背景技术
市场上的果冻琳琅满目,各种各样,但是含有金银花、苣荬菜花、菊花、百合花、槐花、党参、麦冬、蜂蜜、绿豆且具有清热解毒、消炎、祛暑功效的果冻还不多见。
发明内容
为了克服如上所述的问题,本发明提供一种鲜花果冻,以弥补其不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种鲜花果冻,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:金银花3份、苣荬菜花3份、菊花3份、百合花3份、槐花3份、党参4份、麦冬4份、蜂蜜3份、绿豆15份、白砂糖18份、食用明胶5份。其生产步骤如下:(1)用凉水浸泡食用明胶,浸泡时间为10-15分钟,然后用100℃的热水浸泡,使得食用明胶完全融化,搅拌均匀,得到融化食用明胶,放置室内阴凉处,备用;(2)将蜂蜜、白砂糖用100℃的热水溶解,得到糖水,备用;(3)将金银花、苣荬菜花、菊花、百合花、槐花粉碎,过200目筛,得到中药粉末,备用;(4)将党参、麦冬、绿豆分别清洗、干燥,得到干净党参、干净麦冬、干净绿豆,然后将干净党参、干净麦冬切成厚度为3-5mm的薄片,得到党参薄片、麦冬薄片;在干净绿豆、党参薄片、麦冬薄片中加水,放入70-80℃水浴锅中低速搅拌加热2个小时,过滤后收集中药滤液一和中药滤渣一,向中药滤渣一继续加水,放入75-80℃水浴锅中低速搅拌加热1个小时,过滤后收集中药滤液二和中药滤渣二,所述低速搅拌的搅拌速度为20-30rpm;将中药滤液一与中药滤液二混合均匀,得到中药滤液;将中药滤液,减压浓缩、冷冻干燥得到中药粗多糖,备用;(5)将中药粉末和中药粗多糖搅拌均匀后同时倒入糖水和融化食用明胶,同一个方向搅拌10-20分钟,在低温-20--25℃中保存10-15分钟,即得一种鲜花果冻。
上述原料的功效与作用是:金银花:清热解毒;苣荬菜花:可治疗急性传染性黄疸型肝炎;菊花:清热祛风,明目解毒;百合花:养阴清热,清心除烦,养颜美容;槐花:保护血管,治疗便血,降血脂;党参:补中益气;麦冬:润肺清心,养胃生津;蜂蜜:补中润燥,解毒止痛;绿豆:清热解毒,消暑止渴。
本发明的有益效果是:配方科学、合理、新颖。营养价值高,味道清香甘甜,具有清热解毒、消炎、祛暑的功效。

一种鲜花果冻,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:金银花3千克、苣荬菜花3千克、菊花3千克、百合花3千克、槐花3千克、党参4千克、麦冬4千克、蜂蜜3千克、绿豆15千克、白砂糖18千克、食用明胶5千克。其生产步骤如下:用凉水浸泡食用明胶,浸泡时间为10分钟,然后用100℃的热水浸泡,使得食用明胶完全融化,搅拌均匀,得到融化食用明胶,放置室内阴凉处,备用;将蜂蜜、白砂糖用100℃的热水溶解,得到糖水,备用;将金银花、苣荬菜花、菊花、百合花、槐花粉碎,过200目筛,得到中药粉末,备用;将党参、麦冬、绿豆分别清洗、干燥,得到干净党参、干净麦冬、干净绿豆,然后将干净党参、干净麦冬切成厚度为3mm的薄片,得到党参薄片、麦冬薄片;在干净绿豆、党参薄片、麦冬薄片中加水,放入80℃水浴锅中低速搅拌加热2个小时,过滤后收集中药滤液一和中药滤渣一,向中药滤渣一继续加水,放入75℃水浴锅中低速搅拌加热1个小时,过滤后收集中药滤液二和中药滤渣二,所述低速搅拌的搅拌速度为20rpm;将中药滤液一与中药滤液二混合均匀,得到中药滤液;将中药滤液,减压浓缩、冷冻干燥得到中药粗多糖,备用;将中药粉末和中药粗多糖搅拌均匀后同时倒入糖水和融化食用明胶,同一个方向搅拌10分钟,在低温-25℃中保存10分钟,即得一种鲜花果冻。

1.一种鲜花果冻,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:金银花3份、苣荬菜花3份、菊花3份、百合花3份、槐花3份、党参4份、麦冬4份、蜂蜜3份、绿豆15份、白砂糖18份、食用明胶5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲜花果冻,其特征在于,生产步骤如下:(1)用凉水浸泡食用明胶,浸泡时间为10-15分钟,然后用100℃的热水浸泡,使得食用明胶完全融化,搅拌均匀,得到融化食用明胶,放置室内阴凉处,备用;(2)将蜂蜜、白砂糖用100℃的热水溶解,得到糖水,备用;(3)将金银花、苣荬菜花、菊花、百合花、槐花粉碎,过200目筛,得到中药粉末,备用;(4)将党参、麦冬、绿豆分别清洗、干燥,得到干净党参、干净麦冬、干净绿豆,然后将干净党参、干净麦冬切成厚度为3-5mm的薄片,得到党参薄片、麦冬薄片;在干净绿豆、党参薄片、麦冬薄片中加水,放入70-80℃水浴锅中低速搅拌加热2个小时,过滤后收集中药滤液一和中药滤渣一,向中药滤渣一继续加水,放入75-80℃水浴锅中低速搅拌加热1个小时,过滤后收集中药滤液二和中药滤渣二,所述低速搅拌的搅拌速度为20-30rpm;将中药滤液一与中药滤液二混合均匀,得到中药滤液;将中药滤液,减压浓缩、冷冻干燥得到中药粗多糖,备用;(5)将中药粉末和中药粗多糖搅拌均匀后同时倒入糖水和融化食用明胶,同一个方向搅拌10-20分钟,在低温-20--25℃中保存10-15分钟,即得一种鲜花果冻。
