Referring to fig. 6, the toothpick box feeding assembly 3 includes a first tray 31, a first bracket 32, a first vacuum chuck 33, a first lifting device 34 and a first translation device 35, the first tray 31 is mounted on the rack 11, the first bracket 32 is mounted on the rack 11 and located between a discharge port of the first tray 31 and the rotating tray 12, the first translation device 35 is mounted on the first bracket 32 for driving the first vacuum chuck 33 to move back and forth between the first bracket 32 and the tool holder 2, the first lifting device 34 is mounted on a movable part of the first translation device 35 for driving the first vacuum chuck 33 to lift up and down, and the first vacuum chuck 33 is mounted on a movable part of the first lifting device 34 for adsorbing a horizontally placed toothpick box.
Referring to fig. 6, a first platform 36 is further disposed on the frame 11, two parallel flat grooves 361 are disposed on the first platform 36, the upper sides of the two flat grooves 361 are both communicated with the upper surface of the first platform 36, and the ends of the two flat grooves 361 far away from the rotating disc 12 are both communicated with one side of the first platform 36 far away from the rotating disc 12; wherein, first charging tray 31 is provided with two, and the discharge gate of two first charging trays 31 communicates with the one end that the carousel 12 was kept away from to two grooves 361 of keeping flat respectively, and first vacuum chuck 33 is provided with two, and two first vacuum chuck 33 all install on first elevating gear 34.
The toothpick box is conveyed into the horizontal groove 361 by the first material plate 31, the open end of the toothpick box is far away from the rotating plate 12, then the first translation device 35 is used for driving the two first vacuum suction cups 33 to respectively move right above the two horizontal grooves 361, then the first lifting device 34 is used for driving the two first vacuum suction cups 33 to move downwards, so that the first vacuum suction cups 33 can be in contact with the outer wall of the toothpick box to achieve the effect of adsorbing the toothpick box, then the first lifting device 34 and the first translation device 35 are sequentially controlled to reset, so that the two toothpick boxes can be respectively located above the two positioning cavities 211 of the tool clamp 2, and finally the first translation device 35 is used for driving the toothpick box to move downwards to enable the two toothpick boxes to be respectively clamped in the two positioning cavities 211.
Referring to fig. 7, toothpick feeding device 4 includes a hopper 41, a base 42, an isolation mechanism 43 and a material pushing mechanism 44, wherein hopper 41 is detachably mounted on base 42 for automatically supplying toothpicks into base 42, base 42 is mounted on rack 11 for quantitatively transferring toothpicks, isolation mechanism 43 is used for isolating base 42 from hopper 41, and material pushing mechanism 44 is mounted on rack 11 for pushing toothpicks in base 42 into the toothpicks.

