then adding 10kg of active factors, 0.5kg of preservatives and 1kg of cholesterol, uniformly stirring and discharging, wherein the active factors are formed by mixing 3kg of oat beta-glucan, 0.5kg of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 40.1kg of decapeptide, 0.5kg of glycoprotein, 0.1kg of dendrobium officinale extract, 0.2kg of medlar fruit extract, 0.2kg of aloe extract, 0.3kg of lily extract, 0.5kg of selaginella extract, 0.5kg of lysine, 0.5kg of serine, 0.3kg of tryptophan, 0.3kg of arginine, 0.3kg of aspartic acid and 0.5kg of cysteine; the preservative is formed by mixing 0.5kg of menthone and 0.5kg of 1.2-hexanediol; cholesterol is composed of 0.2kg of cholesterol isostearate, 0.2kg of cholesterol chloride, 0.2kg of cholesterol pelargonate and 0.2kg of silica.
Example 2
A preparation method of essence comprises the following steps:

then adding 20kg of active factors, 1kg of preservatives and 2kg of cholesterol, uniformly stirring and discharging, wherein the active factors are formed by mixing 5kg of oat beta-glucan, 2kg of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 40.8kg of decapeptide, 1kg of glycoprotein, 0.2kg of dendrobium officinale extract, 0.4kg of wolfberry fruit extract, 0.4kg of aloe extract, 0.5kg of lily extract, 0.8kg of selaginella tamariscina extract, 1kg of lysine, 0.5kg of serine, 0.5kg of tryptophan, 0.5kg of arginine, 0.5kg of aspartic acid and 1kg of cysteine; the preservative is formed by mixing 0.8kg of menthone and 1.2kg of 1.2-hexanediol; cholesterol is composed of 0.5kg of cholesterol isostearate, 0.5kg of cholesterol chloride, 0.5kg of cholesterol pelargonate and 0.5kg of silica.

A preparation method of essence comprises the following steps:

then adding 15kg of active factors, 0.8kg of preservatives and 1.5kg of cholesterol, uniformly stirring and discharging, wherein the active factors are formed by mixing 4kg of oat beta-glucan, 1.2kg of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 40.5kg of decapeptide, 0.8kg of glycoprotein, 0.15kg of dendrobium officinale extract, 0.3kg of medlar extract, 0.3kg of aloe extract, 0.4kg of lily extract, 0.65kg of selaginella tamariscina extract, 0.75kg of lysine, 0.75kg of serine, 0.4kg of tryptophan, 0.4kg of arginine, 0.4kg of aspartic acid and 0.75kg of cysteine; the preservative is formed by mixing 0.65kg of menthone and 0.85kg of 1.2-hexanediol; cholesterol is composed of 0.35kg of cholesterol isostearate, 0.35kg of cholesterol chloride, 0.35kg of cholesterol pelargonate and 0.35kg of silica.
