Abstract
一种有机发光二极管显示基板及其制作方法和显示装置。在该有机发光二极管显示基板(100)中,阳极图案(110)位于绝缘层(150)远离衬底基板(140)的一侧,且位于有效显示区(101);有机发光层(160)位于阳极图案(110)上,周边区(102)包括至少部分重叠的引线区(103)和虚设区(104),引线(120)位于引线区(103),虚设区(104)设置有虚设阳极图案(130),虚设阳极图案(130)与引线(120)相互绝缘设置,周边区(102)还包括环绕有效显示区(101)设置的环状电极(180),阴极(170)与环状电极(180)电性相连,虚设区(104)位于环状电极(180)远离有效显示区(101)的外侧。由此,该有机发光二极管显示基板的工艺膜厚、和尺寸的均一性较容易管控。
