Abstract
The invention discloses a composite probiotic for reducing inflammatory cytokines and regulating immune function and application thereof, wherein the composite probiotic comprises the following components: 10-15 parts of saccharomyces boulardii, 5-10 parts of bifidobacterium lactis, 1-5 parts of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 10-20 parts of sea buckthorn, 1-5 parts of raspberry, 5-10 parts of dendrobium officinale, 10-20 parts of Chinese yam, 5-10 parts of tricholoma matsutake and 20-30 parts of omega-3 fatty acid. The invention also provides application of the composite probiotics in the aspects of reducing inflammatory cytokines and regulating immune functions. The composite probiotics provided by the invention can obviously reduce the generation of inflammatory cytokines and obviously improve the immune function of human bodies, is safe, has no toxic or side effect, and is suitable for wide application.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to a composite probiotic for reducing inflammatory cytokines and regulating immune function and application thereof.
Background
With the continuous research of human beings on microbial flora, it is now well recognized that there is an inseparable internal relationship between human intestinal flora and human health. Specifically, the intestinal flora is vital to the health of human body, can regulate the normal flora of the gastrointestinal tract of the body, keep the balance of micro-ecological environment, improve the digestibility and the biological value of food, reduce serum cholesterol, control endotoxin, inhibit the growth and the reproduction of putrefaction products in the intestinal tract, produce nutrient substances and stimulate the development of tissues, thereby having positive effects on the nutritional state, the physiological function, the cell infection, the drug reaction, the toxin reaction, the immune reaction, the tumorigenesis, the aging process, the emergency reaction and the like of the body.
Based on this, people pay more attention to the research and development of probiotics at present, various complex probiotics are continuously proposed, and people hope to improve the immunity of people through continuous research, development and optimization of probiotics, so that the ability of resisting various viruses of people is continuously improved. It goes without saying that this is particularly of practical significance at the present time.
However, the practical situation fully shows that, for the complex probiotics, how to reasonably cooperate the probiotics with each other to fully exert the ideal cooperativity is a very challenging and significant task to effectively improve the dietotherapy effect in the practical application.
Aiming at the aim of effectively reducing inflammatory cytokines and regulating immune function, the inventor finds that the generation of inflammatory cytokines of a human body can be effectively reduced and the immune function of the human body can be effectively improved by reasonably matching probiotics and traditional Chinese medicines, namely selecting specific probiotics of a proper type and the traditional Chinese medicines and matching the probiotics and the traditional Chinese medicines with reasonable components.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composite probiotic for reducing inflammatory cytokines and regulating immune function and application thereof, wherein the composite probiotic is prepared by selecting specific probiotics, specific traditional Chinese medicines and omega-3 fatty acid and using the probiotics in a reasonable component compatibility manner, so that the generation of inflammatory cytokines can be obviously reduced, the immune function of a human body can be obviously improved, and the composite probiotic is safe, has no toxic or side effect, and is suitable for being widely used by various crowds.
In order to accomplish the above objects, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a complex probiotic bacteria for reducing inflammatory cytokines and regulating immune function, comprising: 10-15 parts of saccharomyces boulardii, 5-10 parts of bifidobacterium lactis, 1-5 parts of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 10-20 parts of sea buckthorn, 1-5 parts of raspberry, 5-10 parts of dendrobium officinale, 10-20 parts of Chinese yam, 5-10 parts of tricholoma matsutake and 20-30 parts of omega-3 fatty acid.
