本发明涉及车辆用吸音材料。
背景技术
在汽车等车辆中,已知使用在提高车室内的美观性的同时吸收不需要的声音的吸音材料。另外,已知一种汽车用多层装饰部件,其为了消音在2个纤维层之间具备1个通气性中间膜层,在厚度为4~12.5mm的区域,总气流阻力(AFRoverall:单位为Ns/m3)与整体密度ρ(kg/m3)具有1500<AFRoverall-10ρ<3800的关系(例如参照专利文献1)。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
但是,在现有的前隔板隔热层或地毯中,通气阻力设定得比较高以提高吸音效果,在乘客对话的频带也具有吸音效果。因此,若将由相同材料形成的吸音材料配置于接近乘客耳部位置的前部座位的背面等,则在后部座位乘客与前部座位乘客对话时,后部座位乘客的声音会被吸收,存在对话变得困难的问题。
本发明是鉴于上述课题而进行的,其目的在于提供一种车辆用吸音材料,其能维持后部座位乘客与前部座位乘客的对话清晰性,同时能够吸收车室内不需要的声音。
用于解决课题的手段
为了解决上述课题并达到目的,本发明的一个方式的车辆用吸音材料至少具备纤维材料与表皮材料一体成型而成的主体部并安装在车室内,其特征在于,设置于至少一部分的上述主体部的吸音部以安装在车室内从前部座位的头枕下表面向下方的铅直距离Elh为0.1~0.4m的范围内的方式而形成,通气阻力AFR(Ns/m3)和铅直距离Elh(m)满足210<AFR+10/Elh<3020的关系。
另外,本发明的一个方式的车辆用吸音材料的特征在于,上述吸音部在上述纤维材料的与上述表皮材料相反一侧重叠有非通气性材料。
另外,本发明的一个方式的车辆用吸音材料的特征在于,上述非通气性材料为非通气性的薄膜。
另外,本发明的一个方式的车辆用吸音材料的特征在于,上述吸音部在上述纤维材料与上述表皮材料之间具有厚度为5mm以上15mm以下的聚氨酯等发泡原料。
另外,本发明的一个方式的车辆用吸音材料的特征在于,上述吸音部的1000Hz以上的吸音率高于小于1000Hz的吸音率。
发明的效果
根据本发明,发挥出下述效果:能维持后部座位乘客与前部座位乘客的对话清晰性,同时能够吸收车室内不需要的声音。

具体实施方式
以下,利用附图来说明车辆用吸音材料的一个实施方式。图1是例示出从表面侧观察一个实施方式的车辆用吸音材料1的状态的立体图。另外,图2是例示出一个实施方式的车辆用吸音材料1安装在车室内的前部座位50的背面侧的状态的立体图。
如图1和图2所示,车辆用吸音材料1为了不在表面侧设置安装孔而能够安装在车室内,一体成型出主体部10。在主体部10的大致中央处设有设定了规定的通气阻力的吸音部12。吸音部12在图2中斜线所示的区域中厚度可以比其他区域更厚,以使吸音特性与其他区域不同。例如,吸音部12按照在抑制对于乘客对话的吸音的同时吸收车室内的其他不需要的声音的方式设定吸音特性。
另外,主体部10通过压缩周边末端而形成了末端部14。此外,末端部14例如在主体部10的侧部和上部形成有被弯折的弯折部16。
另外,车辆用吸音材料1中,形成于主体部10的侧部和上部的弯折部16与前部座位50的背面周边的圆度吻合,沿着前部座位50的背面侧被固定。此处,形成于主体部10的下部的末端部14被弯折向前部座位50的下方。

图8是示出通过实验测量实际宽度L2相对于直线距离宽度L1之比与车辆用吸音材料1中的末端部14的强度比的关系的结果的曲线图。需要说明的是,图8中,将设置于末端部14的固定部18与固定部18的间隔设为58mm,将该58mm作为支点的间隔,测量对末端部14施加负荷时的位移量,以该情况下的实际宽度L2相对于直线距离宽度L1之比为1时的强度作为基准(强度=1),示出末端部14的强度比。此处,在实际宽度L2相对于直线距离宽度L1之比为1时,表示末端部14未被弯折而为平面状。

另外,在前部座位50与后部座位52之间,在后部座位52侧的门等的内侧设有车辆用吸音材料的情况下,该车辆用吸音材料的吸音部20也设置成在从前部座位50的头枕500的下表面向下方的铅直距离Elh为0.1~0.4m的范围内安装在车室内。另外,在仪表板54与前部座位50之间,在前部座位50的门等的内侧或在仪表板54的表面设有车辆用吸音材料的情况下,如图9所示,车辆用吸音材料各自的吸音部20、吸音部30也设置成在从前部座位50的头枕500的下表面向下方的铅直距离Elh为0.1~0.4m的范围内安装在车室内。
另外,即便通过使前部座位50和后部座位52的靠背部分垂直立起或倒下、例如在约0~30度的范围改变斜率而使头枕500或头枕520的位置发生变化,也能使铅直距离Elh为0.1~0.4m的范围内。
另外,吸音部12以通气阻力AFR(Ns/m3)和铅直距离Elh(m)满足下述式(1)的方式而构成。

