The moisturizing and repairing composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14 parts of grease, 3.5 parts of thyme extracting solution, 6 parts of fine geranium extracting solution, 3.5 parts of bee pollen extracting solution, 12 parts of emulsifying agent, 2.8 parts of hyaluronic acid, 3.7 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 1.5 parts of polyglutamic acid, 1.5 parts of xanthan gum and 55 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the thyme extracting solution comprises the following steps: pulverizing thyme, adding water according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:20, mixing, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain thyme mixed solution, performing reflux extraction for 2 times, and filtering to obtain filtrate, namely a target product; the preparation method of the geranium wilfordii extractive solution comprises the following steps: pulverizing the fine geranium wilfordii, adding water according to the material-liquid ratio of 3:20, mixing, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a fine geranium wilfordii mixed solution, performing reflux extraction on the fine geranium wilfordii mixed solution for 2 times, and filtering to obtain a filtrate, namely a target product; the preparation method of the bee pollen extracting solution comprises the following steps: pulverizing bee pollen, mixing with water at a ratio of 1:15, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain bee pollen mixed solution, reflux-extracting the bee pollen mixed solution for 3 times, and filtering to obtain filtrate as target product.

(2) putting hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate, polyglutamic acid and deionized water into a second electric heating stirrer, stirring for 22min at a rotating speed of 1600r/min, and keeping the stirring temperature at 55 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) adding the mixed solution A into a second electric heating stirrer, mixing with the mixed solution B, adding thyme extractive solution, herba Erodii seu Geranii extractive solution, bee pollen extractive solution and xanthan gum into the second electric heating stirrer at 2900r/min, and stirring for 45min to obtain the target product.
Result detection
1. The test method comprises the following steps: human keratinocytes are cultured in a gas-liquid medium on a collagen matrix to form an in vitro reconstructed human epidermal model. The moisturizing repair compositions obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example were applied to the surface of an artificial skin model, and the results were observed after 15min, and the relative moisturizing rate was measured using a skin barrier capacity test method. Specific detection results are shown in table 1.

2. The test method comprises the following steps: in the test, an equal amount of the moisturizing repair composition prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example was uniformly applied to a glass slide with a medical tape, and after scanning a base line, the average value of the ultraviolet absorption of each test sample in different bands of ultraviolet rays was scanned. Specific detection results are shown in table 1.

The comparative example is based on the example and reduces the absorbent and titanium dioxide.
As can be seen from table 1, the moisturizing repair composition in the embodiment of the invention has high relative moisturizing rate and good water-locking and moisturizing effects, and the relative moisturizing rate in the comparative example is not much different from that in the embodiment;
as can be seen from table 2, the ultraviolet absorption values (UVA, UVB, and UVC) in the examples of the present invention are all higher than those in the comparative examples, which indicates that the addition of the absorbent and titanium dioxide in the present invention certainly improves the ultraviolet shielding effect of the moisturizing repair composition, and the three cooperate with each other to better shield ultraviolet.

Claims (10)

1. The moisturizing and repairing composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-15 parts of grease, 3-4 parts of thyme extracting solution, 5-7 parts of geranium wilfordii extracting solution, 3-4 parts of bee pollen extracting solution, 10-12 parts of emulsifying agent, 2-3 parts of absorbent, 2-3 parts of hyaluronic acid, 3-4 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 5-8 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-2 parts of polyglutamic acid, 1-3 parts of xanthan gum and 50-60 parts of deionized water.

The moisturizing and repairing composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisturizing and repairing composition comprises 13-15 parts of grease, 3.2-3.8 parts of thyme extract, 5.5-6.5 parts of geranium wilfordii extract, 3.4-3.6 parts of bee pollen extract, 11-12 parts of emulsifier, 2-2.8 parts of absorbent, 2.5-3 parts of hyaluronic acid, 3.5-4 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 6-8 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-1.8 parts of polyglutamic acid, 1-2 parts of xanthan gum and 52-58 parts of deionized water.

The moisturizing and repairing composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the oil is 14 parts, the thyme extract is 3.5 parts, the geranium wilfordii extract is 6 parts, the bee pollen extract is 3.5 parts, the emulsifier is 12 parts, the absorbent is 2.5 parts, the hyaluronic acid is 2.8 parts, the sodium hyaluronate is 3.7 parts, the titanium dioxide is 7 parts, the polyglutamic acid is 1.5 parts, the xanthan gum is 1.5 parts, and the deionized water is 55 parts.

The moisturizing and healing composition according to claim 1, wherein the thyme extract is prepared by a method comprising: pulverizing thyme, mixing with water according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:20, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain thyme mixed solution, extracting the thyme mixed solution under reflux for 2 times, and filtering to obtain filtrate, namely a target product; the preparation method of the geranium wilfordii extractive solution comprises the following steps: pulverizing the fine geranium wilfordii, adding water according to the material-liquid ratio of 3:20, mixing, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a fine geranium wilfordii mixed solution, performing reflux extraction on the fine geranium wilfordii mixed solution for 2 times, and filtering to obtain a filtrate, namely a target product; the preparation method of the bee pollen extracting solution comprises the following steps: pulverizing bee pollen, mixing with water at a ratio of 1:15, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain bee pollen mixed solution, reflux-extracting the bee pollen mixed solution for 3 times, and filtering to obtain filtrate as target product.
5. The moisturizing repair composition of claim 1, wherein the grease comprises pentaerythritol tetraester, hydrogenated polydecene, and cyclopentadimethicone, the pentaerythritol tetraester, the hydrogenated polydecene, and the cyclopentadimethicone being mixed in a mass ratio of 1:1: 1.
6. The moisturizing repair composition of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier comprises polysorbate and glyceryl stearate, and the polysorbate and the glyceryl stearate are mixed in a mass ratio of 2: 1.
7. The moisturizing repair composition of claim 1, wherein the absorbent comprises ethoxyethyl p-methoxycinnamate and oxybenzone, and the ethoxyethyl p-methoxycinnamate and oxybenzone are mixed in a mass ratio of 1: 2.
8. The moisturizing repair composition of claim 1, wherein the titanium dioxide is rutile titanium dioxide and the titanium dioxide has a particle size of 40-50 nm.
9. A method of preparing a moisturizing repair composition according to any one of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
(1) the grease and the emulsifier are put into a first electric heating stirrer to be stirred for 15-20min at the rotating speed of 1200-1500r/min, and the stirring temperature is kept at 60-70 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) placing the absorbent, hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate, titanium dioxide, polyglutamic acid and deionized water into a second electric heating stirrer, stirring for 20-25min at the rotating speed of 1500-1800r/min, and keeping the stirring temperature at 50-60 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) adding the mixed solution A into a second electric-heating stirrer, mixing with the mixed solution B, adding herba Thymi extract, herba Erodii seu Geranii extract, bee pollen extract and xanthan gum into the second electric-heating stirrer, and stirring for 40-50min to obtain the target product.
10. The method for preparing a moisturizing repair composition according to claim 9, wherein the stirring speed in step (3) is 2500-.
