Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域,尤其涉及一种低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
在日常洗涤中,鲜艳的衣物经过多过次洗涤会出现褪色现象,且在洗涤程中,深色衣服与浅色衣服一起洗涤容易发生串色现象,破坏了衣物原有的美观。根据研究报道,造成衣服褪色和串色的原因主要有:(1)染料本身的水洗牢度不够;(2)染色过程中条件控制不当造成牢度不够;(3)织物在染色过程中漂洗不够充分;(4)织物在洗涤过程中洗涤温度过高等。
为了降低衣物的褪色和防止互相串染,多数厂商主要选择以下三种方法:(1)添加具有护色宣称的纤维素酶,通过去除织物表面因为洗涤后产生的毛、球等,恢复织物表面平整,从而恢复或保持彩色织物艳丽的外观。但是纤维素酶在多次洗涤后对织物表面纤维存在损伤,而且无法避免织物褪色、串色问题。(2)将高分子聚合物如PVP(polyvinylpyrrolidone)聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,PVPNO(Poly Vinyl pyridine N-Oxide)N-氧化聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,Poly 4-vinyl pyrrolidone(聚4-乙烯吡略烷酮)等加入至洗涤剂中,能在一定程度上抑制溶液中染料的迁移。但是方式的护色效果很有限,往往需要将用量提高至较高的范围才能具有明显的护色效果,性价比低,造成了资源的极大浪费。
此外,专利CN109456841 A中提出可在液体织物洗涤剂组合物加复配改性聚乙烯亚胺与阳离子聚合物以提高液体织物洗涤剂的防串色性能和防脱色性能。专利CN108048236 A中提出可在液体洗涤剂组合物中加入羧甲基纤维素钠以提升产品的抗再沉积与护色性能。
然而,目前已知的具有护色宣称的洗涤产品主要集中在液体洗涤剂品类,反之关于粉状洗涤剂护色产品却鲜有研究。这主要是由于:(1)粉状洗涤剂呈高碱性,pH值在10.6左右,多数护色剂与高碱性粉状洗涤剂难以稳定复配,会影响最终的洗涤效果。具体表现在洗涤过程中高碱性粉状洗涤容易对织物纤维造成损坏,导致一些护色剂在织物表面过量吸附从而引起织物变色。(2)一些具有护色效果的助剂如羧甲基纤维素钠在应用时存在高纯度要求、适用粘度范围窄、成本高等诸多缺点。
因此,亟需开发一类具有高效护色效果的粉状洗涤剂组合物以解决上述的技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物及其制备方法。一方面,本发明通过降低洗衣粉的碱性以改善其护色效果;另一方面,本发明在低碱性洗衣粉配方基础上引入特殊的护色助剂,该护色助剂可在洗衣粉配方中稳定存在,配伍性好,与低碱性两者相互协同,护色性能明显高于单独的低碱性洗衣粉配方或高碱性洗衣粉配方与护色助剂的组合。在洗涤过程中护色助剂分子可在织物纤维表面与污垢之间充分舒展成膜,避免染料从织物上洗脱下来,从而达到高效保护织物色彩的性能效果。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物,游离碱≤2wt%,包括以下质量百分数的组分:
阴离子表面活性剂0.5~20%;
非离子表面活性剂0.5~10%;
护色助剂0~5%;
聚合物类助剂0.1~10%;
4A沸石0.5~30%;
碱性助剂0~20%;
酶制剂0.1~3%;
其它助剂0.1~10%;
元明粉余量。
当未引入护色助剂时,本发明通过配方优化,降低洗衣粉的碱性以改善其护色效果。并且通过复配或提高表面活性剂、酶制剂、熬合剂以及其他非碱性助剂等来弥补因碱性降低而带来的去污性能下降。
另一方面,本发明在低碱性洗衣粉配方基础上引入特殊的护色助剂,该护色助剂可在洗衣粉配方中稳定存在,配伍性好,与低碱性两者相互协同,护色性能明显高于单独的低碱性洗衣粉配方或高碱性洗衣粉配方与护色助剂的组合。在洗涤过程中护色助剂分子可在织物纤维表面与污垢之间充分舒展成膜,避免染料从织物上洗脱下来,从而达到高效保护织物色彩的性能效果。
