技术领域
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,具体为一种高密封性能的轴承密封件。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,针对工作场合不同,密封性能的要求也越来越特殊。如汽车行业,其对于轴承的密封性能要求较高,且在高温高压的内部环境下需求防止发生″崩盖″现象,现有的普通结构密封件,密封性能往往不尽人意,使得在轴承高速运转或受到外界轴径向载荷冲击时,密封件会从轴承上脱落下来,导致轴承密封失效,而外界杂质则会进入轴承内部影响轴承运转,使得轴承的工作效率和使用寿命大幅度缩减。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种高密封性能的轴承密封件,为解决现有技术中轴承密封件密封性能较差且容易从轴承上脱落下来的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种高密封性能的轴承密封件,包括轴承外圈和轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈内周壁两端均凹陷有环形卡槽,所述环形卡槽开口处朝向轴承内圈外周壁设置,所述环形卡槽与轴承内圈外周壁之间设置有骨架,所述骨架一端朝向环形卡槽方向设置有涨紧环,另一端向轴承内圈外周壁方向延伸有用于抵扣在轴承内圈外周壁上的密封唇组件,所述涨紧环与环形卡槽涨紧配合设置,所述环形卡槽内周壁上环向开设有第一限位槽,所述第一限位槽内周壁上环向开设有第二限位槽,所述第一限位槽与第二限位槽组合的截面呈“L”型设置,所述涨紧环内周壁向第一限位槽方向凸起有限位环,所述限位环与第一限位槽插接配合设置,所述限位环内周壁与第一限位槽内周壁贴合设置。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:操作人员在安装轴承时,将涨紧环带有限位环的部分插入第一限位槽中,此时涨紧环部分已塞入环形卡槽中,之后操作人员调整密封唇组件在轴承内圈外周壁上的位置,使得密封唇组件抵扣在轴承内圈上,然后操作人员通过外部敲击装置敲击骨架,使得涨紧环与环形卡槽涨紧配合;上述技术中涨紧环与环形卡槽涨紧配合的设置,提高了骨架与轴承外圈之间的连接强度,确保在轴承高速运转或受到外界高额载荷力时,涨紧环不会轻易脱离环形卡槽,而上述技术中限位环与第一限位槽插接配合的设置,进一步的增强了涨紧环与环形卡槽之间的连接强度,确保骨架不会从外圈上脱落,且限位环内周壁与第一限位槽内周壁贴合设置,使得涨紧环与外圈之间不会存有供外界杂质进入的间隙,进一步的提高了轴承的密封性能;上述技术中涨紧环、骨架、密封唇组件三者的设置提高了轴承的密封性能,进一步的确保外界杂质不会进入轴承内部。
本发明进一步设置:所述限位环由记忆合金材质制成,所述限位环在第一温度范围下具备第一形态,所述限位环第一形态为限位环内周壁与第一限位槽内周壁贴合设置,所述限位环在第二温度范围下具备第二形态,所述限位环第二形态为限位环外周壁与第二限位槽内周壁贴合设置。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:限位环由形状记忆合金材质制成,具体可以为镍钛记忆合金,该记忆合金在不同温度范围下具备不同形态,其可变相温度范围为30度至45度,温度范围在30度以下为第一温度范围,而变相温度范围为第二温度范围,在轴承运转时,其内部温度可达到30度以上,此时限位环开始变形,其在第一限位槽内逐渐弯折,其弯折端逐渐插入第二限位槽内,此时限位环外周壁与第二限位槽内周壁贴合设置,当轴承停止运转时,轴承内部温度逐渐低于30度,此时限位环开始形变并恢复初始状态,此时限位环弯折端逐渐退出第二限位槽并且其逐渐恢复初始状态,当限位环恢复初始状态时,其内周壁与第一限位槽内周壁贴合;上述技术的设置提高了涨紧环与环形卡槽之间的连接强度,当轴承高速运转且受到高额径向载荷时,因为限位环内周壁与第一限位槽内周壁贴合设置,使得涨紧环不会脱离环形卡槽,当轴承受到高额轴向载荷时,因为限位环弯折端已经弯进第二限位槽,此时限位环弯折端外周壁与第二限位槽紧密贴合,使得涨紧环依旧不会脱离环形卡槽,上述技术的设置确保在轴承承受轴径向载荷时涨紧环也不会脱离环形卡槽,提高了轴承的密封性能,进一步的确保外界杂质不会进入到轴承内部;而上述技术中轴承停止运转后,限位环恢复初始状态的设置,使得操作人员后续对轴承内部油脂进行补充时,方便操作人员拆卸涨紧环,进一步的提高了拆装效率。
本发明进一步设置:所述密封唇组件包括第一密封唇和第二密封唇,所述第一密封唇从骨架上延伸出来并抵扣在轴承内圈上,所述第一密封唇端面与轴承内圈外周壁涨紧配合设置,所述第二密封唇从第一密封唇外周壁上延伸出来并抵扣在轴承内圈上,所述第二密封唇端面与轴承内圈外周壁涨紧配合设置。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:第一密封唇和第二密封唇分别与轴承内圈外周壁涨紧配合,使得轴承的密封性能大幅度提升,进一步的确保骨架不会从轴承上脱落,避免外界杂质进入轴承内部影响轴承转速。
本发明进一步设置:所述第一密封唇与第二密封唇组合截面呈树枝分叉状。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:第一密封唇与第二密封唇组合截面呈树枝分叉状,使得轴承在承受左侧轴向载荷或右侧轴向载荷时,第一密封唇和第二密封唇不会同时被单向轴向载荷力所影响,确保第一密封唇和第二密封唇不会同时失效导致轴承丧失密封性,进一步的提高轴承的密封性能。
本发明进一步设置:所述骨架外周壁朝轴承内圈外周壁方向延伸有第三密封唇,所述第三密封唇抵扣在轴承内圈外周壁上且其与第二密封唇互相平行,所述第三密封唇端面与轴承内圈外周壁涨紧配合设置。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:第三密封唇的设置进一步的提高了轴承的密封性能,假如第一密封唇和第二密封唇失效,第三密封唇依旧能抵扣在轴承内圈外周壁上,进一步的提高了轴承的密封性能。
本发明进一步设置:所述第三密封唇与第二密封唇之间形成有间隙,所述轴承内圈外周壁上朝该间隙方向延伸有挡环,所述挡环外周壁与第三密封唇内周壁间隙配合设置,所述挡环内周壁与第二密封唇外周壁间隙配合设置。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:第三密封唇与第二密封唇之间形成有间隙,而挡环刚好插设在该间隙中,使得当骨架受到轴向载荷冲击时其会带动第二密封唇和第一密封唇在轴承内圈外周壁上缓慢位移,而挡环的设置能够限制第二密封唇的位移,使得第二密封唇不能脱离轴承内圈外周壁,挡环的设置确保骨架不会脱离轴承,进一步的确保轴承密封不会失效。

操作人员在安装轴承时,将涨紧环31带有限位环32的部分插入第一限位槽111中,此时涨紧环31部分已塞入环形卡槽11中,之后操作人员调整密封唇组件在轴承内圈2外周壁上的位置,使得密封唇组件抵扣在轴承内圈2上,然后操作人员通过外部敲击装置敲击骨架3,使得涨紧环31与环形卡槽11涨紧配合。
