为了防滑和耐磨,目前市场上工业用或民用手套会使用合成丁腈,聚氨酯等高分子聚合物作为原料,而手套为消耗品,更换频率高,废弃的手套会对环境造成污染。随着国家对环境问题的重视,人们对清洁的生产方式和环境友好的材料有了更深的认识,因此在解决耐磨和防滑性能的同时,如何提高手套的降解性能成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种可生物降解的手套的制备方法,该制备方法简单易操作,且制备出的手套不仅有好的防滑、耐磨和防尘性,还有可降解性能。本发明的又一目的在于提高一种可生物降解的手套。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种可生物降解的手套的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,将络好纱的铝杯固定在纱锭上,将玻璃纤维或钢纱金属穿过纱线张力控制器和纱锭孔作为纱芯,将生物可降解长丝纱作为外纱进行缠绕包覆,形成手套用包覆纱线,在手套机上织成纺织品手套;
S2,纺织品手套浸胶后形成可降解的手套;
所述浸胶过程包括如下步骤,
S21拌料;
S22手模预热:将手套套在手模上后,将手模预热到40-90℃;
S23浸涂,匀胶;
S24烘烤:将套有手套的手模置入温度为90-120℃的环境中烘烤1-20min;
S25用清水冲洗,浸泡;
S26烘烤:将冲洗和浸泡后的手套置入温度为90-120℃的环境中烘烤1-20min。

聚酯纤维纺纱,要求很低的含水率;而生物可降解的母粒为亲水性母粒,含有一定的水份,在纺纱流中,会导致聚酯大分子发生水解。经过经2-6小时,温度为50-90度的烘干,可以保证纺纱含水率达到聚酯纺纱的要求,不会产生聚酯分子的水解。
所述的生物可降解添加剂占生物可降解添加剂和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯总重量的0.5%-10%。
优选的,所述生物可降解添加剂为可生物降解的低聚物聚酯、丁二胺的改性聚乳酸(BMPLA)和己醛醣已1:(1-3):(1-3)组成的组合物。
本发明用上述比例的混合物作为生物可降解添加剂,使得制备的手套更易降解,还保持了好的防滑、耐磨和高弹性。
更为优选的,所述生物可降解添加剂为可生物降解的低聚物聚酯、丁二胺的改性聚乳酸(BMPLA)和己醛醣已1:1:1组成的组合物。
在另一技术方案中,步骤S1中所述生物可降解长丝纱的制备方法为:将生物可降解添加剂共混加入到聚酰胺中,经纺丝的初生纤维、牵伸后得到预牵伸的长丝纱,再经热牵伸及假捻卷曲工艺,制备为生物可降解长丝纱,其中,牵伸时第一罗拉由喂纱罗拉和皮圈组成,所述假捻卷曲工艺中假捻器为聚氨酯软盘;步骤S1中所述短纤维纱的制备方法为:将生物可降解添加剂共混加入到聚酰胺中,经纺丝的初生纤维、牵伸后再经卷曲和切断制造得到的短纤维,再纺纱后得短纤维纱;所述生物可降解添加剂为天然纤维素、人工合成聚己内酯、聚乙烯醇、可生物降解的低聚物聚酯、芳香族一脂肪族的酯聚物、基于马来酸酐改性聚乳酸(MPLA)、丁二胺的改性聚乳酸(BMPLA)、单糖、己醛醣中的至少一种。
由于锦纶纤维的外表有靴层包覆,且锦纶纤维为亲水性,当共混加入亲水性的生物可降解的纤维后,POY表面摩擦系数很小,容易打滑。为保证牵伸时候的握持纤维的力,第一罗拉(喂入罗拉)由喂纱罗拉和皮圈组成,而不用皮辊;假捻器用软盘,如聚氨酯pu类。
所述的生物可降解添加剂占生物可降解添加剂和聚酰胺总重量的0.5%-10%。
优选的,所述生物可降解添加剂为可生物降解的低聚物聚酯和己醛醣以1:(1-3)组成的组合物。
本发明采用上述比例的可降解添加剂,不仅保持了手套好的防滑性和耐磨性,使得手套有更好的降解性,而且生产成本低,适合批量生产。
更为优选的,所述生物可降解添加剂为聚乙烯醇和己醛醣已1:1组成的组合物。

实施例1
一种可生物降解的手套的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、聚酰胺切片进入螺杆熔融纺纱区,将生物可降解添加剂按重量比为1%的比例通过注射器共混加入到纺纱流体中;经常规纺纱工艺,制备POY纤维,再经常规DTY的牵伸与假捻工艺,获得150D/48F的DTY纤维。纤维强度为3.8cn/dtex, 断裂伸长率为25%。所述生物可降解添加剂为可生物降解的低聚物聚酯和己醛醣以1:1组成的组合物。