作为优选,所述护色助剂为以下化学式中的一种或多种疏水型聚合物:
其中,X为Cl或Br,n为12~20。
本发明通过在洗衣粉组合物中引入特殊的护色助剂,由于遇水洗涤时其亲水端基团逐渐铺展开,而疏水改性后的疏水基团因疏水作用相互缔结在一起,促使多个聚合物分子连接在一起,在织物表面形成复杂、致密的网络状结构,既可阻止内部染料在织物纤维上的脱失,也可阻隔外部染料再次沉积在白色织物表面。加上护色助剂经疏水改性后提高了其网状结构在溶液中的稳定性,两者共同作用最终表现出优异的护色效果。
作为优选,上述护色助剂结构中的x∶y=1∶1.1~1∶3.5。
本发明提及的护色助剂之所以在洗涤过程中对织物具备良好的护色效果,主要得益于以下三个方面:一、具有较强界面吸附趋势的疏水改性聚合物对油污等液滴的稳定性更高,经疏水改性后在油水界面吸附并以电性作用阻隔污渍聚集和沉积。二、在表面活性剂存在的情况下,油水界面张力大幅度降低引起污渍径减小。三、亲水基团在洗涤时能快速舒展成网络状结构吸附在织物表面,阻隔染料脱失和污渍回沉。因此当疏水型聚合物结构中x∶y的比例过高时,会导致疏水改性聚合物护色剂中的疏水基团交联程度不够,影响其在水油界面的吸附。当疏水型聚合物结构中x∶y的比例过低会导致其亲水基团不具备舒展成膜的条件,并且还存在体系粘度过大等风险,不利于产品的生产成型。选择上述最优比之后的疏水型聚合物护色剂在洗涤时既能在织物表面充分舒展成网状结构,也具备良好的稳定性,能为织物洗涤提供高效持久的护色效果。
作为优选,所述阴离子表面活性剂包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸钠、月桂基硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐和α-烯烃磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述非离子表面活性剂包括烷基糖苷、直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、醇与环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述聚合类助剂包括聚丙烯酸盐、聚丙烯酸-马来酸盐和羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述碱性助剂包括正硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、碳酸盐和碳酸氢盐中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述酶制剂包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶和甘露聚糖酶中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述其它助剂包括螯合剂、增白剂、香精、彩色粒子中的一种或多种。
一种低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:在配料容器中加入水,加热至60-75℃,然后加入阴离子表面活性剂、聚合物类助剂、非热敏性的其它助剂、4A沸石和元明粉、护色助剂和选择性添加碱性助剂,边加料边搅拌10-30min,混合制成60~75%固含量的料浆后,经过滤、老化后,进行研磨,将研磨后物料喷雾干燥成空心球,出料后得基粉;
S2:向所得基粉中加入非离子表面活性剂、酶制剂和热敏性的其它助剂,混合均匀待颗粒冷却后包装即得到所述的低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:
(1)本发明通过配方优化,降低洗衣粉的碱性以改善其护色效果。
(2)本发明在低碱性洗衣粉配方基础上引入特殊的护色助剂,该护色助剂可在洗衣粉配方中稳定存在,配伍性好,与低碱性两者相互协同,护色性能明显高于单独的低碱性洗衣粉配方或高碱性洗衣粉配方与护色助剂的组合。

