Background
The stacker crane is equipment for automatically stacking bags, cartons or other packaging materials conveyed by a conveyor into stacks according to the technological requirements of customers (the bags, cartons or other packaging materials are stacked on a tray according to a certain arrangement and are automatically stacked, and a plurality of layers can be stacked), and conveying the stacked materials.
When the stacker crane is used for stacking, the tray needs to be lifted from the conveyor and clamped and supported at the stacking position, and after the stacking is finished, the tray is lifted and clamped and supported and then is lowered to the conveyor.
The tray clamping device in the prior art is complex in structure, difficult to install on a stacker crane and difficult to adjust, large in occupied space and high in cost.

And further, a sensor connected with the clamping and supporting cylinder through a signal line is arranged on the rack corresponding to the stacking position, and when the tray rises to the stacking position, the sensor sends a signal to start the front and rear clamping and supporting mechanisms to synchronously act so as to clamp the tray.
Conventionally, the carriages are provided on left and right conveyor chains of the conveyor.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the tray clamping device of the stacker crane solves the problems of difficult installation, large occupied space, complex structure and the like of the original mechanism, saves space, reduces cost, is convenient to control and has high economic value.

The tray clamping device of the stacker crane comprises a front clamping mechanism 3 and a rear clamping mechanism 3 which are symmetrically arranged on a front supporting plate 2 and a rear supporting plate 2, wherein the arrangement heights of the front clamping mechanism 3 and the rear clamping mechanism 3 correspond to the height of a jacking cylinder 5 for jacking a tray 4 to a stacking position, as shown in figures 1, 2 and 4.
As shown in fig. 3, the structure of the card-holding mechanism 3 will be described by taking the card-holding mechanism 3 as an example as follows:

The operation mode of the invention is as follows:
1. during stacking, the cylinder rod II of the jacking cylinder 5 extends out to lift the tray 4 to a stacking position.
2. The sensor sends out signals to the front and rear clamping and supporting mechanisms after detecting that the tray 4 is in place.
3. The front and rear clamping support mechanisms act to synchronously rotate the front and rear support rods into the front and rear clamping grooves 4-1 of the tray 4.
4. The cylinder rod II of the jacking cylinder 5 retracts, and the tray 4 is lifted at the stacking position by the front and the rear supporting rods.
5. After the pallet 4 is stacked, the cylinder rod II of the jacking cylinder 5 extends to jack the pallet 4, and the front clamping and supporting mechanism and the rear clamping and supporting mechanism act to synchronously rotate the front supporting rod and the rear supporting rod out of the front clamping groove and the rear clamping groove 4-1 of the pallet 4 so as to release the lifting of the pallet 4.
6. The cylinder rod II of the jacking cylinder 5 contracts to drop the tray 4 together with the piled material on the bracket 1.
7. The conveyor 7 is activated to convey the pallet 1 together with the pallet 4 and the palletized load forward to the next station.