Referring to fig. 13, the shifter lever mechanism 54 includes a connecting plate 541 fixed to the movable part of the second lifting device 53 and two shifter lever sets 542 respectively disposed at two ends of the connecting plate 541, the two shifter levers respectively correspond to two toothpick boxes installed in the fixture 2, each shifter lever set 542 includes two shifter levers 543 parallel to each other and horizontally disposed, when the shifter lever set 542 is matched with the toothpick boxes, the upper sides of the two shifter levers 543 can be attached to the outer walls of the toothpick boxes, and the two shifter levers 543 are matched with the portions of the toothpick boxes extending out of the positioning cavity 211.
Each set of the deflector rod sets 542 is provided with a guide portion 544, the guide portion 544 is provided with two sets, the two sets of the guide portions 544 are respectively disposed on one ends of the two deflector rods 543 close to the rotary plate 12, the two sets of the guide portions 544 are disposed on one sides of the two deflector rods 543 close to each other, each set of the guide portions 544 is in a triangular shape, and three side edges of the guide portions 544 are respectively connected with the upper surface of the deflector rods 543, the side surfaces of the deflector rods 543 and the end surfaces of the deflector rods 543 close to the rotary plate 12.
Referring to fig. 13, the second bracket 51 is further provided with an installation block 511, a sensor 512 is screwed to the installation block 511, a contact member 521 engaged with the sensor 512 is provided on the movable member of the second translation device 52, the contact member 521 is located on a side of the sensor 512 away from the rotating disk 12, and the sensor 512 controls the second translation device 52 to stop moving when the contact member 521 abuts against the sensor 512.
When the toothpick box needs to be pulled out, the second translation device 52 drives the pulling rod mechanism 54 to move to the position right below the two toothpick boxes, and then the second lifting device 53 drives the pulling rod mechanism 54 to move upwards, so that the two pulling rod groups 542 can respectively lift the open ends of the two toothpick boxes upwards.
Referring to fig. 14, the cap assembly 7 comprises an upper cap mechanism 71 and a cap screwing mechanism 72, wherein the upper cap mechanism 71 is used for placing the cap on the opening of the toothpick box, and the cap screwing mechanism 72 is used for screwing the cap on the toothpick box; when the rotating disc 12 stops working, the two adjacent work fixtures 2 are respectively matched with the upper cover mechanism 71 and the cap screwing mechanism 72.
Referring to fig. 15, the cover loading mechanism 71 includes a third tray 711, a third support 712, a third vacuum chuck 713, a third moving device 714 and a third lifting device 715, the third tray 711 is mounted on the rack 11, the third support 712 is mounted on the rack 11 and located between the discharge port of the third tray 711 and the rotating disk 12, the third moving device 714 is mounted on the first support 32 for driving the third vacuum chuck 713 to move back and forth between the third support 712 and the tool holder 2, the third lifting device 715 is mounted on a movable member of the third moving device 714 for driving the third vacuum chuck 713 to lift up and down, and the third vacuum chuck 713 is mounted on a movable member of the third lifting device 715 for clamping the cover.
Referring to fig. 15, a third platform 716 is further disposed on the frame 11, two middle rotating grooves 717 are disposed side by side on the third platform 716, upper sides of the two middle rotating grooves 717 are both communicated with an upper surface of the third platform 716, and one ends of the two middle rotating grooves 717 far away from the rotating disk 12 are both communicated with one side of the third platform 716 far away from the rotating disk 12; the third tray 711 is provided with two pieces, the discharge holes of the two third trays 711 are respectively communicated with one ends of the two transfer grooves 717 far away from the rotating disc 12, the third vacuum chucks 713 are provided with two pieces, and the two third vacuum chucks 713 are both installed on the first lifting device 34.
The third tray 711 is used for conveying the covers into the transfer groove 717, the third lifting device 715 is used for driving the two third vacuum chucks 713 to move to positions right above the two transfer grooves 717 respectively, the third lifting device 715 is used for driving the two third vacuum chucks 713 to move downwards, so that the third vacuum chucks 713 can clamp the covers, the third lifting device 715 and the third lifting device 714 are sequentially controlled to reset, so that the two covers can be located above the two toothpick boxes respectively, and finally the third lifting device 714 is used for driving the covers to move downwards so that the two toothpick boxes can be covered on the two toothpick boxes respectively.
Referring to fig. 16, the cap screwing mechanism 72 includes a fourth support 721, a fourth automatic clamping jaw 722, a fourth lifting device 723, a fourth rotating cylinder 724, and a height adjusting device 725, the fourth support 721 is installed on the frame 11 and disposed near the rotating disc 12, the fourth translating device is installed on the fourth support 721 to drive the fourth rotating cylinder 724 to lift up and down, a cylinder body of the fourth rotating cylinder 724 is installed on a movable component of the fourth lifting device 723 to drive the fourth automatic clamping jaw 722 to rotate, and the fourth automatic clamping jaw 722 is installed on a piston rod of the fourth rotating cylinder 724 to drive the cap to rotate.

