Abstract

本发明涉及一种UV连续涂装生产线,包括开卷机和收卷机,从开卷机到收卷机之间依次设有:清洗单元,涂布单元,彩印单元。清洗单元包括脱脂机、清洗机和烘干机;涂布单元包括辊涂机和固化机;彩印单元包括彩印机和检测机;在所述涂布单元和彩印单元之间还另设剪装单元,所述剪装单元包括剪切机、传送机和码垛机;所述剪装单元运行时,彩印单元和收卷机停止运行,所述彩印单元和收卷机运行时,剪装单元停止运行。通过本发明可以可实现整条生产线连续卷板生产与连续剪切生产之间的切换,减少设备占地面积,减少操作人员劳动,设备连续性工作强。并且本发明可以实现钢板涂装预留边,涂装均匀,生产效率高,质量可靠。

一种UV连续涂装生产线
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢板连续涂装生产线,具体涉及一种UV连续涂装生产线。
背景技术
钢板是建筑工程和机件加工中常用材料,其具有多种优异的性能,适用不同环境条件,因此在不同的领域具有广泛的应用。
随着中国经济的不断发展,对钢板的需求日益增加。传统钢板生产线分为连续剪切生产线和连续卷板生产线,并且两种生产线单独运行。对于需要同时满足连续剪切和卷板功能的生产线,则需要在原有的基础上增设另外一条生产线,机增加设备投入有占空间,并且在生产时会对钢板造成一定的损伤,不利于连续高效率作业。目前市场上对表面带有彩印的钢板需求越来越多,传统生产线并不能实现对钢板进行彩印,也无法对彩印效果进行检测和调整。
发明内容
发明目的:提供一种UV连续涂装生产线,以解决现有技术存在的上述问题。
技术方案:一种UV连续涂装生产线,包括开卷机和收卷机,从所述开卷机到收卷机之间依次设有清洗单元,涂布单元和彩印单元。清洗单元包括脱脂机、清洗机和烘干机;涂布单元包括辊涂机和固化机;彩印单元包括彩印机和检测机。在所述涂布单元和彩印单元之间还另设剪装单元,所述剪装单元包括剪切机、传送机和码垛机;当所述剪装单元运行时,彩印单元和收卷机停止运行,所述彩印单元和收卷机运行时,剪装单元停止运行。
在进一步的实施例中,所述脱脂机包括洗液槽,定位辊和辊刷,所述洗液槽为倒置等腰梯结构,所述定位辊等距分布在洗液槽的斜面上,所述辊刷等距分布在洗液槽的底面,所述洗液槽外部固定连接有用于控制辊刷转动的驱动电机;所述清洗机包括收液槽和喷淋管,所述喷淋管上下镜像固定在收液槽上;所述烘干机包括支架和电热鼓风机,所述电热鼓风机上下镜像固定在支架上。
在进一步的实施例中,所述涂布单元设有3组辊涂机和固化机且等距分布,所述辊涂机为三辊涂布机,所述辊涂机上设有喷墨装置和喷墨控制单元;所述固化机包括UV光源和机架,所述UV光源上下镜像固定在机架上。
在进一步的实施例中,在清洗单元之前和在清洗单元与涂布单元之间设有多组校平机。
在进一步的实施例中,所述连续涂装生产线设有与生产线同步运行的控制系统,所述控制系统包括速度检测器和PLC控制器。所述速度检测器用于检测连续涂装生产线的整线速度,所述PLC控制器可控制开卷机和收卷机的转动速度。
在进一步的实施例中,所述PLC控制器与检测机相连,所述检测机用于检测彩印后的色差与基材并通过PLC控制器记录和标识。
有益效果:本发明涉及一种UV连续涂装生产线,通过在涂布单元和彩印单元之间另设剪装单元,可实现整条生产线既能满足连续卷板生产又能满足连续剪切生产,可通过整条生产线实现连续卷板和连续剪切之间的转换,减少了生产线空间的占用,提高生产效率。通过清洗单元的设置可有效清除钢板上下表面的油污以及除锈。通过涂布单元可以对钢板表面分别进行初涂、中涂、面涂和固化,进而达到保护钢板表面。辊涂机为三辊涂布机可以有效控制涂布的厚度,提高涂布质量。所述辊涂机上设有喷墨装置和喷墨控制单元,可以控制间断涂布或连续涂布,当涂装生产线连续卷板工作时,喷墨控制单元控制喷墨装置连续喷墨,从而实现钢板表面连续均匀涂布涂料。当涂装生产线连续剪切工作时,喷墨控制单元控制喷墨装置间断喷墨,从而实现钢板留有部分未图涂料,从而达到留边目的,当剪切钢板时,剪切留边部分。在清洗单元之前和在清洗单元与涂布单元之间设有多组校平机。可以保证增加三套矫平机构,以保证卷板在脱脂、清洗、涂装、固化、彩印过程中板面平直,并可在钢带失张情况下提供张力。通过PLC控制器与检测机相连接可实现对产品质量色差、基材等进行全面检测,对达不到要求或因基材问题导致产品质量问题可进行时时检测,并对该产品进行标记、记录、储存视频信息。通过PLC控制器可控制开卷机和收卷机的转动速度,可以实现涂装生产线整线速度可调,通过调节整线速度提高清洗、涂布和彩印等阶段的质量。

