(1) according to the full-automatic toothpick boxing machine provided by the invention, the automatic toothpick boxing operation can be realized by matching the set collecting mechanism with the reset mechanism, and the manpower is saved.
(2) The full-automatic toothpick boxing machine provided by the invention only adopts a single output point as a whole, and avoids the condition of disordered matching caused by different output points of a plurality of modules.

Referring to fig. 1-8, a full-automatic toothpick and box packing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a side fixing plate 1, a bottom plate 2 and a mounting plate 3, wherein the side fixing plate 1 is fixed at a left side edge of a top surface of the bottom plate 2, the mounting plate 3 is further disposed at a middle portion of the top surface of the bottom plate 2, a blanking turntable 5 is horizontally disposed at the middle portion of the mounting plate 3 and divides the mounting plate 3 into an upper portion and a lower portion, two feeding ramps 4 are symmetrically disposed at an upper half portion of the mounting plate 3, a material guiding bin 35 is disposed at a lower half portion of the mounting plate 3 right below a slope bottom of the feeding ramps 4 at two sides, a material collecting mechanism 6 is disposed at a bottom portion of the material guiding bin 35, the material collecting mechanism 6 is divided into a first material clamping block 21 and a second material clamping block 22 which are symmetrically disposed at left and right, the first material, the right side of the second material clamping block 22 is connected with a connecting rod 25, the other end of the connecting rod 25 is arranged in a reset mechanism 7 arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate 2, a discharge hole 8 is arranged right below the front end of the material collecting mechanism 6 of the mounting plate 3, a box feeding chute 19 is arranged at the front end of the discharge hole 8, and a plurality of toothpick boxes 20 are arranged in the box feeding chute 19.
Through the scheme of the invention, a second reset chute 37 is arranged in the reset mechanism 7, the connecting rod 25 is connected in the second reset chute 37 in a sliding manner, a second reset spring 38 is arranged at the right end of the connecting rod 25 in the second reset chute 37, the right end of the connecting rod 25 is connected with a transmission rope 36, the transmission rope 36 passes through the second reset spring 38 and is connected to a first rotating shaft 12 arranged on the surface of the mounting table 3 by bypassing a first transmission shaft 10 and a second transmission shaft 11 arranged on the right side of the surface of the mounting table 3, a transmission disc 9 is arranged at the top of the first rotating shaft 12, and the transmission disc 9 and the blanking rotating disc 5 are the same in height and are meshed with each other through a tooth edge 18 arranged at the edge of the blanking rotating disc 5.
According to the scheme of the invention, the blanking turntable 5 is fixed on the bottom plate 2 through the second rotating shaft 34 arranged at the center of the bottom of the blanking turntable 5, the material guide port 13 is arranged on the blanking turntable 5, the blanking turntable 13 rotates anticlockwise, the edge of the material guide port 13 which is cut into the lower part of the material guide bin 35 clockwise is provided with a downward oblique notch, and the bottom surface of the blanking turntable 13, which is close to the outer edge, is provided with the box turning teeth 33.
Through the scheme of the invention, the first reset chute 17 is horizontally arranged on the side fixing plate 1 at the same height of the blanking turntable 5, the first reset chute 17 is connected with a feeding sliding tooth 14 in a sliding way, a first reset spring 16 is arranged at the front end of the feeding sliding tooth 14 in the first reset chute 17, a plurality of latch teeth are arranged on the outer edge of the feeding sliding tooth 16, the feeding sliding tooth 16 is meshed with a tooth edge 18 arranged on the edge of the blanking turntable 5, the bottom of the feeding sliding tooth 16 is connected with an L-shaped transmission rod 15, the other end of the L-shaped transmission rod 15 is slidably arranged inside a transmission rod chute 26 arranged at the center of the first clamping block 21 and is connected with a feeding push plate 40, the pushing surface of the feeding push plate 40 is exactly matched with a circular hole channel formed in the closed center of the first clamping block 21 and the second clamping block 22.
