Description

Traditional Chinese medicine spray for treating herpes zoster and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine spray for treating herpes zoster and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
Herpes zosterIs formed byChickenpox-a herpes zoster virus infectionSkin diseases. Clustered blisters appeared on the skin, painful as flaming, and resembling as spiders. The disease usually occurs in spring and autumn, and is common in people of all ages, and more than 50 years old, and the incidence rate is obviously increased with the age. In the initial stage of the disease, the patient has symptoms of mild fever, feeling fatigue, local lymph node swelling and pain, hypersensitive skin at the diseased part or paroxysmal neuralgia and the like, then local skin flushing occurs, papules ranging from millet to mung bean in size distributed along nerves and arranged in a belt shape are generated, then the papules rapidly become blisters and are distributed in clusters without fusion, the blister wall is tense and bright, liquid in the blisters is clear, the pain is gradually severe, the symptoms of persistent burning, pricking pain, knife cutting pain, lightening pain, jumping pain, string pain and the like are presented, and the rest, sleep, mental state and the like of the patient are influenced by serious patients.
The current main approaches for clinically treating herpes zoster include oral medication, external medication, pain treatment, special treatment and the like. The western medicine treatment method mainly comprises the following steps: antiviral drugs: common uses include acyclovir, valaciclovir, ganciclovir or famciclovir; ② pain-relieving medicine: commonly used medicines such as pregabalin, amitriptyline, gabapentin, lidocaine patch and the like; ③ neurotrophic agents: vit B1、Vit B12(ii) a (iv) glucocorticoids: prednisone, methylprednisolone, dexamethasone, and the like; fifth, immune regulator: interferon, polyinosinic cell, thymosin, gamma globulin, interleukin-2, etc.; sixth, physical therapy: helium neon laser and other physical therapy treatments; protection of the skin: patients with herpes zoster should be protected from skin damage and infection, and can be treated with antiviral ointment (such as acyclovir) and antibiotic ointment (such as erythromycin ointment); other: for example, to take care of rest, to enhance nutrition, etc. However, the above drugs have many disadvantages, for example, nsaids can only relieve symptoms and cannot control the progress of the disease; slow onset of action of the remissive drugSlow; the long-term administration of glucocorticoid can destroy gastric mucosa, stimulate gastric acid secretion, and form gastritis or gastric ulcer; or dissociating bone calcium to form osteoporosis, and has adverse side effects such as aseptic necrosis of femoral head and secondary infection.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the disease is caused by internal injury of emotion and transformation of fire from stagnation of liver qi, so that the liver and gallbladder fire is exuberant; or impairment of spleen and stomach due to diet disorder or impairment of spleen due to anxiety, which results in dysfunction of spleen in transportation, retention of damp-turbidity in the interior, and heat transformation due to long-term stagnation, leading to accumulation of damp-heat in the interior; when it is accompanied by external toxicity, the damp-heat and fire-toxin fumigate the skin to cause eruption. Syndrome differentiation mainly distinguishes between liver and gallbladder fire excess and dampness excess, and is clinically common in liver and gallbladder fire excess. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment method mainly comprises the following steps: the Chinese medicinal herbs such as decoction, pills, capsules and the like are classified and used according to the treatment based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs of the causes of the patients; ② acupuncture therapy: the main points and the auxiliary points are combined for treatment; ③ cupping; fourthly, paste; in addition, the skin is protected, the rest is paid attention to, the nutrition is strengthened, and the like. The preparation of soup, pills, capsules and the like is taken for a long time and takes effect slowly; the ointment has great pain during application and can not completely cure the diseases; cupping, acupuncture and moxibustion, etc. can only suppress virus temporarily, but cannot kill virus, although the water bubbles on the surface of skin will disappear, the virus will invade the skin nervous system, destroy the nervous tissue and easily form sequela.
