Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of organic fertilizers, and particularly relates to an organic fertilizer beneficial to growth of kiwi fruits and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In agricultural planting, a large amount of chemical fertilizers are used for a long time, so that the organic matter of soil is lack, the proportion of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is unbalanced, agricultural diseases and insect pests are in a serious state, excessive use of the chemical fertilizers not only causes large consumption of energy, but also causes pollution to agricultural water sources and soil environment, and some of the chemical fertilizers can cause soil hardening, crop yield reduction, damage to ecological environment, water eutrophication, influence on human and animal health and the like; therefore, the mass production and the use of the bio-organic fertilizer produced by the agricultural product production and processing waste can lead the nutrient components absorbed by crops from the soil to return to the soil, and has important significance for improving the soil, restoring the micro-ecology and restoring the fertility, and for vigorously producing green agricultural products and organic agricultural products and promoting the development of modern agriculture.
Besides releasing nutrients, the bio-organic fertilizers also improve the structure of soil and enhance the water and nutrient holding capacity of the soil along with the decomposition of the organic fertilizers. Over time, the organic fertilizer will make the soil and plants healthy and strong. Because the bio-organic fertilizer is a slow-release fertilizer, excessive fertilization does not cause damage to plants or the damage is very light. Organic fertilizers are renewable, biodegradable, sustainable, and can promote environmental improvements.

(2) taking the fermented product in the step (1) out of the pool, airing until the water content is less than or equal to 10%;
(3) and (3) crushing the aired fermented product again, adding urea, calcium superphosphate, potassium sulfate, potassium fulvate, ferrous sulfate and zinc sulfate, uniformly mixing, feeding the mixture into a granulator for granulation, feeding the obtained granules into a dryer for drying, and drying to obtain the organic fertilizer granules.
Further, in the step (3), the drying temperature is 35-45 ℃, and the drying time is 3-5 hours.
According to the formula, chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, rapeseed cakes, tea seed cakes, rape straws, rice hull powder, dry seaweed and humic acid are used as main materials of the organic fertilizer, and the organic fertilizer is wide in source and easy to produce.
Among other ingredients, the perlite has the characteristic of stability, can keep substances in soil stable, can absorb water and nutrients, can absorb part of the water and nutrients during watering and fertilizing, slowly releases the water and nutrients, belongs to particles, can loosen and ventilate the soil, and prevents the soil from hardening.
The tea seed cake can be used for preventing and controlling pests such as snails, river snails, leeches, rice planthoppers, rice leafhoppers, sweet potato weevils and the like. No pollution, no residual toxicity, long storage life, long drug effect and promoting the growth of kiwi fruit.
Humic acid is a macromolecular organic substance with wide sources, has the effect of improving soil, and is suitable for advocating ecological agriculture construction, pollution-free agricultural production, green food, pollution-free and environment-friendly use.
The dried seaweed contains vitamins, a plurality of inorganic elements, amino acids, fatty acids and the like which are required by human bodies.
The urea, the calcium superphosphate, the potassium sulfate, the potassium fulvate, the ferrous sulfate and the zinc sulfate can provide elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, iron, zinc and the like required by the kiwi fruit.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the organic fertilizer is specially used for promoting the growth of the kiwi fruits, and has the characteristics of simple process, wide raw material source and the like; 2. the organic fertilizer has the advantages of long and stable fertilizer efficiency, high organic matter content, capability of improving soil quality, preventing soil hardening, improving soil structure and keeping ecological balance; 3. can make the kiwi fruit contain mineral substances, vitamins, inorganic elements, amino acids, fatty acids, etc. required by human body.
