The insect-attracting compositions prepared in examples 1-3 were used to perform experiments for attracting and killing diaphorina citri, fruit flies, whiteflies, thrips and aphids in citrus orchards. In the experiment, yellow plastic plates or green plastic plates are coated with the insect trapping composition prepared in the embodiment 1-3, the insect trapping composition is hung in an orchard for trapping and killing experiments, and the yellow and green plastic plates are used as control experiments.
Experiment time: year 2020, 5, 8. The investigation was conducted on days 5/9 in 2020 and on days 5/10 in 2020, as shown in tables 1 and 2.