需要说明的是,本申请中的车辆用吸音材料1不包括前围板隔音垫40和地毯42。这是因为,前围板隔音垫40设置于车室内的乘车空间与发动机室等之间,为了不容易引起乘客注意而不具备表皮106,配置在远离一般的成人乘客的耳及口的位置。另外,地毯42也是因为配置在远离一般的成人乘客的耳及口的位置。即,认为前围板隔音垫40和地毯42对于乘客对话清晰性的影响度相对较低。
图10是例示出配置于车室内的构件的吸音特性的曲线图。图10中,A的曲线示出了铅直距离Elh小、通气阻力AFR为200(Ns/m3)时设定的吸音部12的吸音特性。另外,B的曲线示出了铅直距离Elh大、通气阻力AFR为3000(Ns/m3)时设定的吸音部12的吸音特性。另外,C的曲线示出了作为比较例的地毯42的通气阻力AFR为1500(Ns/m3)以上时的吸音特性。
如图10所示,吸音部12设定为1000Hz以上的吸音率高于小于1000Hz的吸音率。这是因为,对于乘客对话清晰性的影响度大的频带小于1000Hz。另外,1000Hz以上的频带包含大量不需要的车室内的声音,提高了吸音率。
这样,吸音部12、吸音部20和吸音部30分别按照铅直距离Elh为0.1~0.4m的范围内的方式配置于车室内,由此配置在相较于一般的成人乘客的耳及口的位置更靠近规定范围内的下方的位置,通过上述吸音特性可抑制对于乘客对话的吸音,同时能够吸收车室内的其他不需要的声音。
接着,对车辆用吸音材料1的变形例进行说明。图11是示出从背面侧观察车辆用吸音材料1的第1变形例(车辆用吸音材料1a)的构成例的图。以下,对实质上相同的构成附以相同的附图标记。
如图11所示,车辆用吸音材料1a在弯折部16的端部设有扣件19。扣件19能够将任意的构件或规定的构件装卸在构成车辆用吸音材料1a的各部。例如,扣件19可以构成为以可更换的方式装卸表皮106。
图12是示出车辆用吸音材料1的第2变形例(车辆用吸音材料2)的图。如图12所示,车辆用吸音材料2例如构成为安装于后部座位52侧的门60上,并具备图9所示的吸音部20。
接着,对吸音部12的变形例进行说明。
图13是示出吸音部12的变形例的图。图13的(a)是示出吸音部12的第1变形例(吸音部12a)的图。图13的(b)是示出吸音部12的第2变形例(吸音部12b)的图。
如图13的(a)所示,吸音部12a例如通过第3纤维材料108、作为发泡层的硬质聚氨酯110、PE粉末104和表皮106重叠并一体成型而构成。
第3纤维材料108例如由1200g/m2的PET形成。硬质聚氨酯110被夹在第3纤维材料108与表皮106之间,厚度为5mm以上15mm以下。例如,硬质聚氨酯110的厚度为10mm。
如图13的(b)所示,吸音部12b例如通过第4纤维材料112、作为发泡层的软质聚氨酯114、PE粉末104和表皮106重叠并一体成型而构成。
第4纤维材料112例如由600g/m2的PET形成。软质聚氨酯114被夹在第4纤维材料112与表皮106之间,厚度为5mm以上15mm以下。例如,软质聚氨酯114的厚度为10mm。
需要说明的是,吸音部12a和吸音部12b均具备作为纤维以外的构件的、厚度为5mm以上的作为发泡层的聚氨酯,并使通气阻力为规定值以上。这是因为,例如在聚氨酯的厚度为1~2mm这种小于5mm的情况下,通气阻力小,对于音响特性的影响小。需要说明的是,发泡层不限于聚氨酯,只要能够利用公知的发泡材料成型即可。
图14是示出吸音部12的第3变形例(吸音部12c)的图。如图14所示,吸音部12c例如通过第4纤维材料112、PE粉末104和表皮106重叠并一体成型而构成。
图15是示出吸音部12的第4变形例(吸音部12d)的图。如图15所示,吸音部12d通过对于吸音部12c在与第4纤维材料112的表皮106相反一侧重叠非通气性材料120而构成。例如,非通气性材料120为非通气性的薄膜。
需要说明的是,对于上述的吸音部12a、吸音部12b和吸音部12c,也可以设有非通气性材料120。
接着,对吸音部12的第1变形例~第3变形例(吸音部12a、吸音部12b、吸音部12c)的特性进行说明。
图16是示出吸音部12的第1变形例~第3变形例(吸音部12a、吸音部12b、吸音部12c)的特性的图。如图16所示,吸音部12a的表面密度为1671g/m2、厚度为24.1mm、通气阻力AFR为900Ns/m3。吸音部12b的表面密度为1323g/m2、厚度为23.1mm、通气阻力AFR为270Ns/m3。吸音部12c的表面密度为1065g/m2、厚度为12.1mm、通气阻力AFR为240Ns/m3
这样,根据一个实施方式的车辆用吸音材料,在利用车辆用吸音材料的美观性的同时,对于坐在前部座位的驾驶员与坐在旁边的前部座位的乘客的对话、坐在前部座位的乘客与坐在后部座位的乘客的对话能够提高清晰性,并且能够降低车室内的不需要的声音。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆用吸音材料,该车辆用吸音材料至少具备纤维材料与表皮材料一体成型而成的主体部并安装在车室内,其特征在于,
设置于至少一部分的上述主体部的吸音部以安装在车室内从前部座位的头枕下表面向下方的铅直距离Elh为0.1~0.4m的范围内的方式而形成,通气阻力AFR和铅直距离Elh满足210<AFR+10/Elh<3020的关系,其中,所述通气阻力AFR的单位为Ns/m3,所述铅直距离Elh的单位为m。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆用吸音材料,其特征在于,所述吸音部在所述纤维材料的与所述表皮材料相反一侧重叠有非通气性材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆用吸音材料,其特征在于,所述非通气性材料为非通气性的薄膜。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的车辆用吸音材料,其特征在于,所述吸音部在所述纤维材料与所述表皮材料之间具有厚度为5mm以上15mm以下的发泡层。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的车辆用吸音材料,其特征在于,所述吸音部的1000Hz以上的吸音率高于小于1000Hz的吸音率。