The invention adopts the combination of the saccharomyces boulardii, the bifidobacterium lactis and the lactobacillus rhamnosus, and the research firstly finds that the saccharomyces boulardii has ideal effects of resisting bacteria, toxins, barriers, immunoregulation and the like, inactivates clostridium difficile toxins A & B, cholera toxins, escherichia coli toxins and the like by releasing specific proteins, can protect intestinal health multiply, can participate in metabolism, improve the absorption of nutrition and glucose, increase the level of short-chain fatty acid, recover the normal fermentation and absorption activities of the intestinal tract, reduce the expression of inflammatory genes, play an anti-inflammatory role, stimulate the secretion of immune factors such as IgA and the activity of immune cells; secondly, experimental research finds that the saccharomyces boulardii is used as probiotics of yeast sources and is combined with the lactobacillus bifidus and the lactobacillus rhamnosus, so that the lactobacillus and the bifidobacterium can be obviously promoted to effectively proliferate, the growth of harmful bacteria is further inhibited, the healthy microbial flora of a human body is helped to recover, and the mucus layer and the mucosa of a host are further protected.
On the basis, the inventor further researches and discovers that the effects of reducing inflammatory cytokines and remarkably improving the immunologic function of a human body can be further obviously improved by adding proper traditional Chinese medicines for reasonable compatibility and adding a proper amount of omega-3 fatty acid on the basis of the probiotics.
Through a large amount of research, the inventor finally selects the following traditional Chinese medicines for the purpose of the invention.
Sea-buckthorn: it is nutritious, contains active substances such as multiple vitamins, fatty acids, microelements, linoleic acid, fructus Hippophae flavone, superoxide, etc., and various amino acids required by human body, wherein the vitamin C content is very high, and the vitamin has the name of vitamin C king. The sea buckthorn health-care product selects sea buckthorn, aims to fully utilize special pharmacological properties of fatigue resistance, organism vitality enhancement, cancer resistance and the like, protects and accelerates the repair of gastric mucosa, increases the drug property of bifidobacterium lactis, reduces plasma cholesterol and the content of cholesterol in blood vessel walls, can prevent and treat hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis, and has the effect of promoting wound healing.
Raspberry: the fruit contains rich nutrient elements such as vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, magnesium and the like and a large amount of fibers, is sour, sweet and delicious, has the reputation of 'golden fruit', and can effectively relieve cardiovascular diseases such as angina pectoris and the like. However, it should be emphasized that raspberry sometimes causes mild diarrhea, and therefore, the dosage should be especially careful so as not to cause adverse reactions.
Dendrobium officinale: the dendrobium polysaccharide and other active ingredients contained in the dendrobium polysaccharide can increase the activity of T cells and B cells in vivo, so that the body immunity is improved, and meanwhile, the dendrobium officinale has good effects of stabilizing blood sugar, reducing blood fat, relieving insomnia, promoting gastrointestinal health, relieving constipation and improving eyesight.
Chinese yam: is rich in polysaccharide, and has effects in stimulating or regulating immune system, promoting phagocytosis of reticuloendothelial system, enhancing cytocidal power, activating phagocyte, inducing expression of immune factor, and enhancing functions of immune system such as macrophage and lymphocyte.
Matsutake mushroom: contains 18 amino acids, 14 trace elements essential to human body, 49 active nutrients, 5 unsaturated fatty acids, 8 vitamins, 2 glycoproteins, rich dietary fibers and multiple active enzymes, and also contains 3 precious active substances, namely double-chain tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides, tricholoma matsutake polypeptides and a unique anti-cancer substance in the world, namely tricholoma matsutake alcohol, which is the most precious natural medicinal fungus in the world. The tricholoma matsutake is balanced and sufficient in nutrition, and also has various effects of improving immunity, resisting cancer and tumors, treating diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, promoting intestines and stomach, protecting liver and the like.
In addition, the invention also purposefully selects and adds omega-3 fatty acid. The reason for this is that omega-3 fatty acid, as a substance that effectively relieves and inhibits the occurrence of inflammation, can effectively play a role in reducing inflammatory cytokines and pathological platelet aggregation, and the like, and can also enhance the functions of the liver and pancreas, which is beneficial for the rapid recovery of patients after surgery. However, it should be noted that, since the omega-3 fatty acid may have a certain fishy smell, the addition thereof may affect the taste of the final product to a certain extent, and thus the sea buckthorn, the raspberry and the yam are used in combination, which is helpful to improve the taste to a certain extent.