如图1所示,本发明公开了一种UV连续涂装生产线,包括包括开卷机1和收卷机2,在开卷机1和收卷机2之间依次设有脱脂机31、清洗机32、干燥机33、辊涂机41、固化机42、彩印机61、检测机62。
为了使连续涂装生产线带有剪切工艺,并且可以在连续卷装生产和连续剪切生产之间转换,在固化机42和彩印机61之间设有剪装单元,剪装单元包括剪切机51、传送机52和码垛机53;当剪装单元运行时,彩印机61、检测机62和收卷机2停止运行,当彩印机61、检测机62和收卷机2停止运行时,剪装单元停止运行。
为了更好的对钢板进行脱脂、清洗和烘干,脱脂机31包括洗液槽313,定位辊311和辊刷312,洗液槽313为倒置等腰梯结构,定位辊311等距分布在洗液槽313的斜面上,辊刷312等距分布在洗液槽313的底面,洗液槽313外部固定连接有用于控制辊刷312转动的驱动电机。清洗机32包括收液槽322和喷淋管321,喷淋管321上下镜像固定在收液槽322上,钢板从上下两个喷淋管321之间通过,从而对钢板上下表面进行喷淋清洗。烘干机33包括支架332和电热鼓风机331,电热鼓风机331上下镜像固定在支架332上,钢板从上下两个电热鼓风机331之间通过,从而对钢板上下表面进行烘干。
为了更好的对钢板表面进行涂布,辊涂机41和固化机42依次设置3组并且等距分布,从开卷机1到收卷机2之间依次实现对钢板表面的初涂、固化、中涂、固化、面涂,固化。辊涂机41为三辊涂布机,固化机42上设有UV光源421和机架422,UV光源421上下镜像固定在机架422上,钢板从上下两个UV光源421之间通过,从而使钢板上下表面的涂料能够快速固化。
为了保证涂装生产线在运行工作时钢板表面平整,连续涂装生产线设有校平机构,校平机构包括第一校平机71,第二校平机72和张力机73,在开卷机1和脱脂机31之间与干燥机33和辊涂机41之间分别设置第一校平机71和第二校平机72,在收卷机2和检测机62之间设有张力机73。从而保证在清洗,涂布和收卷时钢板表面平整。
当运行钢板剪装单元时,为了使钢板留边,在辊涂机41上设有喷墨装置411和喷墨控制单元,喷墨单元控制喷墨装置411间断性喷墨,从而使钢板存在部分小段未涂有涂料,从而实现钢板留边效果,钢板经过剪切机51时,剪切机51在钢板留边处进行剪切。
为了更好的对钢板进行涂装表面,连续涂装生产线设有与生产线同步运行的控制系统,控制系统包括速度检测器和PLC控制器。速度检测器用于检测连续涂装生产线的整线速度,PLC控制器可控制开卷机1和收卷机2的转动速度,从而控制涂装生产线整线的速度,通过控制整线的速度,可以有效提高钢板表面清洗,涂布,彩印的效果。PLC控制器与检测机62相连,检测机62用于检测彩印后的色差与基材并通过PLC控制器记录和标识从而有效提高钢板表面的彩印效果。
UV连续涂装生产线具体工作如下:当需要对钢板卷装时,开卷机1和收卷机2运行,钢板从开卷机1卷出,依次经过,第一校平机71,脱脂机31、清洗机32、干燥机33、第二校平机72、3组辊涂机41和固化机42、彩印机61、检测机62和张力机73。辊涂机41上的喷墨单元控制喷墨装置411连续喷墨从而使得钢板表面涂料均匀。
当需要对钢板进行裁剪时,开卷机1运行,钢板从开卷机1卷出,依次经过,第一校平机71,脱脂机31、清洗机32、干燥机33、第二校平机72、3组辊涂机41和固化机42、剪切机51、传送机52、码垛机53。此时彩印机61、检测机62、张力机73停止运行。辊涂机41上的喷墨单元控制喷墨装置411间断性喷墨从而实现钢板留边,当留边处经过剪切机51时,剪切机51在留边处进行剪切。

1.一种UV连续涂装生产线,包括开卷机和收卷机,从所述开卷机到收卷机之间依次设有:
清洗单元,包括脱脂机、清洗机和烘干机;
涂布单元,包括辊涂机和固化机;
彩印单元,包括彩印机和检测机;
其特征在于:在所述涂布单元和彩印单元之间还另设剪装单元,所述剪装单元包括剪切机、传送机和码垛机;
所述剪装单元运行时,彩印单元和收卷机停止运行,所述彩印单元和收卷机运行时,剪装单元停止运行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV连续涂装生产线,其特征在于:
所述脱脂机包括洗液槽,定位辊和辊刷,所述洗液槽为倒置等腰梯结构,所述定位辊等距分布在洗液槽的斜面上,所述辊刷等距分布在洗液槽的底面上;
所述清洗机包括收液槽和喷淋管,所述喷淋管上下镜像固定在收液槽上;
所述烘干机包括支架和电热鼓风机,所述电热鼓风机上下镜像固定在支架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV连续涂装生产线,其特征在于:
所述涂布单元设有3组辊涂机和固化机且等距分布,所述辊涂机为三辊涂布机,所述辊涂机上设有喷墨装置和喷墨控制单元;
所述固化机包括UV光源和机架,所述UV光源上下镜像固定在机架上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV连续涂装生产线,其特征在于:所述连续涂装生产线设有校平机构,所述校平机构包括校平机和张力机,在所述清洗单元之前和在清洗单元与涂布单元之间设有多台校平机,在所述收卷机前端设有张力机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV连续涂装生产线,其特征在于:所述连续涂装生产线设有与生产线同步运行的控制系统,所述控制系统包括速度检测器和PLC控制器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种UV连续涂装生产线,其特征在于:所述速度检测器用于检测连续涂装生产线的整线速度,所述PLC控制器可控制开卷机和收卷机的转动速度。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种UV连续涂装生产线,其特征在于:所述PLC控制器与检测机相连,所述检测机用于检测彩印后的色差与基材并通过PLC控制器记录和标识。
