Abstract
The invention discloses an injection for raising livestock at low temperature and refreshing and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of biological medicine. Comprises 20-60 parts of camphor oxide, 1-20 parts of monkshood extract, 5-30 parts of dried ginger extract and 5-30 parts of honey-fried licorice extract. The injection can stimulate animal nerves and adrenocortical hormone, so that the nerve activity of animals in a low-temperature state is enhanced, the activity of body cells is mobilized, digestion and eating are promoted, the state of animal dyspnea or mental failure at a low temperature is improved, the immunity is enhanced, intestines and stomach can be adjusted, the appetite is improved, the absorption of feed is promoted, the weight is enhanced, and the survival rate is improved.

Background
China encourages the development of agricultural science and technology, and the investment in cultivation is increased. Further, the injection for raising livestock at low temperature and refreshing comprises the following components in parts by weight: 48 parts of camphor oxide, 10 parts of monkshood extract, 24 parts of dried ginger extract and 18 parts of honey-fried licorice root extract.
Further, the preparation method of the monkshood extract comprises the following steps:
(1) decocting radix Aconiti lateralis in water for 2-3 times to obtain decoction;
(2) adding a ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent into the boiled liquid, adding the component B into the ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent for clarifying for 1.5-2h, then adding the component A, and stirring until the clear liquid is transparent; standing in a clarifying tank for 4-6h, and taking supernatant; filtering the supernatant to obtain a clear liquid;
(3) filtering the clear solution through 1.2 μm micropores to obtain filtrate; concentrating and drying the filtrate to obtain powdered monkshood extract.
Further, the preparation method of the dried ginger extract comprises the following steps:
(1) decocting Zingiberis rhizoma in water for 2-3 times to obtain decoction;
(2) adding a ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent into the boiled liquid, adding the component B into the ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent for clarifying for 1.5-2h, then adding the component A, and stirring until the clear liquid is transparent; standing in a clarifying tank for 4-6h, and taking supernatant; filtering the supernatant to obtain a clear liquid;
(3) filtering the clear solution through 1.2 μm micropores to obtain filtrate; concentrating the filtrate, and drying to obtain powdered Zingiberis rhizoma extract.
Further, the preparation method of the honey-fried licorice root extract comprises the following steps:
(1) decocting radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata in water for 2-3 times to obtain decoction;
(2) adding a ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent into the boiled liquid, adding the component B into the ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent for clarifying for 1.5-2h, then adding the component A, and stirring until the clear liquid is transparent; standing in a clarifying tank for 4-6h, and taking supernatant; filtering the supernatant to obtain a clear liquid;
(3) filtering the clear solution through 1.2 μm micropores to obtain filtrate; concentrating and drying the filtrate to obtain the powdery honey-fried licorice extract.
Further, in the step (2), the component B is added into the mixture by 2 to 4 percent of the liquid amount; the component A is added in an amount of 1-2% by weight.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the injection for raising livestock at low temperature and refreshing, which comprises the following steps:
(a) taking 50-90% of water for injection, adding an antioxidant, and adjusting the pH value to 4.5-5.5; adding Camphora oxide, radix Aconiti lateralis Preparata extract, Zingiberis rhizoma extract and radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata extract, mixing and dissolving; adjusting pH value to 4.5-5.5; obtaining the injection
(b) Supplementing the injection liquid in the step (a) with water for injection to 100 percent; filtering the injection with 0.20 μm filter membrane, filling the obtained filtrate into ampoule bottle, sealing, and sterilizing.
Further, the antioxidant in the step (a) is any one or more of sodium sulfonate, sodium bisulfite and thiourea.
The pharmacology and the effect of each medicinal material in the invention are as follows:
and (3) oxidizing camphor: oxycocamphor is a white crystalline powder, slightly soluble in water, and easily soluble in ethanol or chloroform. The taste is initially pungent and slightly bitter, and then the tea has cool and paralytic feelings, and is easily oxidized and deteriorated in air or light. It is mainly used for treating central dyspnea and circulatory failure, and can also be used for treating heart failure and dyspnea due to various diseases. Can be used as animal stimulant.
Monkshood: pungent and sweet in flavor and strong in heat; it enters heart, kidney and spleen meridians. Can be used for treating yang exhaustion, collapse, cold limbs, slight pulse, deficiency of heart-yang, thoracic obstruction, cardialgia, vomiting and diarrhea due to deficiency cold, abdominal psychroalgia, kidney yang deficiency, sexual impotence, cold womb, yin cold edema, yang deficiency, exogenous pathogenic factor, and arthralgia due to cold-dampness. The invention has the main effects of regulating arrhythmia, heart failure, hypothyroidism, neurasthenia and adrenocortical hypofunction.
Dried ginger: pungent taste and warm nature; it enters lung, spleen and stomach meridians, has strong potency, and is good at warming middle energizer to dispel cold, restoring yang to activate collaterals, warming lung to resolve fluid retention, and treating yang deficiency and middle cold.
Honey-fried licorice root: has effects in invigorating qi, strengthening middle warmer, moistening lung, relieving cough, clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving spasm and pain, and regulating drug properties, and can be used for treating spleen deficiency, listlessness, heart deficiency, palpitation, cough, and asthma. Can stimulate adrenal cortical hormone, increase blood pressure of livestock, resist palpitation and ventricular fibrillation at low temperature, improve auditory function, promote pancreatic secretion, and enhance immunity.
The injection for raising livestock at low temperature and refreshing and the preparation method thereof have the beneficial effects that:
(1) the camphor powder mainly contains the camphor oxide, and can stimulate animal nerves, so that the nerve activity of animals in a low-temperature state is enhanced, the activity of body cells is mobilized, digestion and eating are promoted, and the state of dyspnea or mental failure of animals at a low temperature is improved.
(2) The monkshood is added, and can improve symptoms of hypothyroidism and neurasthenia, promote secretion of adrenalin and improve activity of animals. Can be mixed with Camphora oxide for improving sluggish state of animals in low temperature environment, and refreshing.
(3) The monkshood and the ginger are mixed for use, and the mixture of the monkshood and the ginger has the effects of warming and invigorating spleen and kidney, supporting yang and dispelling cold, is more favorable for recovering animals in a low-temperature environment, can regulate intestines and stomach, improve appetite, promote absorption of feed, enhance weight and improve survival rate.