2、采用普通手套机,织得手套,单只手套10-15克。
3、将水、丁腈和生物可降解添加剂混合后高速搅拌60min后静置60min充分硫化,得到可以使用的丁腈胶。
所述水、丁腈和生物可降解添加剂按重量份数计为:水5份,丁腈30份,生物可降解添加剂1份。所述生物可降解添加剂为可生物降解的低聚物聚酯和己醛醣已1:1组成的组合物。
4、将手套套在手模上后,将手模预热到40℃后浸胶,其中,将手芯表面浸粘丁腈胶后;通过盐池均匀的喷洒2g的氯化钠在丁腈胶上,形成附着后再将套有手套的手模置入温度为120℃的环境中烘烤5min;用清水冲洗,浸泡;将冲洗和浸泡后的手套置入温度为90℃的环境中烘烤5min。得到普通锦纶DTY的可生物降解的丁晴防滑手套。
实施例2,
一种可生物降解的手套的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯切片经预结晶和干燥后,进入螺杆,在螺杆口处,用注射器注入重量比为1.5%比例的在50℃的环境中烘烤6h后的生物可降解添加剂,所述生物可降解添加剂为基于可生物降解的低聚物聚酯、丁二胺的改性聚乳酸(BMPLA)和己醛醣已1:1:1组成的组合物;在加热箱体中,两者共混成为熔融纺纱流体,经纺丝的初生纤维板及牵伸,卷曲和切断等常规纺纱工艺制备得到可生物降解的涤纶短纤维,规格是38mm*1.5dtex。纤维的强度为4.0cn/dtex,伸长率为25%。将可生物降解的涤纶短纤维经环锭纺的棉纺纺纱系统及常规纺纱工艺,得到可生物降解的涤纶短纤维的纱。
2、采用普通手套机,织得手套,单只手套10-15克。
3、在聚氨酯中共混加入二甲基甲酰胺和水作为溶剂,并同时共混加入含量为2%的生物可降解添加剂,高速搅拌30min后静置48min消泡,制得浸胶料备用。所述水、聚氨酯、二甲基甲酰胺和生物可降解添加剂按重量份数计为:水10份,聚氨酯 20份,二甲基甲酰胺10份,生物可降解添加剂2份。所述生物可降解添加剂为基于可生物降解的低聚物聚酯、丁二胺的改性聚乳酸(BMPLA)和己醛醣已1:1:1组成的组合物。
4、将手套套在手模上后,将手模预热到40℃后浸胶,手芯表面浸粘聚氨酯胶后。通过手模翻转匀胶,再进入水池中,通过1小时的流水浸泡,稀释掉二甲基甲酰胺,使聚氨酯凝固成型。再经过80℃烘箱,烘干。得到可生物降解的涤纶PU防滑手套。
实施例3,
一种可生物降解的手套的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯切片经预结晶和干燥后,进入螺杆,在螺杆口处,用注射器注入重量比为1.5%比例的在50℃的环境中烘烤6h后的生物可降解添加剂,所述生物可降解添加剂为基于马来酸酐改性聚乳酸(MPLA)、可生物降解的低聚物聚酯和己醛醣已1:3:3组成的组合物;在加热箱体中,两者共混成为熔融纺纱流体,经纺丝的初生纤维板及牵伸等常规的高强涤纶的纺纱工艺制备制得400D/96F的FDY涤纶长丝纱。长丝纱的强度为7.5cn/dtex,伸长率为20%。
将络好400D高强涤纶长丝纱的铝杯固定在纱锭上,将200D玻璃纤维长丝纱穿过纱线张力控制器和纱锭孔作为纱芯,将高强涤纶长丝纱作为外纱进行缠绕包覆,约500捻,制成高强涤纶包玻璃纤维长丝纱的手套用包覆纱线。
2、采用普通手套机,用针织组织和锦纶包氨纶纱线。用U2双层结构织得手套,单只手套20克。
3、将水、丁腈和生物可降解添加剂混合后高速搅拌60min后静置48min充分硫化,得到可以使用的丁腈胶。
所述水、丁腈和生物可降解添加剂按重量份数计为:水5份,丁腈50份,生物可降解添加剂1份。所述生物可降解添加剂为基于马来酸酐改性聚乳酸(MPLA)、可生物降解的低聚物聚酯和己醛醣已1:3:3组成的组合物。
4、将手套套在手模上后,将手模预热到60℃后浸胶,将手芯表面浸粘丁腈胶后;通过盐池均匀的喷洒3g的氯化钠在丁腈胶上,形成附着后再将套有手套的手模置入温度为100℃的环境中烘烤5min;用清水冲洗,浸泡;将冲洗和浸泡后的手套置入温度为90℃的环境中烘烤120min。得到可生物降解的高强涤纶防切割丁晴防滑手套。
实施例4
