一种谷物辅食营养米粉,所述谷物辅食营养米粉的配方如下:以份量计包括以下成分:大米粉60份、葡萄糖5份、全脂乳粉8份、乳清蛋白粉8份、水苏糖3份、低聚半乳糖4份、N-乙酰神经氨酸0.05份、提取物6份、复配维生素0.05份,复配矿物质1.1份。
所述提取物为茯苓、枸杞、淮山、鸡内金、桑椹、银耳、莲子、扁豆、麦芽中的提取物。所述大米粉的粒径小于10-25μm。所述复合维生素由以下成分构成:维生素A 3份、维生素D3份、维生素B 3份。所述复合矿物质为碳酸钙、氧化锌、焦磷酸铁。
具体的工艺步骤为:
(1)将其茯苓、枸杞、淮山、鸡内金、桑椹、银耳、莲子、扁豆、麦芽中的提取物加入到米浆中;
(2)将溶液进行自动定向混合,混合时间为8分钟,制得混合液;
(3)向混合液中加入葡萄糖5份、全脂乳粉8份、乳清蛋白粉8份、水苏糖3份、低聚半乳糖4份、N-乙酰神经氨酸0.05份、提取物6份、复配维生素0.05份,复配矿物质1.1份并进行混合;
(4)所有料液混合均匀后放入滚筒干燥机中制成营养米粉。

1.一种谷物辅食营养米粉,其特征在于:所述谷物辅食营养米粉的配方如下:以份量计包括以下成分:大米粉60-70份、葡萄糖5-9份、全脂乳粉8-12份、乳清蛋白粉8-12份、水苏糖3-7份、低聚半乳糖4-8份、N-乙酰神经氨酸0.05-0.1份、提取物6-8份、复合维生素3-5份、碳酸钙4-6份、氧化锌4-6份、焦磷酸铁6-8份、复配维生素0.05~0.07份,复配矿物质1.1~1.5份。
