源线配置为向第一扫描驱动电路包括的多个级联的移位寄存器提供多个电源电压;第一信号线组包括至少一条时序信号线;第二信号线组包括第一触发信号线,配置为向第一级第一移位寄存器提供第一触发信号,第一触发信号线位于多条电源线和像素阵列区之间。该显示基板便于信号线的引入,有利于实现大尺寸显示面板的显示。
