The invention relates to the technical field of foods, in particular to a postoperative nutritional supplement and application thereof.
[ background of the invention ]
The conventional treatment mode of preoperative fasting is generally adopted in the prior art, but the treatment mode can cause a patient to enter a catabolic state prematurely, so that the postoperative recovery of the patient is not facilitated, particularly postoperative patients with damaged digestive tracts, for example, patients who undergo gastrotomy suffer from reduction in stomach volume and reduction in digestive enzyme content in the stomach after operation; patients with small bowel resection have a reduced length of the digestive tract and impaired digestive and absorptive functions after surgery; in another example, the use of anti-acid drugs to prevent stress ulcers following the digestive tract or other surgery results in a patient with limited post-operative digestive tract function. Compared with other patients, postoperative patients with digestive tract injury can eat food again after a longer time, the body of the patient is in a high catabolic state under the states of trauma and surgical stress, and the intestinal mucosa barrier injury is aggravated by a large amount of inflammatory media generated by the body of the patient, so that postoperative wound recovery is not facilitated, and therefore, the nutritional food capable of supplementing nutrition for the postoperative patients with digestive tract injury becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.
The applicant provides a snakehead and black-bone chicken herbal composition in the prior art CN201810183288.9, and the snakehead peptide, the black-bone chicken peptide, the wheat oligopeptide, the herbal component, the soybean phospholipid and the ferrous gluconate are combined, so that the composition can accelerate wound healing and inhibit inflammatory reaction in an animal experiment stage.

The results are shown in figures 1 to 3, respectively, for 9 reductions per patient per group, and for 9 reductions per group (mean of 20 patients in the group), as shown in table 2. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, data analysis shows that the mean value of the decrease of the pre-albumin and the albumin after the operation on days between groups 1 to 4 is not statistically significant (P is greater than 0.05), but as can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the group 2 and 4 (administered with the nutritional supplement before and after the operation before the operation) are better than the group 1 and 3 (administered with the nutritional supplement before and after the operation before the operation) on the whole, and compared to the group 1 and 3, the mean value of the decrease of the pre-albumin after the operation on day 1, the mean value of the decrease of the pre-albumin after the operation on day 4, the mean value of the decrease of the pre-albumin after the operation on day 7, the mean value of the decrease of the pre-albumin after the operation on day 1, the mean value of the decrease of the pre-albumin after the operation on day 4, and the decrease of the mean value of the decrease of the post-operation on day 7 of the albumin after the operation are smaller, respectively, indicating that the nutritional supplement before and after the operation can effectively relieve the decrease of the pre-operation of the pre-albumin and the patient, improves two nutritional indexes of plasma prealbumin and plasma albumin.
Referring to fig. 3, analysis of the data on transferrin revealed that the post-operative day 7 reduction amplitude difference of transferrin was at a statistically significant threshold, with p being 0.055 ≈ 0.05, and further analysis revealed that the post-operative 1/4/7-day reduction amplitude of group 2 was significantly less than that of the other groups, and that the difference between groups 2 and 4 between days 4-7 showed an "inflection point" in the fallback. Group 3 showed a greater decrease in transferrin on day 1 post-surgery than group 1, indicating that the whey protein preparation of comparative example 1 may be detrimental to transferrin synthesis; the higher reduction values in group 4 compared to the other groups seem to be contradictory, which also suggests that the whey protein preparation of comparative example 1 may be unfavorable for transferrin synthesis, and that the concurrent intake of the snakehead peptide and the black chicken peptide in example 1 may be relatively insufficient after the whey protein preparation of comparative example 1 is taken, which may affect transferrin synthesis. Patients taking only the nutritional supplement before and after surgery (group 2) were able to effectively alleviate the transferrin reduction on day 7 after surgery, (P < 0.05). The median transferrin reduction of the patient (group 2) after the 7 th day after the operation of the nutritional supplement before and after the oral administration is 0.4700g/L, and the median transferrin reduction of the patient (group 1) without the oral administration of the silky fowl peptide group after the operation of the patient (group 1) after the 7 th day is 0.6700 g/L. The nutritional supplement before and after the operation is independently taken before the operation can effectively relieve the decrease of the transferrin of the patient after the operation and improve the nutritional index of the plasma transferrin.
In addition, from the "mean recovery" at day 7 post-surgery, we can see that group 2/4 recovered better than group 1/3, with group 2 recovering relatively best and group 4 times. The recovery mean is calculated as follows: the day 7 transferrin recovery value for each patient-the blood transferrin content detected on day 7 post-surgery-the blood transferrin content detected on day 1 post-surgery, the mean value of the day 7 transferrin recovery for each group is the mean value of the day 7 transferrin recovery values for the patients within the group 20. Meanwhile, the method further indicates that the decrease of the transferrin of the patient after the operation can be effectively relieved by independently taking the nutritional supplement before and after the operation before the operation, and the nutritional index of the plasma transferrin is improved.
The nutritional supplement before and after operation provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to preparation of nutritional food for regulating intestinal nutrition of patients after digestive tract injury operation.
The preoperative and postoperative nutritional supplement of the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the preparation of nutritional food for promoting the synthesis of plasma proteins of a patient after digestive tract injury, wherein the plasma proteins comprise albumin, prealbumin and transferrin.
The preoperative and postoperative nutritional supplement provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to preparation of a nutritional food for promoting synthesis of plasma transferrin of a patient after digestive tract injury.
While the foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
