Clinical trial of efficacy
1. Sample preparation: weighing the raw materials according to the examples and the formula of the proportion to prepare the composite probiotics serving as the test sample.

It is clear from the above table that the administration of the complex probiotics prepared according to the above examples and comparative examples has effects on the reduction of inflammatory cytokines and the improvement of immune function, compared to the blank group. Furthermore, by comparing the examples of the present invention with the comparative examples, it is further apparent that the intake of the complex probiotics prepared according to the examples of the present invention can significantly increase the IgA content in human body and at the same time can significantly reduce the IFN- γ content. In comparison, the effect of example 8 is the best, so it can be seen that the composite probiotics provided by the invention can obviously and effectively reduce the production of inflammatory cytokines and obviously improve the immune function of human body.

A complex probiotic for reducing inflammatory cytokines and modulating immune function, comprising: 10-15 parts of saccharomyces boulardii, 5-10 parts of bifidobacterium lactis, 1-5 parts of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 10-20 parts of sea buckthorn, 1-5 parts of raspberry, 5-10 parts of dendrobium officinale, 10-20 parts of Chinese yam, 5-10 parts of tricholoma matsutake and 20-30 parts of omega-3 fatty acid.
2. The composite probiotic of claim 1, comprising: 12-13 parts of saccharomyces boulardii, 5-8 parts of bifidobacterium lactis, 1-3 parts of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 12-15 parts of sea buckthorn, 1-3 parts of raspberry, 6-8 parts of dendrobium officinale, 15-20 parts of Chinese yam, 8-10 parts of tricholoma matsutake and 22-25 parts of omega-3 fatty acid.

The composite probiotic of claim 2, comprising: 12 parts by weight of saccharomyces boulardii, 8 parts by weight of bifidobacterium lactis, 3 parts by weight of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 12 parts by weight of sea buckthorn, 2 parts by weight of raspberry, 6 parts by weight of dendrobium officinale, 15 parts by weight of Chinese yam, 8 parts by weight of tricholoma matsutake and 22 parts by weight of omega-3 fatty acid.
4. Use of composite probiotics according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the composite probiotics are used for reducing inflammatory cytokines and regulating immune functions.