As a preferred aspect, the present invention provides a complex probiotic, comprising: 12-13 parts of saccharomyces boulardii, 5-8 parts of bifidobacterium lactis, 1-3 parts of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 12-15 parts of sea buckthorn, 1-3 parts of raspberry, 6-8 parts of dendrobium officinale, 15-20 parts of Chinese yam, 8-10 parts of tricholoma matsutake and 22-25 parts of omega-3 fatty acid.
As a more preferred aspect, the present invention provides a complex probiotic, comprising: 12 parts by weight of saccharomyces boulardii, 8 parts by weight of bifidobacterium lactis, 3 parts by weight of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 12 parts by weight of sea buckthorn, 2 parts by weight of raspberry, 6 parts by weight of dendrobium officinale, 15 parts by weight of Chinese yam, 8 parts by weight of tricholoma matsutake and 22 parts by weight of omega-3 fatty acid.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can produce the following beneficial technical effects: through the combination of modern biotechnology and traditional Chinese medicine, specific probiotics and traditional Chinese medicine are selected and are compatible with reasonable components, the scientific combination of the probiotics and the traditional Chinese medicine is realized, so that the synergistic effect of the probiotics and the traditional Chinese medicine is fully exerted, the comprehensive effects of absorption, treatment and conditioning are effectively improved, omega-3 fatty acid is added in a targeted manner, the probiotics and the traditional Chinese medicine are reasonably combined, the effects of relieving and inhibiting inflammation are fully exerted, and the effect of reducing inflammatory cytokines is further enhanced. Experiments show that the composite probiotics provided by the invention have satisfactory effects on the aspects of the improvement of IgA content of a human body, the reduction of IFN-gamma content, onset time and the like, so that the generation of inflammatory cytokines can be reliably and effectively reduced, and the immune function of the human body is obviously improved.

Clinical trial of efficacy
1. Sample preparation: weighing the raw materials according to the examples and the formula of the proportion to prepare the composite probiotics serving as the test sample.
2. Testing the population: 300 volunteers, aged 25-50 years, who had not taken the drugs related to the tested functions for a short period of time and had no allergy to the product used in the test were selected and randomly divided into 15 groups of 20 subjects.
3. The preparation method of the above test sample is as follows:
step 1: weighing saccharomyces boulardii, bifidobacterium lactis and lactobacillus rhamnosus according to the requirements of the dosage of the components, uniformly mixing, and packaging to obtain a bacterial powder bag;

It is clear from the above table that the administration of the complex probiotics prepared according to the above examples and comparative examples has effects on the reduction of inflammatory cytokines and the improvement of immune function, compared to the blank group. Furthermore, by comparing the examples of the present invention with the comparative examples, it is further apparent that the intake of the complex probiotics prepared according to the examples of the present invention can significantly increase the IgA content in human body and at the same time can significantly reduce the IFN- γ content. In comparison, the effect of example 8 is the best, so it can be seen that the composite probiotics provided by the invention can obviously and effectively reduce the production of inflammatory cytokines and obviously improve the immune function of human body.

The composite probiotic of claim 1, comprising: 12-13 parts of saccharomyces boulardii, 5-8 parts of bifidobacterium lactis, 1-3 parts of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 12-15 parts of sea buckthorn, 1-3 parts of raspberry, 6-8 parts of dendrobium officinale, 15-20 parts of Chinese yam, 8-10 parts of tricholoma matsutake and 22-25 parts of omega-3 fatty acid.

The composite probiotic of claim 2, comprising: 12 parts by weight of saccharomyces boulardii, 8 parts by weight of bifidobacterium lactis, 3 parts by weight of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 12 parts by weight of sea buckthorn, 2 parts by weight of raspberry, 6 parts by weight of dendrobium officinale, 15 parts by weight of Chinese yam, 8 parts by weight of tricholoma matsutake and 22 parts by weight of omega-3 fatty acid.
4. Use of composite probiotics according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the composite probiotics are used for reducing inflammatory cytokines and regulating immune functions.