总实施例
一种低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物,游离碱≤2wt%,包括以下质量百分数的组分:
阴离子表面活性剂0.5~20%;

4A沸石0.5~30%;
碱性助剂0~20%;

其中,所述护色助剂为以下化学式中的一种或多种疏水型聚合物:

S2:向所得基粉中加入非离子表面活性剂、酶制剂和热敏性的其它助剂,混合均匀待颗粒冷却后包装即得到所述的低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物。

从表1-2的数据可以看出,降低洗衣粉组合物中的碱度,能够明显提升对彩色织物的护色效果。洗衣粉的碱度越高,导致染料越容易从织物纤维上脱落,最终导致织物褪色,反之,洗衣粉的碱度越低,对织物的护色效果越明显。

从表3~4可看出,在洗衣粉组合物中加入低限含量的护色助剂后,对彩色织物的护色效果提升。护色助剂遇水洗涤时能迅速附着在织物表面铺展成膜,减少染料分子的脱落和再附着在白色织物表面。但实施例6~10护色助剂含量较低,成膜效果还不够明显,因此护色效果未达到最理想程度(但相对于不添加仍有显著进步)。

从上表6可看出,提高洗衣粉组合物中护色助剂的用量后,彩色织物的护色效果明显提升,说明选择合适的用量范围,能够促进护色助剂的成膜效率,从而改善护色效果。

从上表8可看出,当护色助剂的用量达到上限时,彩色织物的护色效果基本持平,这是由于在洗涤时特型护色剂的成膜效率已达到最大化,不再因用量增加而影响彩色织物的护色效果。
实施例21-25

从上表9可以看出,护色助剂①-⑥的护色效果相当,均表现出良好的护色效果,在本发明中可替换使用。
本发明通过在洗衣粉组合物中引入特殊的护色助剂,遇水洗涤时可在织物表面迅速团绕、铺展成膜,既可阻止染料在织物纤维上的脱失,也可阻隔染料再次沉积在白色织物表面,进而起到高效护色的效果。
护色测评方法
分别将色布(活性红、活性黄、活性绿、硫化黑、白布)裁成10cm×10cm大小布片,每种布选取一块作为标样,每种颜色2片,每个缸放置10片,用白度计测出标样及试验样洗前的L,a,b值,白布需测L,a,b值及CIE白度值。配置250ppm(钙镁离子比为3∶2)硬水备用,称取2g上述洗衣粉组合物,洗涤水用量为1L,洗涤温度为30℃,洗涤20min。洗涤后漂洗干燥,累积洗涤5次后,用白度计测试标样及试验布样L,a,b值,白布的CIE白度值,计算各个布样与标样之间的色差变化值,按照式(1-4)计算出色布洗涤前后的总色差ΔE值,以此判断产品的护色效果,ΔE值越小,表明护色效果越好。

3.如权利要求2所述的低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物,其特征在于:所述护色助剂中的x和y的比值为x:y =1:1.1~1:3.5。
4.如权利要求1-3之一所述的低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸钠、月桂基硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐和α -烯烃磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1-3之一所述的低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂包括烷基糖苷、直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、醇与环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1-3之一所述的低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物,其特征在于:所述聚合类助剂包括聚丙烯酸盐、聚丙烯酸-马来酸盐和羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1-3之一所述的低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物,其特征在于:所述碱性助剂包括正硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、碳酸盐和碳酸氢盐中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1-3之一所述的低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物,其特征在于:所述酶制剂包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶和甘露聚糖酶中的一种或多种。
9.如权利要求1-3之一所述的低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物,其特征在于:所述其它助剂包括螯合剂、增白剂、香精、彩色粒子中的一种或多种。
10.一种如权利要求1-9之一所述低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1:在配料容器中加入水,加热至60-75℃,然后加入阴离子表面活性剂、聚合物类助剂、非热敏性的其它助剂、4A沸石和元明粉、护色助剂和选择性添加碱性助剂,边加料边搅拌10-30min,混合制成60~75%固含量的料浆后,经过滤、老化后,进行研磨,将研磨后物料喷雾干燥成空心球,出料后得基粉;
S2:向所得基粉中加入非离子表面活性剂、酶制剂和热敏性的其它助剂,混合均匀待颗粒冷却后包装即得到所述的低碱性护色洗衣粉组合物。