In this embodiment, the preparation method of the monkshood extract includes the following steps:
(1) decocting radix Aconiti lateralis in water for 3 times to obtain decoction;
(2) adding a ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent into the boiled liquid, adding the component B into the ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent for clarifying for 2 hours, adding the component A, and stirring until the clear liquid is transparent; standing in a clarifying tank for 4h, and taking supernatant; filtering the supernatant to obtain a clear liquid; wherein the component B is added by 2 percent of liquid; the component A is added in an amount of 1 percent by weight.
(3) Filtering the clear solution through 1.2 μm micropores to obtain filtrate; concentrating and drying the filtrate to obtain powdered monkshood extract.
In this example, the preparation method of the zingiber extract and the honey-fried licorice extract is the same as the preparation method of the aconite extract.

(a) taking 90% of water for injection, adding antioxidant sodium sulfonate, and adjusting the pH value to 4.5; adding Camphora oxide, radix Aconiti lateralis Preparata extract, Zingiberis rhizoma extract and radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata extract, mixing and dissolving; adjusting the pH value to 4.5; obtaining the injection.
(b) Supplementing the injection liquid in the step (a) with water for injection to 100 percent; filtering the injection with 0.20 μm filter membrane, filling the obtained filtrate into ampoule bottle, sealing, and sterilizing.
Example 2
An injection for raising livestock at low temperature and refreshing comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of camphor oxide, 1 part of monkshood extract, 5 parts of dried ginger extract and 5 parts of honey-fried licorice root extract.

Example 3
An injection for raising livestock at low temperature and refreshing comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of camphor oxide, 5 parts of monkshood extract, 15 parts of dried ginger extract and 10 parts of honey-fried licorice root extract.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the monkshood extract includes the following steps:
(1) decocting radix Aconiti lateralis in water for 2 times to obtain decoction;

(b) Supplementing the injection liquid in the step (a) with water for injection to 100 percent; filtering the injection with 0.20 μm filter membrane, filling the obtained filtrate into ampoule bottle, sealing, and sterilizing.
Example 5
An injection for raising livestock at low temperature and refreshing comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of camphor oxide, 8 parts of monkshood extract, 20 parts of dried ginger extract and 18 parts of honey-fried licorice root extract.

An injection for raising livestock at low temperature and refreshing comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45 parts of camphor oxide, 10 parts of monkshood extract, 25 parts of dried ginger extract and 15 parts of honey-fried licorice root extract.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the monkshood extract includes the following steps:
(1) decocting radix Aconiti lateralis in water for 3 times to obtain decoction;
(2) adding a ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent into the boiled liquid, adding the component B into the ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent for clarifying for 2 hours, adding the component A, and stirring until the clear liquid is transparent; standing in a clarifying tank for 4h, and taking supernatant; filtering the supernatant to obtain a clear liquid; wherein, the component B is added into the mixture by 4 percent of liquid; the component A is added in an amount of 1 percent by weight.

(b) Supplementing the injection liquid in the step (a) with water for injection to 100 percent; filtering the injection with 0.20 μm filter membrane, filling the obtained filtrate into ampoule bottle, sealing, and sterilizing.
Example 7
An injection for raising livestock at low temperature and refreshing comprises the following components in parts by weight: 48 parts of camphor oxide, 10 parts of monkshood extract, 24 parts of dried ginger extract and 18 parts of honey-fried licorice root extract.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the monkshood extract includes the following steps:
(1) decocting radix Aconiti lateralis in water for 3 times to obtain decoction;
(2) adding a ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent into the boiled liquid, adding the component B into the ZTC1+1 II clarifying agent for clarifying for 2 hours, adding the component A, and stirring until the clear liquid is transparent; standing in a clarifying tank for 4h, and taking supernatant; filtering the supernatant to obtain a clear liquid; wherein, the component B is added into the mixture by 4 percent of liquid; the component A is added in an amount of 2% by weight.
(3) Filtering the clear solution through 1.2 μm micropores to obtain filtrate; concentrating and drying the filtrate to obtain powdered monkshood extract.

(b) Supplementing the injection liquid in the step (a) with water for injection to 100 percent; filtering the injection with 0.20 μm filter membrane, filling the obtained filtrate into ampoule bottle, sealing, and sterilizing.
Test results
20 adult pigs are divided into four groups, namely 1 group, 2 groups, 3 groups and 4 groups, and the four adult pigs are respectively placed at-5 ℃ to 5 ℃. The group 1 is blank without medicine, the group 2 is injected with camphor sulfonate, the group 3 is injected with vitamin B1 injection, and the group 4 is injected with the injection of the invention in the embodiment 7. The results obtained are shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the above table, the present invention is improved at low temperature compared to the conventional common stimulant camphorsulfonate and vitamin B1 injection, but vitamin B1 can stimulate appetite and treat cold and diarrhea, and the camphorsulfonate is only used as stimulant. The embodiment of the invention can not only improve the clearness but also increase the appetite, has good mental status, but also has excitement, which shows that the invention has mild lifting effect and also has the functions of dispelling cold and improving intestines and stomach.