一种可生物降解的手套的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
在聚酰胺切片进入螺杆熔融纺纱区,将生物可降解添加剂按2%的比例,通过注射器共混加入到纺纱流体中;经常规的高强锦纶的纺纱工艺,制得到100D/48F的高强锦纶长丝纱。纤维强度为7cn/dtex, 断裂伸长率为110%。所述生物可降解添加剂为基于马来酸酐改性聚乳酸(MPLA)和己醛醣以质量比为1:1组成的组合物。
将络好100D/48F高强锦纶长丝纱的铝杯和络好400D高强聚乙烯HPPE的铝杯上下固定在纱锭上,将100D玻璃纤维长丝纱和0.05mm规格的304/316L的钢纱穿过纱线张力控制器和纱锭孔作为纱芯。将高强锦纶长丝纱(S向,800捻)和高强聚乙烯(Z向,300捻)作为外纱进行缠绕包覆。形成高强锦纶包玻纤/钢纱/HPPE的手套用切割包覆纱线。
2、采用普通手套机,用针织组织和锦纶包氨纶纱线。用U2双层结构织得手套,单只手套30克。
3、将水、丁腈和生物可降解添加剂混合后高速搅拌60min后静置48min充分硫化,得到可以使用的丁腈胶。
所述水、丁腈和生物可降解添加剂按重量份数计为:水30份,丁腈90份,生物可降解添加剂1份。所述生物可降解添加剂为基于马来酸酐改性聚乳酸(MPLA)和己醛醣以质量比为1:1组成的组合物。
4、将手套套在手模上后,将手模预热到60℃后浸胶,将手芯表面浸粘丁腈胶后;通过盐池均匀的喷洒 3g的芒硝在丁腈胶上,形成附着。通过初步90℃烘干硫化定性,再用水冲洗、浸泡附着在丁腈胶上的芒硝附着物。让芒硝彻底去掉,85℃两小时烘干。得到可生物降解的高强锦纶防切割丁晴防滑手套。
实施例5
一种可生物降解的手套的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、在聚酰胺切片,进入螺杆熔融纺纱区,将生物可降解添加剂按1.5%的比例,通过注射器,共混加入到纺纱流体中;经常规纺纱工艺,制备POY纤维,再经常规DTY的牵伸与假捻工艺,获得200D/96F的DTY纤维。纤维强度为4.2cn/dtex, 断裂伸长率为19%。所述生物可降解添加剂为基于马来酸酐改性聚乳酸(MPLA)和丁二胺的改性聚乳酸(BMPLA)以质量比为1:2的混合物。
将络好70D锦纶DTY长丝纱的铝杯和络好200D高强聚乙烯HPPE的铝杯上下固定在纱锭上,将0.02mm规格的钨纱穿过纱线张力控制器和纱锭孔作为纱芯。将锦纶DTY长丝纱(S向,700捻)和高强聚乙烯HPPE(Z向,300捻)作为外纱进行缠绕包覆。制成锦纶DTY包/HPPE/钨纱手套用切割包覆纱线。

分别对实施例1-5和对比例1-2制备出来的可生物降解手套进行性能测试,其中,耐磨性测试标准使用欧盟EN388;防滑性评价是让5员工戴上手套,握持直径为30mm不锈钢棒,评价为1-5分。5分表示夹紧力非常高,4分表示夹紧力高,3分表示略有夹紧力,2分表示不易滑动,1份表示夹紧力低;可降解性能测试;生物降解率:ISO :14855。
测试结果见下表:

1.一种可生物降解的手套的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1, 将络好纱的铝杯固定在纱锭上,将玻璃纤维或钢纱金属穿过纱线张力控制器和纱锭孔作为纱芯,或将玻璃纤维或钢纱金属穿过纱线张力控制器后穿在捻线机器上作为纱芯,将生物可降解长丝纱或短纤维纱作为外纱进行缠绕包覆,形成手套用包覆纱线,再在手套机上织成纺织品手套;S2,纺织品手套浸胶后形成可生物降解的手套;
步骤S1中所述生物可降解长丝纱的制备方法为:将生物可降解添加剂在50-90℃的环境中烘烤2-6h后,共混加入到经预结晶和干燥后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯中,经纺丝的初生纤维、牵伸后得到预牵伸的长丝纱,再经热牵伸及假捻卷曲工艺,制备为生物可降解长丝纱;
步骤S1中所述短纤维纱的制备方法为:将生物可降解添加剂在50-90℃的环境中烘烤2-6h后,共混加入到经预结晶和干燥后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯中,经纺丝的初生纤维、牵伸后再经卷曲和切断制造得到的短纤维,再纺纱后得到短纤维纱;