Referring to fig. 16, an adjusting seat 73 is further installed on the fourth support 721, two abutting cylinders 74 are installed on the adjusting seat 73, abutting blocks 75 are installed on piston rods of the two abutting cylinders 74, and abutting grooves 751 matched with the outer wall of the toothpick box are formed in the abutting blocks 75; the adjusting seat 73 comprises an adjusting plate 731 and two clamping blocks 732, one side surface of the adjusting plate 731 is attached to the outer walls of the two upright posts 7211, the two clamping blocks 732 are provided with two pieces, each clamping block 732 is provided with a recess 733 which is in a U shape in plan view, the two clamping blocks 732 are detachably connected with the adjusting plate 731 in a bolt locking mode, when the adjusting seat 73 is installed on the fourth support 721, the two upright posts 7211 are respectively located in the two recess 733, and the adjusting seat 73 and the adjusting plate 731 are matched with each other to clamp the upright posts 7211.

Referring to fig. 17, the labeling and blanking assembly 8 includes an automatic labeling machine 81, a fifth automatic clamping jaw 82, a fifth translation device 83 and a fifth lifting device 84, the automatic labeling machine 81 is used for labeling the taken-off toothpick box, the fifth lifting device 84 is installed on the rack 11 and located between the labeling machine feed inlet and the rotating disc 12, the fifth lifting device 84 is used for driving the fifth translation device 83 to lift up and down, and the fifth translation device 83 is installed on a movable part of the fifth lifting device 84 and used for driving the fifth automatic clamping jaw 82 to move back and forth between the labeling machine feed inlet and the tool holder 2; a fifth rotating cylinder 85 is installed on a movable part of the fifth translation device 83, the fifth rotating cylinder 85 is used for driving the fifth automatic clamping jaw 82 to rotate, and the fifth automatic clamping jaw 82 is installed on the movable part of the fifth rotating cylinder 85 so as to be used for clamping the toothpick box.
The fifth robot gripping jaw 82 is provided with two members, a support plate 851 is provided on a movable member of the fifth rotary cylinder 85, and the two fifth robot gripping jaws 82 are respectively mounted on both ends of the lower surface of the support plate 851.

When the toothpick box needs to be taken out, the fifth translation device 83 drives the rotary cylinder to move right above the tooling fixture 2, the fifth lifting device 84 drives the rotary cylinder to move downwards, so that the two toothpick boxes can be respectively clamped by the two fifth automatic clamping jaws 82, the fifth lifting device 84 and the fifth translation device 83 are sequentially controlled to reset, the rotary cylinder can be located right above the feed port of the automatic labeling machine 81, the fifth rotary cylinder 85 is used for controlling the supporting plate 851 to rotate, the arrangement direction of the two fifth automatic clamping jaws 82 can extend along the feed port conveying direction of the automatic labeling machine 81, and finally the fifth automatic clamping jaws 82 are controlled to fall right above the feed port of the automatic labeling machine 81 to finish the automatic placement work of the toothpick box.

when the toothpicks are required to be packaged, firstly, two toothpicks are horizontally placed on the tool clamp 2 by using the feeding component 3 of the toothpicks, then the rotating disc 12 is used for driving the two toothpick boxes to move to the toothpick charging device 4, the toothpick charging device 4 is used for filling toothpicks into the two toothpick boxes, then the rotating disc 12 is used for driving the two toothpick boxes to move to the deflector rod assembly 5, the deflector rod assembly 5 is used for upwards deflecting the open ends of the two toothpick boxes, so that the two toothpick boxes can be vertically erected, and toothpicks in the two toothpick boxes are sterilized by the ultraviolet sterilizing component 6, then the rotating disc 12 is used for driving the two toothpick boxes to move to the cover assembly 7, the cover assembly 7 is used for installing the two toothpicks on the two toothpick boxes respectively, then the rotating disc 12 is used for driving the two toothpick boxes to move to the labeling and blanking assembly 8, and finally the labeling and blanking assembly 8 is used for pasting labels on the outer walls of the two toothpick boxes.
