Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及车用减振装置。
背景技术
已知的车用减振装置是通过使液体经由孔道在多个液室之间流动来进行减振的(例如,JP2004-324823A)。关于这种减振装置,已知的是,当发生所谓的液柱共振时,减振特性随着液体的平均流速的增加而提高。
为了增强减振装置的减振效果,希望使孔道尽可能长。对于孔道是弯曲的情况来说,与孔道笔直延伸的情况相比,可以使孔道更长。然而,如果孔道是弯曲的,那么会将离心力施加至流过孔道的液体。因而,不仅在孔道中产生了液体朝着孔道的轴向方向的主流动,而且产生了液体朝着孔道的径向方向向外的次流动。如果液体的流动受到所述次流动的干扰,那么液体的平均流速会降低。因此,当发生液柱共振时,可能无法充分表现出减振装置的减振特性。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的这种问题,本发明的主要目的是提供这样一种车用减振装置,即,即使孔道是弯曲的,该车用减振装置也可以防止液体的流动受到离心力的干扰,并由此充分确保液体的平均流速。
为实现这种目的,本发明的一个实施方式提供了一种车用减振装置1,所述车用减振装置包括:第一附接构件5,所述第一附接构件附接至第一构件2;第二附接构件6,所述第二附接构件附接至第二构件3;第一液室10和第二液室11,所述第一液室和所述第二液室被配置成根据所述第一附接构件与所述第二附接构件之间的相对位移来改变容积;以及孔道12,所述孔道被配置成根据所述第一液室和所述第二液室的容积的变化来使液体M在所述第一液室与所述第二液室之间流动,其中,所述孔道被至少部分地沿其轴向方向弯曲,并且所述液体包含非牛顿流体,所述非牛顿流体的粘度随着剪切率的增加而降低。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图,将对根据本发明的一个实施方式的充液发动机架1(车用减振装置的示例)进行描述。在各图中适当地示出的箭头U和Lo分别表示发动机架1的上侧和下侧。
<发动机架1的结构>
参照图1,发动机架1是设置在诸如汽车的车辆中的内燃发动机2(第一构件的示例)与车体3(第二构件的示例)之间的。发动机架1是在对发动机2的振动进行阻尼的同时支承该发动机的组件。
发动机架1包括:附接至发动机2的第一附接构件5、附接至车体3的第二附接构件6、设置在第一附接构件5与第二附接构件6之间的第一壁7、设置在第一壁7的下方的第二壁8、设置在第一壁7与第二壁8之间的分隔壁9、设置在分隔壁9的上方的第一液室10、设置在分隔壁9的下方的第二液室11以及设置在分隔壁9的外周上的孔道12。下面,将逐一描述发动机架1的这些组件。

<发动机架1的功能>
当发动机2振动时,第一壁7和第二壁8根据第一附接构件5与第二附接构件6之间的相对位移而发生弹性变形,并由此,第一液室10和第二液室11的容积发生改变。例如,当第一附接构件5相对于第二附接构件6下降时,第一壁7和第二壁8向下弹性变形。因此,第一液室10的容积减小,而第二液室11的容积增大。另一方面,当第二附接构件6相对于第一附接构件5上升时,第一壁7和第二壁8向上弹性变形。因此,第一液室10的容积增大,而第二液室11的容积减小。

<支架液M>
在本实施方式中,支架液M仅由非牛顿流体组成。在另一实施方式中,支架液M可以由非牛顿流体和牛顿流体两者组成。
组成支架液M的非牛顿流体是触变流体。参照图2,牛顿流体的粘度是恒定的,而与牛顿流体的剪切率无关。相比之下,随着触变流体的剪切率的增加,触变流体的粘度逐渐降低。在另一实施方式中,可以将触变流体以外的其它流体(例如,Bingham流体)用作组成支架液M的非牛顿流体。
通过将触变赋予剂(下文中简称为“触变剂”)混合到由牛顿流体组成的基础液中,来形成组成支架液M的触变流体。在另一实施方式中,组成支架液M的触变流体除了基础液和触变剂以外还可以包含添加剂。
触变流体的基础液是通过将乙二醇基溶剂(例如,乙二醇或丙二醇)溶解在水中来形成的。乙二醇具有降低水的冷冻温度的效果,并且在具有这种效果的溶剂当中,乙二醇还具有相对较低的粘度。因此,将乙二醇优选为基础液的溶剂。在另一实施方式中,可以通过将除乙二醇基溶剂以外的其它溶剂溶解在水中或者通过将溶剂溶解在除水基液之外的其它液体中来形成基础液(例如,油基液)。
触变流体的触变剂由无机材料(例如,膨润土或硅石)组成。膨润土包含蒙脱石,蒙脱石具有降低触变流体的特性对温度的依赖性的效果,并因此优选为触变剂。在另一实施方式中,触变剂可以由有机材料组成(例如,纤维素衍生物或聚醚材料),或者可以由复合材料(例如,有机膨润土或碳酸钙)组成。如果触变流体中的触变剂的含量等于或小于10重量%,则可以将触变剂均匀地分散在整个触变流体中。然而,触变流体中的触变剂的含量可以超过10重量%(例如,20重量%)。