By the above scheme of the invention, the box feeding chute 19 is obliquely arranged and one end close to the material collecting mechanism 6 is set as the lowest end, the front end of the first clamping block 21 is provided with a clamping head 27, the front end of the second clamping block 22 is provided with a clamping head 27 with a clamping slide 28, the clamping slide 28 is slidably connected to a clamping slide sliding plate 29 arranged on the top surface of the supporting plate 32 and is kept in a state of being pushed leftwards by a spring arranged inside two clamping slide grooves 41, the front end of the bottom of the closed center of the first clamping block 21 and the second clamping block 22 of the supporting plate 32 is provided with a box turning lug 31, the box turning lug 31 is arranged as a forward inclined slide slope and is provided with a rubber gasket 30 on the surface thereof.
Through the above scheme of the present invention, the material guiding bin 35 is formed by combining a first material guiding plate 23 and a second material guiding plate 24 disposed on the left and right sides, and the first material guiding plate 23 and the second material guiding plate 24 are fixed on the mounting plate 3.
Through the scheme of the invention, the left side of the mounting plate 3 is connected with the side fixing plate 1, and two ends of the top of the lower half part of the mounting plate 3 are provided with the box turning tooth through holes 39.
Through the scheme of the invention, the box turning teeth 33 are integrally bent into an arc shape, and the front end of the counterclockwise rotation is set to be an upward slope.
Through the scheme of the invention, the width of the material guide opening 13 is the same as the length of the toothpick, and the material guide opening is positioned on the circular ring projected to the blanking turntable 5 from the material guide bin 35.
Through the scheme of the invention, the length of one toothpick box 20 is just between one end of the box feeding chute 19 close to the material collecting mechanism 6 and the material collecting mechanism 6, and two inwards inclined baffles are arranged at the top of the discharge hole 8.
When the toothpick boxing device is specifically applied, toothpicks to be boxed are neatly stacked between the feeding ramps 4 on the two sides, at the moment, the feeding rotating disc 5 just blocks the bottom of the feeding ramp 4, then the motor is started to drive the feeding rotating disc 5 to rotate, when the material guide port 13 rotates to the lower part of the feeding ramp 4, part of the toothpicks in the feeding ramp 4 slide into the material guide bin 35 arranged below, at the moment, the material guide port 13 is screwed out of the position right below the feeding ramp 4 to block the feeding ramp again, then, the feeding rotating disc 5 continues to rotate, at the moment, the tooth edge 18 on the feeding rotating disc 5 just rotates to the position of the transmission disc 9 to drive the transmission disc 9 to rotate, further, the transmission rope 36 is tightened to pull the connecting rod 25 in the reset mechanism 7 to drive the second clamping block 22 to slide rightwards on the supporting plate 32, at the moment, the toothpicks in the material guide bin 35 slide into the position between the first clamping block 21 and the second clamping block 22, and, the connecting rod 25 is pushed to the left by the second return spring 37 compressed inside the reset mechanism 7, at this time, the first clamping block 21 and the second clamping block 22 are just closed and gather the internal toothpicks into a similar cylindrical whole, at this time, the tooth edge 18 of the blanking turntable 5 is screwed to the feeding sliding tooth 14 and drives the feeding sliding tooth to slide forward, at this time, the feeding sliding tooth 14 drives the L-shaped transmission rod 15 to slide forward and further drives the feeding push plate 40 at the front end of the feeding push plate to push the toothpicks between the first clamping block 21 and the second clamping block 22 to slide out of the inside of the collecting mechanism 6, at this time, the toothpicks are pushed into the toothpick box 20 at the front end of the collecting mechanism 6, at this time, the front end of the toothpick box 20 is clamped by the clamping head 27 and the clamping slide plate 28 together, the rear end is lapped on the next toothpick box so that the toothpicks cannot fall off, when the blanking turntable 5 continues to rotate, at this time, the sliding tooth edge 18 of the blanking turntable 5 slides out of the feeding sliding tooth 14, at the moment, the feeding push plate 40 is also restored to the original position, then the box turning teeth 33 arranged at the bottom of the blanking rotary disc 5 reach the toothpick box 20 and extrude the tail end of the toothpick box 20, at the moment, the front end of the toothpick box 20 is lapped at the box turning convex block 31 to be turned downwards as a supporting point, at the moment, the front end of the toothpick box 20 is separated from the clamping head 27 and is vertically fallen to the discharge hole 8 under the constraint of the clamping slide sheet 28, and at the moment, the next toothpick box 20 can slide to the front end of the material collecting mechanism 6 along the box feeding chute 19 to carry out next boxing operation.