如上所述,孔道12是沿其轴向方向弯曲成弧形的,并由此,会将离心力施加至流过孔道12的支架液M。因此,不仅在孔道12中产生了支架液M朝着孔道12的轴向方向的主流动(参见图3中的实线箭头),而且产生了支架液M朝着孔道12的径向方向向外的次流动(参见图3中的虚线箭头)。当支架液M流过孔道12时,支架液M在主流动方向(即,主流动的方向)上的剪切率变得大于支架液M在次流动方向(即,次流动的方向)上的剪切率。
在支架液M仅由牛顿流体组成的情况下,即使支架液M在主流动方向上的剪切率大于支架液M在次流动方向上的剪切率,支架液M在主流动方向和次流动方向两者上的粘度也是恒定的。即,不能使支架液M在主流动方向上的粘度低于支架液M在次流动方向上的粘度。因此,次流动的影响变大,并由此,支架液M的流动受到次流动的干扰,从而降低了支架液M的平均流速。更具体地,在孔道12的径向内部,扩大了支架液M的低速区域。
相比之下,在本实施方式中,支架液M包含触变流体。因此,如果支架液M在主流动方向上的剪切率大于支架液M在次流动方向上的剪切率,那么支架液M在主流动方向上的粘度变得低于支架液M在次流动方向上的粘度。即,支架液M的粘度变为各向异性。因此,减少了次流动的影响,以使可以防止支架液M的流动受到次流动的干扰,并由此增加支架液M的平均流速。
<效果>
如上所述,在本实施方式中,孔道12是沿其轴向方向弯曲成弧形的,并且支架液M包含触变流体。因此,即使孔道12是弯曲的,也可以防止支架液M的流动受到离心力的干扰,并由此充分确保支架液M的平均流速。因此,当发生液柱共振时,可以充分表现出发动机架1的减振特性。
此外,孔道12是成螺旋状地设置的,并由此与将整个孔道12设置在同一平面上的情况相比,可以更容易地确保孔道12在轴向方向上的长度。因此,可以增强发动机架1的减振效果。
此外,孔道12是在沿其轴向方向的整个区域上弯曲成弧形的。因此,与孔道12仅被部分地弯曲成弧形的情况相比,可以更容易地确保孔道12在轴向方向上的长度。因此,可以进一步增强发动机架1的减振效果。
此外,发动机架1包括:可弹性变形的第一壁7,该第一壁部分地限定第一液室10并且被配置成支承第一附接构件5;可弹性变形的第二壁8,该第二壁部分地限定第二液室11并且附接至第二附接构件6;以及分隔壁9,该分隔壁联接至第一壁7,以分隔第二液室11与第一液室10,并且该分隔壁设置有孔道12。因此,可以增强发动机架1的减振效果。
此外,孔道12是部分地由设置在分隔壁9的外周面上的外周槽27来限定的。因此,与孔道12设置在分隔壁9的内周部分中的情况相比,可以更容易地确保孔道12在轴向方向上的长度。因此,可以进一步增强发动机架1的减振效果。
此外,组成支架液M的非牛顿流体是触变流体。因此,非牛顿流体的粘度可以随着剪切率的增加而逐渐降低。因此,可以防止发动机架1的减振特性急剧变化。
<修改例>
在上述实施方式中,孔道12是成螺旋状地设置的。在另一实施方式中,如图4和图5所示,孔道31可以成环形设置,并由此可以将整个孔道31设置在同一平面上。根据这种布置,与孔道12是成螺旋状设置的情况相比,可以减少孔道31的安装空间。因此,可以使发动机架1紧凑。
在上述实施方式中,孔道12是在沿其轴向方向的整个区域上弯曲成弧形的。在另一实施方式中,如图6所示,可以通过将笔直段33(即,沿孔道32的轴向方向笔直延伸的节段)和弯曲段34(即,沿孔道32的轴向方向弯曲成弧形的节段)组合来形成孔道32。在这种情况下,在弯曲段34中可以表现出上述效果。
在上述实施方式中,作为车用减振装置的示例,设置有支承发动机2的发动机架1。在另一实施方式中,作为车用减振装置的示例,可以设置支承电动机的电动机架,或者作为车用减振装置的示例,可以设置用于悬架的减振器。即,可以将根据本发明的车用减振装置应用于车辆中的应当减振的任何地方。
前面已经描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本发明不应受到前述实施方式的限制,而是在本发明的范围内可以进行各种修改和改变。
Claims (9)
1.一种车用减振装置,所述车用减振装置包括:
第一附接构件,所述第一附接构件附接至第一构件;
第二附接构件,所述第二附接构件附接至第二构件;
第一液室和第二液室,所述第一液室和所述第二液室被配置成根据所述第一附接构件与所述第二附接构件之间的相对位移来改变容积;以及
孔道,所述孔道被配置成根据所述第一液室和所述第二液室的容积的变化来使液体在所述第一液室与所述第二液室之间流动,
其中,所述孔道被至少部分地沿其轴向方向弯曲,并且
所述液体包含非牛顿流体,所述非牛顿流体的粘度随着剪切率的增加而降低。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用减振装置,其中,所述孔道是成螺旋状地设置的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车用减振装置,其中,整个所述孔道设置在同一平面上。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的车用减振装置,其中,所述孔道在沿其轴向方向的整个区域上是弯曲的。
5.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的车用减振装置,所述车用减振装置还包括:
可弹性变形的第一壁,所述第一壁部分地限定所述第一液室并且被配置成支承所述第一附接构件;
可弹性变形的第二壁,所述第二壁部分地限定所述第二液室并且附接至所述第二附接构件;以及
分隔壁,所述分隔壁联接至所述第一壁,以分隔所述第二液室与所述第一液室,并且所述分隔壁设置有所述孔道。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车用减振装置,其中,所述孔道是部分地由设置在所述分隔壁的外周面上的外周槽来限定的。
7.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的车用减振装置,其中,所述非牛顿流体是触变流体。
8.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的车用减振装置,其中,所述液体仅由所述非牛顿流体组成。
9.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的车用减振装置,其中,所述液体由所述非牛顿流体和牛顿流体两者组成。
